Situé à moins de 13 km du parc Cooperstown Dreams et du temple de la renommée du baseball. La Cook House offre toutes les commodités de la maison. La maison dispose de 4 chambres: 2 rois, 1 reine et 1 complète et 3 salles de bain complètes. Le grand salon et la cuisine à aire ouverte sont propices au repos en famille. Il y a des télévisions à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, un barbecue en plein air et un grand porche enveloppant avec de nombreux sièges!

Il existe de nombreuses améliorations dans toute la maison, notamment les hauts plafonds, les sols nus, la climatisation centrale et une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à haute efficacité au niveau principal. Le sous-sol aménagé comprend une table de ping-pong, une salle de bain complète et la chambre supplémentaire avec un lit king-size et un grand placard.

Wonderful Retreat!

My son's baseball team was playing at Dreamspark and a few parents shared this house. It was very serene and about 10-15 minutes from everything we needed. The house was extremely well stocked and we had plenty of room. It was the perfect set-up for our group! Jean and Brian were very quick to respond, when we had a few questions. I'm very glad we were able to book their house for the week!

We rented this house for a baseball tournament. It had a well stocked kitchen. The two floor plan was ideal for two families staying together.

Prefect place for baseball tournament

This place was perfect for a week long stay in Cooperstown for baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Conveniently located to the ball park or downtown Cooperstown. The house was clean and well kept. It was well stocked with cookwwear, towels, hair dryer, etc.

Great Home To Come Back To and Relax After Long Days Watching Baseball and Exploring

We booked this house for two families with younger kids that came to watch their oldest sons play baseball at Dreams Park. The home was perfect for us, was clean, cozy with baseball decor and had everything we needed. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. Cooperstown Experience

We stayed here for my sons Cooperstown All Star experience. The property is absolutely breathtaking. Views are gorgeous, quiet, and tranquil. Very well furnished and even had umbrellas for the sporadic rain at the games. About 25 minutes to All Star Village, but worth the drive for the views and tranquility.

Great week of baseball

The cook house is about a 15 min drive to Cooperstown Dreampark. The house is located in a quiet area off a dirt road. I was nervous about driving home in the dark, but we rarely passed any cars on our way up the hill. I drove back and forth many times all week and it always felt quick and easy. The house is clean and has everything you could possibly need. I have never seen so many towels and pot and pans in a rental house. The beds were very comfortable and there is a ton of space. We had a few issues with the main floor restroom. The only complaint would be about the mice traps. They have a few snapping ones in the closets and under the couch. We almost lost a finger reaching for a toy that had fallen under the couch. If you travel with littles just check around. Overall it was a great week at a beautiful clean property. Would definitely recommend to future Dreampark travelers.

The home was perfect for our 6 day stay while my grandson played at Dreams Park. It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Highly recommend it!

Great place for a few families to stay during our Cooperstown baseball week. Kids loved playing ping pong. The view from the deck was amazing.

An awesome house!

I've rented many for rent by owner homes over the years for vacations and this one is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed in. Not only was it clean, but the kitchen had every kind of cooking pot/pan known to man! There were ample dishes and utensils for a large family. The bedding was extremely comfortable and there were high end linens and towels. The house also had a foosball table, ping pong and a wide variety of games for the kids to play. I would definitely recommend this home.

Outstanding property!

We couldn't have been happier with this lovely home! It was the perfect location for our Cooperstown experience - close enough to Dreams Park but out in the country, too. And the fresh eggs down the road were the BEST! This is rural Americana at its finest. Thank you, Jean and Brian, for being outstanding hosts!

Great house! Great town!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Jean and Brian were very nice and accommodating. The House was very well stocked and comfortable. The suggestions I would make would be to get some room darkening shades for the bedrooms and beef up the WiFi. Otherwise we absolutely loved the house and would highly recommend it!

Awesome Cooperstown House !

This house is simply amazing !!! We loved the towels, high-end appliances, wonderful gas grill, and fully-stocked kitchen. I would have loved to spend more time at the house, but mostly we were on the baseball field. The beds were comfortable and the place was impeccable. Jean was a delight to work with. I will definitely recommend this house to all my future Cooperstown families!

Beautiful Home Away from Home! All of the comforts of home and MORE!

