It was great!

Very fun! Accommodations were amazing and so close to the beach..just a short walk and youre there. The pool was very nice. We will definitely stay again. Great girls trip!

Positively in Port A

The HVAC unit was turned off outside when we arrived: it took close to 6 hours for the AC tech to come to the property and fix the problem. The beds weren’t as comfortable as we would have liked. I prefer pillow tops. Other than that, the unit was clean, quiet, and very convenient as we were able to walk the deck straight to the beach.

Perfect as Always

My family has been staying at this property for over two decades and we absolutely love it. The pool, boardwalk and comfortable lodging are really all you can ask for. The staff are always super responsive and accommodating. We will continue to come back here!

Love this property and love this unit! Clean, friendly, secluded, and a boardwalk to the beach front! What more can you ask for!! This is our second time staying at this unit and we our now going to be regulars every summer! Thank you!

Just like home

We originally had 4 people scheduled to stay, but one couple could not make it. So for 2 people it felt very spacious. There is a boardwalk over the dunes to the beach that takes about 2 minutes to walk across. The pool is kinda plain but the deck furniture makes it a nice place to hang out. This is a nicely maintained property, I would stay here again.

End of summer trip

Quick getaway before school starts. Was disappointed at first that I couldn’t get a higher floor unit but I’m glad I didn’t. The first floor was perfect and easy access to the beach. The patio overseeing the pool was great as well. Will definitely be back and use this property again.

Just as Described!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our stay at Peace of the Sea. The condo was very clean, it was conveniently on the first floor near the parking lot (which made it easy for loading and unloading with the provided carts), and you could still see the water from the balcony. The boardwalk and property were very well maintained as well! While we loved this condo, we will likely stay in one higher next time because the balcony is right in the middle of the pool action. If you want privacy while still enjoying the view you can’t keep your blinds open unless it’s early in the morning. The condo is also near an elevator, but the noise wasn’t too bad and a sound machine drowns out passerby's. We loved this property and the management company. We will definitely be back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family experience, great unit, great pool and so close the beach. The kitchen supplies were a challenge though. The pans and pots are all warped and do not maintain contact with the burners so cooking for 6 was a challenge. But the furniture was comfortable and so convenient.

Wonderful getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect. Just right for a family of four. The view and amenities could not have been beat. we loved watching the sun rise over the gulf from our patio every morning. The location was far enough out of town that you felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but you are actually a 5 minute drive from town if you need anything and only a 10 minute drive the other way to get to corpus. We will be making this stay a family tradition for years to come.

weekend getaway

We had a nice stay for a long weekend. We did like the that the property was not near town and a overall a quiet property, however the property could have been a little cleaner and we missed not having dark curtains to block out the building lights and lights from the pool.

Easy / close access to the beach which made the walk to the beach a lot easier. The unit was close to the parking lot so made unloading and loading quick and easy. Peace of the Sea Review

Cleaning crew obviously did not do a thorough check - we found grapes in a corner near the kitchen table and coffee grounds still in the filter in the coffeemaker. Kitchen could have been more equipped - there were no hot pads, no large colander or strainer, no extra large pot for boiling shrimp and fixing gumbo. There were no lids for the 2 pitchers they had for drinks. There were also issues with the gate code for entering the area coming back from the pool, not just for us but for others as well.

This is a perfect little getaway! My boys loved the pool and the boardwalk to the beach was awesome! The beach was quiet and barely any cars/golf carts drove by. Very relaxing! Definitely would come back!
