Maison en bois rond de 3 étages isolée en raison du grand feuillage! 13 acres avec étang. Un porche à chaque niveau! Un endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou un cocktail tranquille le soir. Beaucoup d'espace pour les petites réunions de famille et les barbecues. Au bord de l'étang, un feu de camp complet pour rôtir les s'mores et raconter des histoires de fantômes. Observez le cerf et la faune naturelle directement depuis n'importe quelle fenêtre de la maison. Chaque étage a sa propre chambre et salle de bain, ce qui le rend spacieux et privé pour une grande famille. 2 cuisines pleine grandeur permettent de cuisiner pour un grand groupe d'amis et de famille. Laveuse et sécheuse commerciale extra large. À quelques pas du Temple de la renommée du baseball et de nombreux musées historiques. Aussi le célèbre Ommigang. Brasserie. Et la cidrerie Fly Creek. Cozy stay

We loved our time at Marshmallow lodge. It was perfectly located to dreams park and provided a comfortable stay for our family. The property was clean and the view was gorgeous.

Convenient location and beautiful property

We loved Marshmallow Acres! It is so close to Cooperstown Dreams Park (5 minute drive), so it was really easy to go back to the house for lunch between games, etc. The property is gorgeous. My kids loved playing in the huge yard. They built forts and went fishing in the pond. They loved seeing the horses too. The house was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend! We hope to be back in 3 years when our next boy is 12 :)

Fantastic stay!We stayed at Marshmallow acres while our son played a week at Dreams Park! The proximity to the park is great! 5 min drive! Downtown Cooperstown is about 10. Super convenient to both! House had everything we needed! Very quiet and peaceful setting! Enjoyed getting up in the mornings and having coffee on the porch while enjoying the view of front yard and pond!Great place to stay for a DreamsPark Family!! Highly recommend

Great property, had our team party at the house, plenty of room to spread out, and was only 5 minutes from the baseball fields.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

It's a beautiful location and the big cabin is great. Plenty of room. Very close to Dreams Park. There are a lot of steps in the home though so definitely something to note for anyone that struggles with getting around.

Undermarketed

This is a beautiful and charming farm house remarkably convenient to Dreams Park and a pleasant 20 minute drive to AllStar Village. Derek and Sarah the caretakers live in a separate building on the 15 acre property and are extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at “fanncy” houses on the lake but Marshmallow was in many ways more enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing and definitely more convenient if your in town for the baseball tournament. Our two dogs did not want to leave. They had so much fun on the trails and large lawn and nearby pond. Definitely two thumbs up and I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone.

Perfect Spot and Great People

We stayed for a tournament week. Property is beautiful and a calm retreat from the ballpark (which is 4 mins away). Host is very responsive and helpful, as is the couple that lives on the property. Extremely welcoming and friendly but also respectful of your privacy. We definitely would stay again.

Best place for Dreamspark

This house was amazing! It had everything we could ever want. Super clean amd spacious. The location can’t be beat! Literally 5 minutes to dreamspark. You can hear the cheering of the games from the front porch. Would definitely highly recommend

Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect property and experience during our visit to Cooperstown for our sons baseball tourney. The owner was SUPER quick to respond and everything you need is there! Lots of towels, linens, everything you need in the kitchen including paper towels and toilet paper! The animals on the property were also enjoyable :) A view of the horse pasture from every window and chickens in the coop were a favorite of my two and eight year old. A wonderful retreat, super close to the Dreams Park, that’s gave my other two sons something to look forward to. Groundskeeper, Derik, was most helpful and offered to help us with starting grill, offered to start a fire pit fire for us and even offered tours of the barn and coop. He let us know about the walking trails on the property and taught my very intrigued boys about newts and other types of wildlife we don’t typically see in Georgia. Thanks, again, Marshmallow Heaven!!!! 10/10 recommend.

Place was a perfect getaway for my son’s baseball tournament!

Staff was amazing, house was even better! Would highly recommend this place to any family looking, so many fun things for the kids to do as well as the adults! All around best experience have had yet with renting on vrbo. Thanks guys for the great experience and memories we made there!

Fantastic property

The property was awesome. We were In town for a baseball tourney and I brought my wife, kids and parents. The home was super spacious, private and the location superb for our events. Will look to stay here again. The owners and staff helped fix and maintain anything we needed right away (nothing big) appreciate you allowing us in your home and look forward to the next visit. :-)

Pleasant getaway

Roomy with nice accommodations. Had a great time wandering the grounds, the toddler loved watching the chickens and giving the pony apples. Kitchen was well-supplied with utensils and equipment if you'd like to do any cooking. Bedrooms were comfortable. Well located - you're within a 15 minute drive to a number of destinations. Only small observation was the lower-level laundry room had a bit of an odor - we weren't down there enough for it to be an issue for us however.

Amazing Weekend Wedding!!

I just have to say that Karine is the supreme hostess! We had an amazing weekend at Marshmallow Acres! We came to stay for the wedding of my daughter and her soon-to-be husband. Karine's home gave us a place to congregate, spend time getting to know new family, and make incredible memories together. Even our dog was welcomed with open arms and adored the property!! It is something we will never forget. Derick, Karine's son, was wonderful and we were in want of nothing! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Great place!

Stayed here with just my wife and son and it was a very nice place. Well kept! The little touches like the cool light switches added to the log cabin ambience. Really interesting animal heads and trophies. We enjoyed the house tremendously!

Beautiful property

The lodge is perfect for multiple family groups. We had 3 family groups in our party and each had a private floor, bed and bath. It is a beautiful lodge with space to spread out and gather together. Our pooch enjoyed his vacation also - lots of outdoor space to explore. It was a great relaxing time - 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. We would book again.

My name is Karine I presently live in Florida but come back to Cooperstown to visit often. This property has gone thru many years of fun times with my Children growing up My daughter (Stephanie) her husband Bryan and my beautiful granddaughter Cora & Handsome grandson Mason
Manage the property and and live close by.
My son Derik currently lives on property ( separate location) and is available if needed

Marshmallow acres is amazing in that attention is payed to every detail. The kitchens are equipped to handle both small and large gatherings. Theres a bed and bath on each floor to ensure plenty of privacy.
We have averaged 3 Weddings a year and each one has inspired new ideas for a destination personalized Wedding Ceremony or Reception. ( using all 3)
Last year brought a unique "gals " gathering in one house and The hunters ( husbands) in the other..... Many creative getaway weekends have been enjoyed by many ... And if your lucky to book early Christmas or NewYears in the country. Thanksgiving will be available this year as well. 2 Electric very realistic fireplaces have been added.