The Cook House was the perfect landing spot for the three families traveling to beautiful Cooperstown for baseball. Pictures on this site do not do this home justice. The Cook House is very well stocked with high end cookware, plush bedding and accessories.There's plenty of closet space and room to move around. Our husbands and boys were away in the barracks most nights, so we 3 ladies had the place to ourselves. The boys came for overnight stay one night and we had plenty of room and the water stayed HOT through all those showers! Boys loved it as their showers in the barracks were hit and miss sometimes. The owners thought of everything! Plenty of towels, blankets, even first aid and toothbrushes! You really do not have to bring a lot. This place was loaded- paper towels, napkins, umbrellas, ziplock and trash bags, you name it! Though tucked away in the beautiful serene...the Cook House was 15 min max from the Dreams Park and conveniently located to shopping for groceries or a trip in to Cooperstown for sightseeing, dinner and entertainment. We went back and forth from the park during our game breaks and shopping quite often. The comfortable beds were such a welcome after a long day at the fields. We will definitely recommend this home to our Collins Hill Eagles who are planning for next year and other teams back home in Suwanee, GA. Moore Family Suwanee, GA

Perfect Quiet Location

Beautiful home that is fully stocked with everything you might need. The location is perfect and quiet. We enjoyed our stay with 3 other couples and had plenty of room. Jean and Brian are easy to work with and helpful. Would definitely return to this home.

Great house, clean, modern and quiet area

We spent the week in Cooperstown for our grandson's baseball tournament at dreams park and couldn't have had a better experience from the house to the games. Can't wait to come back with our next grandson in 12 years

Home away from home

Enjoyed staying in this wonderful home while making life long memories with our son at Cooperstown Dream Park. We loved every minute of our stay because of the comfort and extreme cleanliness of this home. Kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms were very comfortable. The house was 10 min away from the park and in a very peaceful but safe location. We will be recommending this house to our younger teams who will be playing at Cooperstown Park next year.

The rental home with everything you need !!

Our family stayed here during a baseball trip to Cooperstown All-Star Village . The house was clean, comfortable and you can tell the owners go to a lot of trouble to make sure you have everything you will need during your stay! It was perfect!

Beautiful house with all the comforts of home. Very clean and well maintained.

Three families shared house and we all agreed it was an amazing place. The home was nicely furnished, very clean, and well stocked. Towels were thick and plenty for all of us. We all felt lucky to stay there. Great location for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Beautiful scenery. Great host!! Jean replied quickly to any inquiry we had during rental process.

Your personal retreat in the New York hills!

Accurately described. Lots of comfortable room. Great beds. Abundantly appointed with supplies, kitchen ware, games, umbrellas, and just about everything else one might need. Jean and Brian are highly responsive and helpful. This was a great choice for our sleeping , meal, and relaxation needs while participating at Cooperstown Dreams Park!

Perfect in Every Way!!

Our trip to Cooperstown was the best trip we've had that was baseball related. Wow!! What a great experience. And this is in part to our wonderful rental house. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything seemed new and clean. Well stocked kitchen, lots of fluffy towels and comfortable beds and linens. Perfect home away from home. Jean and Brian have a lovely place that won't disappoint. We have already recommended to many friends that are coming in the future. Truly perfect!!

A fine house in the rural countryside about 15 minutes drive from Dreams Park.

Three dads (including me) shared this fine house during our sons' week with their team at Dreams Park. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the ball fields and 5-10 minutes more to get into the village of Cooperstown. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything one needs for cooking and serving food is supplied, and the quality of cookware and utensils is high. The beds are comfortable, and all linens, towels, etc, are supplied as well. In addition, there's a ping-pong table and foosball, and TV in every bedroom and the living room, plus Wi-Fi and an iPad, and brochures and other literature about things to do in the area. We loved the rural countryside, old farms, and woods, and one dad, a runner, got a good workout most mornings running up and down the hilly roads in the neighborhood. It's very quiet--on our last night there I could hear a horned owl hooting in the woods nearby. Our boys were there occasionally and they were able to take showers individually rather than communally, which they appreciated, and they loved the ping-pong. Whether you're going to Dreams Park or planning to spend some time in the general area, I'd highly recommend the Cook House to you. Also, Jean and Brian (whom we never met) were quickly responsive to emailed questions.
