Perfect Getaway

Great property and location. The privacy and pool were wonderful and necessary with 5 children who can make a lot of noise. Plus a little bit of nature was a nice touch - hawks, turkeys, deer, albino squirrel and a bear meandering in the front of the propertu.

Another amazing stay!

Summer Vacation

It was a very hot and humid week, and this property was simply awesome to be either in the beautiful pool or inside the airconditioned house. Garbage removal and pool cleaning personnel arrived and were very professional. Simply, and AWESOME experience. It took only minutes to get anywhere if needed.

Girls Weekend

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had an amazing trip! There were 9 of us, we each had a bed and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was very clean and beautiful !

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property for our girls weekend. The house was perfect for us. The terrace off the kitchen felt like we were in our own little bistro. Enjoyed the firepit and all of the space the house provided.

First Family Vacation in an Idyllic Setting

This property simply exceeded our expectations. Expansive and private, this house is nestled within a wooded 10 acres that was surprisingly easy to find and close to Meredith. Each morning we were greeted by a rafter of wild turkeys searching for breakfast in this serene setting. A very large home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, contained a very ample and modern kitchen stocked with every appliance, utensil, dish, mug (loved the Mello Moose mugs), pot, pan, cutting board, etc. one could imagine. Our favorite rooms were the two spacious and comfortable family rooms with loads of picture windows and big screen TVs. There is a spiral staircase leading to 360 degree cupola for spectacular views. A very large salt water pool (surrounded by fencing) was the focus of our grandchildren's delight. Each day they swam, laughed and played while the Sonos played their favorite Disney tunes. If opting out of the swim, yet relaxing on the shady porch, my wife and I watched the pool fun. Dinner plans included grilled meals and stove-top goodies. The fire pit allowed for smores and roasted marshmallows. Our hosts Ed and Janelle were most courteous and eager to answer our questions regarding they lovely rental via texting. Home for a few days, missing our wonderful vacation already...Thanks again to Ed and Janelle Iris and Steve T.

Family reunion in New Hampshire

This large, well maintained home in an ideal location was just what we needed for six adults and four children! Everyone had the privacy that they needed and there was so much living space, we did not even use all the available space. The views were breathtaking, the outside space relaxing and the pool was so much fun for the adults and children. We went to the local Meredith public beach with the children who enjoyed the beautiful, clean lake water of NH. The young children hiked their first mountain by themselves! We enjoyed hiking, swimming, train rides, Storyland and the Castle in the clouds. Fun was had by all and all I heard all week was what a great house we had for our reunion!

This place was amazing! Everything was as advertised and then some. Plenty of open space inside and out. Clean with all the amenities one would need. The Pool area was the best, the views were awesome, the yard was immaculate. Would recommend for anyone in the world.

Spacious and stylish house with great views of the lake.

Our group was a small bachelor party looking to spend some time outdoors. The fire pit, grill, pool, and spacious yard gave us the room to keep ourselves entertained. Also close to downtown and golf which worked out perfectly. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had, and provided great info through their app.

Awesome home

We stayed at the home for our annual pond hockey tournament in Meredith. Great location and the house was plenty big for all of us. It had everything we needed and the home owner was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be renting this home again next year.

Quiet getaway close to amenities

This is such a unique property with plenty to do at the property and surrounding area. We had a great time enjoying the pool and campfire area. Super easy check-in/out process and communication with owners couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this home for your next getaway!!

Pandemic Oasis

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We were in the heated saltwater pool every day, fire pit with s'mores at night, and my daughter even saw a turkey family in the mornings by the apple trees! The house did not disappoint - it was secluded and peaceful and we did not feel the need to leave during our 5 days there. Loved the outside TV and being able to play music at the pool during the day, and mellow music around the fire at night. The only negative would be the lack of some window dressings in the bedroom, but all in all, it was a perfect vacation!

Family get away

We stayed for 4 nights. Ten of us and there was plenty of room. The pool was awesome, beds comfortable, enough bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The setting is so pretty and secluded. We really had a great time but were disappointed in the screened porch.

Beautiful property and wonderful host

The pictures don’t quite do it justice. This house and property are absolutely beautiful. Staying here felt like a dream and our friends immediately inquired about their own future stay. The views of the sunset and the lakes from the second floor as well as the observatory are stunning. We spent nearly every moment in the beautiful salt water pool. There are so many areas to relax, both inside and out. 10 of us stayed here (including 4 children) and there would have been more than enough to room for others to sleep. All of the basic necessities are provided, though we did need to pick up some firewood (we go through a lot). We visited during Covid and found this was the perfect property given these times. We never felt the need to leave and spend time in public places, the property itself felt like a full vacation. Ginelle was very accommodating and responsive throughout our visit and we really appreciate both the attentiveness as well as the privacy. Thank you for letting us stay, we hope to visit again in the future!

Amazing views by the lake

My family and I stayed at this property after seeing multiple good reviews and beautiful pictures. One thing I can say is that the pictures don’t do it justice..... you have to stay to see the true beauty of this home. Upon arriving the home was extremely clean and welcoming. The property overlooks the lake and mountains around. We absolutely loved it and look forward to returning this summer. This is also very convenient to everything in the area and there are lots of activities for families and friends.
