Everything went very smoothly. Check in/out was easy, the door code made it very convenient for a larger group to avoid physical keys, and the property is beautiful!
Have stayed here before with some family friends, and will continue to rent it every year. Plenty of personal space, but large group space as well. This house is perfect, and great location in cooperstown.
We adored this property. It was the perfect mixture of victorian charm, modern conveniences, and cozy comfort. Having 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for a bigger group. Kitchen was very well equipped; great layout. Very convenient to Cooperstown. Would love to come back and just have a relaxing weekend never leaving the property.
Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay in your home. It was well appointed, clean, and perfectly located. We had 2 families of 4 and the room/bathroom situation was ideal!
Everything was perfect we were not able to get the living room tv to work or the coffee pot but we were fine. We will be looking to book again around the same time next year as we attend the NYEDC evry year we will be in touch. You have a lovely property!
Have stayed here before as a get together with some old friends. Great walk/drive to breweries, great location and the house is awesome. Have already decided to make it a regular event
Our stay was perfect. The house is big enough for a large gathering and the yard was wonderful with plenty of seating and a BBQ and fire pit. Also a ping pong table and corn hole.
We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space we had and the amount of supplies in the kitchen. We highly recommend this place for your stay.
This place was perfect for multiple "families"... because basically each bedroom has a bathroom. The property manager was very communicative and it was perfect for what we needed. Every person who stayed there told me it was a great find! Plus, it's like a cute little B&B and across the street from a brewery/restaurant. Ideal.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Brewery Inn! It's conveniently located, only 7 or so minutes from Dreams Park and 10 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown. Also right next to two great breweries including Ommegang. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only minor criticism we had was that a few of the mattresses are probably due to be replaced as they were on the hard side. Overall would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks again for a great stay!
THE perfect location for a guy's weekend away. Three minute walk to Ommegang. Red Shed Brewery was closed during our visit but is across the street. Short ride into town to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and enjoy the local establishments. The house has numerous bedrooms and bathrooms to fit a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room for meals. Emily was fantastic to work with! Was able to get a later checkout on our last morning when I noticed our group was moving a little slow. Highly recommend the guided tour at the Hall of Fame and Sunday brunch and Bingo at Ommegang.
Great weekend at the brewery inn! The proximity to Ommegang and Red Shed was great as no one had to get in the car and drive. The house was great. We enjoyed making a fire outside while enjoying a beverage. All of the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and we are already planning our return trip! :)
This is the 2nd time our group of teacher friends have rented this property. It's a large house with plenty of room. Almost every bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom which is so nice. Large living which is great when we had 7 people to fit. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. This house has old farm house charm and is in such a great location. Walk to Red Shed Brewery and Ommegang. Quick drive to town and Otesaga. Great communication with the owner throughout the process. I'm sure we'll be back again!
It was everything we expected.. The host is excellent.. The property was perfect for what we wanted.. There was a snow storm the day we were leaving. We asked to extend and get a late check out Emily was wonderful.
Would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and 2 young children. We played some of the games, read some of the childrenâs books. Kitchen was great. Property owner was great with communication. Any time (both ahead of our stay and during our stay) I sent a message, she responded immediately. We had a wedding at Ommegang Brewery. It was super convenient. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again if we had a big group staying in Cooperstown.
We were looking for a place to stay while our boys played at the Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. This house blew our expectations away. This house has everything you need and all of the modern amenities - with a lot of charm and character. Just 10 minutes away from the park and walking distance to the Red Shed brewery- I canât think of a better place for families of teams to stay. Emily was amazing and there were absolutely no issues. I canât recommend this place more. Perfect house and a perfect week for baseball.
We had 4 families and siblings stay for a week while our sons played at Cooperstown Dream park. The house is super convenient and is roomy, cozy, and comfortably decorated. Itâs a lovely home. The brewery across street is great as is Ommegang half a mile away. I canât recommend it enough!
This house was perfect for two families to enjoy the baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. The pictures didnât do justice to how great the house was. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We enjoyed several visits to the two breweries near by. Overall great experience!
I was born and raised in New York City and lived there for most of my adult life. After falling in love with Cooperstown some years earlier, I finally decided to buy a country house here in 1999, in hopes of spending as many weekends and summers here as possible. It was less than a year later that I decided to relocate to Cooperstown permanently and I've never looked back. The beauty of the area never ceases to amaze me. It's a fantastic place to live and visit.
