Deluxe, entièrement rénové et situé à côté du terrain de golf Sierra Star!

Ce spacieux et moderne condo de 2 chambres et mezzanine de 3 salles de bains a été entièrement rénové du haut vers le bas et comprend des appareils électroménagers, des finitions et des revêtements de sol haut de gamme. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision de 55 ", d'une cheminée à bois et d'un grand canapé pouvant accueillir toute la famille.

La cuisine sur mesure a été améliorée avec de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en pierre et des luminaires suspendus de bon goût, ainsi qu’une cuisine bien équipée avec TOUS les éléments essentiels pour préparer vos repas.

La chambre principale en bas dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une salle de bains privative rénovée avec douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre en bas offre un lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat, un ventilateur de plafond et l'accès à une salle de bains adjacente dans le couloir, qui a également été entièrement rénovée et améliorée. Le loft à l'étage dispose de 4 lits jumeaux, d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et d'une salle de bains privée rénovée. Cette zone est parfaite pour les enfants ou un groupe de célibataires!

Le balcon extérieur donne sur la zone de pique-nique complexe qui comprend une nouvelle piscine, un jacuzzi, des tables de pique-nique, des barbecues à gaz (été uniquement) et un court de tennis. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de cyclisme, etc.

Le condo est livré avec WiFi haut débit gratuit, et peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes. Les invités auront deux passes de stationnement. Si vous avez besoin de plus de stationnement que prévu, n'hésitez pas à appeler notre bureau pour d'autres options. Il y a 16 escaliers vers le condo, 2 niveaux à l'intérieur et il est interdit de fumer ou les animaux domestiques sont autorisés. Notre calendrier est mis à jour en temps réel. This place was great. Loved that it was 3 bed/3 bath. Beds and bedding were awesome. access to spa was nice. Walkable to the free shuttle too.

Loved the location as we were able to avoid the busy streets & get where we were going easily. 5-7 minutes from everything. Living space is plenty big for four adults & four kids ages 7-5. A few blocks down was the grocery store and several restaurants to choose from. It took about 15 min to drive to the Main Lodge where we ski’d at. The only issue we had was the heater. It would turn off in the middle of the night right when it’s the coldest.

Nice, quite location...

The area was nice and quite however the neighborhood kids have access to the facilities. The unit was nice but the fans were so dirty we had to clean the bedroom fans before turning them on. There was a fan that blew into the dining room from the upstairs which was very noisy. Overall I would recommend the unit. They need to give new sponges at the beginning of every stay. Some cleaning supplies would be helpful as well as an iron and plug for sink. Had to go to mammoth reservations to get more toilet paper. For the price, better paper products are expected.

The property management went above and beyond. We actually got an upgrade from the original booking. This unit was stunning!! Everything was so beautiful, beds were great, TV's in every bedroom (upgrade), nice large sectional for our party of five. They even gave us the passes to the original condo complex booking that was next door to allow us to use both pool, jacuzzis, tennis courts, and game rooms, (that was extra kind)! We had a great vacation, and as always, wanted to stay longer. We will return for sure next summer.

no air conditioning

The property was very clean, and nicely redone inside. The pictures make this place look much more spacious than it actually is though. We came with all three of my grown adult children and their 2 small kids. It was tight to hang out in if everyone wanted to be together. We weren’t there for very long so it wasn’t an issue but had we stayed longer it probably would have been. One thing that I didn’t realize when I booked it was that there is no air conditioning in this unit. My bad! It didn’t end up being an issue for us though bc the days we were there were not that hot and we opened up all the windows and it cooled off. However, the upstairs room was quite a bit hotter and my son slept on the couch because of it. If you run hot, you may want to think about this. Also something no one seemed to mention on the reviews was that the condo looks out over a trailer park from the bedrooms! Like literally into a trailer park back yard, and it’s not nice! They do have blinds on the windows so as long as you don’t want to look out at nature, you’re good! My number one complaint is that checkin was not until 5!! I think it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have to pay for an entire day when in fact you don’t get an entire 24 hours, or even close. We came up on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. We had to be out by 11, I believe. We paid over 800.00 for basically one and a half days. Completely ridiculous! I had asked for an early checkin but was told they couldn’t bc others were checking out. Most places I’ve stayed checkin is at 3. Still not great but way better than 5! Im not sure we would stay here again bc of this reason. It feels like a waste of money. Other than that it was a seamless stay. The area was mostly quiet and the master bed and furnishings were very comfortable.
