Please do not trust this listing. We paid our money and on the way there I noticed that they did not give us instruction on getting into the property. He ending up saying we did not re-confirm (bull). They did not say anything about re-confirming or anything and took our money and had someone else at the property. They probably did it because they got more money on another site. WATCH IT THEY ARE NOT GOOD PPL.
No communication, including response to my inquiry, after paying. Three months later, the day before my trip, I messaged him again for access. No response. On the day of my trip I called Vrbo Support. He then responded saying that the unit cannot accommodate six people. I chose this property because the description says it accommodates up to six people. I would have simply accepted a refund and found another place had he let me know there was an issue over the 3-months. Instead we ended up being stuck outside of Toronto in the middle of the night. Every hotel near the airport was fully booked.
Very disappointed with my first vrbo experience. The pictures didnât represent the unit I reserved. Thought I reserved a modern looking condo, but it ended up being a very old unit. The beds were nothing but springs, dirty carpets, floors water stained, tv didnât work, etc. My family and I felt so uncomfortable that we didnât stay and went to a hotel instead. Would never rent from this place again and I am still waiting to get a full reimbursement as promised.
Had I known the poor conditions of this unit, I would have not paid for it. This is not fair to renters whatsoever and I want my money back!
