Remodelé et mis à jour, cet appareil offre le summum du confort en montagne. Parfait pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis, cet appareil est au cœur de toute l'action hivernale ou estivale. Marchez jusqu'aux pistes ou à la télécabine du village ou détendez-vous avec une vue sur les Sierras. Situé dans les arbres à côté du parking Canyon Lodge, Mammoth West est l'un des endroits les plus pratiques de la ville.

L'unité a un plan d'étage ouvert qui laisse entrer beaucoup de lumière. Doté de toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, c'est le point de départ idéal pour toutes vos aventures.

Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, un balcon surdimensionné avec de belles vues sur la forêt et la montagne, une grande table de salle à manger, 3 téléviseurs, Blu-Ray / Netflix / Amazon Prime / Pandora / DVD, une chaîne stéréo avec connexion iPod, Internet sans fil et une belle rivière foyer en pierre avec poêle à bois (bois fourni). Ce condo sur deux niveaux peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes avec 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux et 4 lits superposés. Il y a 3 salles de bain complètes et une laveuse et une sécheuse situées dans l'unité. L'humidificateur intégré sur l'unité à air pulsé maintient l'intérieur confortable et chaud lorsque l'air extérieur est froid et sec.

Le complexe de condos comprend l'un des plus grands et des meilleurs jacuzzis de Mammoth, offrant l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée complète d'activités. Il y a aussi une piscine, un sauna en bois rouge et des toilettes / douches pour hommes / femmes.

Pour d'autres après-ski à proximité et une cuisine raffinée, l'Austria Hof Restaurant & Bar est situé à côté de notre complexe. À la fin de votre journée de ski, skiez jusqu'à la base de la chaise 7 sur le parking du restaurant Austria Hof et vous serez à quelques pas de notre complexe de condos. De plus, nous avons des casiers à ski du propriétaire au Canyon Lodge qui peuvent être fournis sur demande.

Notre unité dispose de deux laissez-passer de stationnement pour l'aire de stationnement en face de l'unité ou juste en dessous de l'unité le long du Canyon Blvd. à côté du parking Canyon Lodge. Le chargement / déchargement / ramassage / dépôt est autorisé directement en face de l'unité.

Decor was nice, all necessary items in kitchen provided, fireplace, wood and BBQ all worked and provided nice comfort. Easy check in. Would stay again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It accommodated our 8 person group well, beds comfortable. The best part of this place is the amazing view from the deck of the Sherwin mountains. Kitchen fully stocked with all cookware and dishes one would need. Cabin feel and decor. The last night of our stay, our son discovered a small baby mouse in the downstairs, and then my husband found a dead mouse under the bed in one of the bedrooms. John responded promptly to my message, and apparently this is common in the summer time, with mice looking for water.

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 with all the right amenities for skiing. The locker at canyon was a nice addition that we all appreciated! Located in easy walking distance to canyon lodge.

Wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great place and great location. A few expected amenties were missing, which could have made it even better (e.g. hair dryers in all baths; sponge for cleaning in kitchen; plastic wrap, foil). Great having access to lockers at Canyon Lodge.

Great, Spacious Condo near Canyon Lodge

Our group very much enjoyed John's condo near Canyon Lodge. We have rented many in the area and also have friends who own a unit nearby and also were in town so we could easily visit one another - this unit was one of our favorites. It was nice having so many bedrooms, the beds were comfortable and the locations of the bathrooms were convenient. Having so many wall hooks was appreciated by all, as was the ski locker, close trash drop off, and the overall comfort of the unit. The owners clearly are thoughtful and know how to make renters comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Seven of us stayed at this great rental to enjoy snowboarding. The location was perfect with a very short walk basically just through the parking lot to get to Canyon Lodge. I could walk to the Lodge in the morning, print out the lift tickets for the day and walk back to the condo which only took 10 minutes. Some of my family hit the slopes in the morning and came back to the condo for lunch and then went back out for more snowboarding. One day after everyone got back from snowboarding early, we walked over to Canyon Lodge, took the village gondola to the village grabbed some coffee and took the gondola back to the lodge. Super easy!The condo is comfortable and can sleep many comfortably. It isn't completely updated and fancy but instead like a comfortable cabin which was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you need to make delicious dinners and even had a crockpot, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker. The owner was very informative and helpful--read the information they provide and you won't have a problem. It did snow while we were there which made it great for the slopes but some people did have issues with the slope at Canyon (we had 4 wheel drive and didn't have any problem). Overall, highly recommend and we plan to stay there again!!

Perfect home base for a family ski getaway!

