The unit was nice inside and clean. It was a little difficult to find the correct unit number because the numbers are by the door behind the garages, but that wasn't that big of a deal. When we arrived we realized that there was quite a bit of construction going on at the resort. It didn't look amazing, but luckily there was no noise to bother us while we stayed. What did bother me was that the listing didn't mention the construction when I booked it. I did see that the email I got with check in instructions mentioned it, but nothing ahead of that if I had not wanted to book a stay where there was construction going on. I recommend adding details like this to your listing, or at least sending it in the confirmation email so that people can decide if that will work for them.
Nice central location. Clean spacious room with parking lot facing windows, no river view. Overall nice area with easy access to trails, town, and the mountain.
We really enjoyed the location and pool access. Unfortunately although the room looks like the pictures you donât see that it is so dated and the blinds are folded paper split up so next to impossible to lift without ripping and other blind was twisted and was not much better.
Our condo was a nice little hideaway for the weekend. It was wonderful being just a few minutes from downtown as well. Weâll be back with the family!
They said they would call us when we could check in because the carpet was being shampood. They never called - we call at 5:45 and they said they never called because 5:00 check in was guaranteed. They why did they say they would call us when we could check in? Otherwise - everything was fine.
I visit Bend often and this has to be one of my favorite places to stay. I love the little neighborhood that itâs in, the views of the river are amazing! The space is cozy and there is even a little trail you can stretch your legs. Itâs close to pretty everything, itâs a 7/10min drive to old mill and downtown. I would stay here again!
This room is small but comfortable. It was just me. The bed is a full or queen size. There is a microwave, small coffee maker, a toaster and a fridge (look for it by the bathroom sink in the wall dividing the bathroom sink from the bedroom) &.a couple other âheat upâ types appliances but there are no utensils, plates, bowls, cups or paper towels. Bring your own and youâll be fine. I was totally comfortable and it is in a spot surrounded by small families or couples. Cute area! I was totally comfortable! Mt. Bachelor is closer to a 40 minute drive in the winter with skier & boarder traffic on maintained roads, but would suggested at least 4 wheel drive if you donât have snow tires. Neighborhood roads are not very clear and are quite icy though they were salted. If I go back Iâd stay here again.
The staff is very accommodating.
The location is amazing!
The accommodations were very nice clean, current updated and the towels were generous.
We had a mini fridge microwave and coffee station, and did I mention the location? Rainier the river and great walks and hikes nearby.
The pool facility is very nice and accommodating, the athletic club was closed to us due to the covid 19 restrictions. Something to look forward to later, because we will be returning.