This is an awesome place to stay and ski! The house is cozy and stocked with everything you need. Easy to access the unit and walk to canyon lodge without having to worry about driving and parking. So nice to get two parking passes in the complex and access to two ski lockers in canyon lodge. Lots of beds and a great set up in the main living area, even a game table! John was really nice to work with. Our teenage boys loved going to the common area hot tub at night. The unit itself is compact so best to all be one family or close friends, but has everything you need! Owners make the check out really simple too which is a big plus when you're trying to get on the road home.

furniture needs cleaning and needs maintenance or updating

Thank goodness I brought sheets to cover furniture or we wouldn’t of been comfortable. One chair is really bad (filthy sticky) had to keep screwing knob back on bathroom shower every time we used it. No screens on windows or sliding door so we couldn’t enjoy the cool weather or air out the place. One window looks like it has a screen that is completely torn which is dangerous if you have a small child because the window opens on the ground and it’s on the second level. Just not worth what we paid. $$$ they did accommodate one of our needs but still dissatisfied

Comfortable, Clean, Condo with a Cabin Feel and View Above the Trees

Pros: The location of this condo worked well for us. It was close enough to the village to be convenient yet far enough to enjoy the quiet. With three bedrooms, three baths and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds there was plenty of room for our party of six adults. The great room included the kitchen, dining room, living room and game area. All of this under an open beam ceiling so we never felt closed in. Also, he entire south wall was glass allowing us to enjoy a view of the tree tops. We arrived for our summer vacation and had no trouble getting the keys and the parking was directly in front of the condo. The condo was clean and the bathrooms came with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The natural wood paneling and accents gave the condo a cabin feel. The caretaker was prompt to collect trash daily and when we had a problem with the condo door lock, he worked with the owner quickly to resolve the problem. The kitchen was well stocked with table and flatware, appliances, microwave, electric oven and stove all in working order. Cons: 1.) Front Entry: Be careful! The second step down to the front deck is very loose and needs to be secured or replaced. 2.) Ceiling fan: needs a good cleaning and could not be used. 3.) Kitchen: The non-stick cookware was badly scared and warped with handles barely holding together. (Skillets and saucepans needed to be replaced). Also, the kitchen faucet was barely working and needed repair of replacement. 3.) Towels: There was not a full set of towels for each person in our party. This was a surprise for us and we had to share washcloths and hand towels. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer in the condo which we used daily. Had we known about this we could have brought our own. 4.) Beds: This one was on me. I overestimated my ability to downsize from a king at home to a queen on vacation and consequently spent several nights sleeping on the sofa. So in a perfect uetting, a king bed would have been nice but I realize this is a personal preference. Conclusion: I would rent this again without hesitation if there was a king bed in one of the bedrooms but short of that, I will look for another option next time. If that is not a problem for you I would recommend renting this condo. Good luck.

We had an enjoyable week at the condo—it was quiet, clean, and made for a relaxing stay. Thank you again for sharing it with us.One observation that we noticed was that the condo felt a bit dated, although it could be refreshed with some relatively simple updates. The main issue we ran into was with the pillows, which were quite flat and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Replacing them with more supportive options would be a small change that could have a big impact on comfort.Overall, it was a great stay, and with just a few easy improvements, the condo could feel even more inviting.

We had a great stay and were overall very happy with the rental. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the pots, pans, and equipment needed to cook comfortably. The condo was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and hang out. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras - there were tons of books and board games that made downtime really enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable spacious home

This was the perfect place for 4 friends all wanting their own bedroom. It was very comfortable, spacious with the high ceilings and in a very convenient location. Definitely recommend staying here. Note: You do need to bring your own shower gel/soap for the showers.

A well deserved 10/10

John’s place is lovely - comfortable beds, standing fans in the closet, well-equipped kitchen, cozy dining and sitting area, and lots of place to hang/store ski gear. The location is lovely - 5 mins walk or 1 minute shuttle from canyon lodge. The hot tub area is solid. The ski lockers that John makes available at the lodge is next level. It adds SO much convenience to the trip. John’s communication was clear and helpful. An amazing stay.

Cozy Cabin!

We had an amazing time at The Cozy Cabin! John is an excellent host, always available if needed, but honestly, you won’t have to reach out because everything is so well organized. The cabin is fully equipped, with thoughtful touches like extra paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, pillows, and blankets.The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a full spice rack—something we genuinely appreciated. We had two families with four kids and two adults, and having two private bathrooms for the adults and a third for the kids made things so much easier. The space is not only comfortable but also spacious.The cabin is just a quick 10-minute walk to the Canyon, and the lockers for our gear were incredibly convenient. This was our second stay at John's, and we're already planning for next year. Highly recommend it!
