Ceci est une nouvelle maison achevé en Juin 2015. Il y a six chambres pour 18 personnes. Il a deux chambres de maître avec salle de bain à l'étage principal. Avec cinq salles de bains, une immense cuisine moderne et une table à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes, il est idéal pour les grands groupes familiaux.

La maison dispose de trois niveaux avec chambres et salles sur chaque niveau. Le niveau inférieur a une salle de jeux avec plusieurs curseurs ouvrant sur un 32 pieds par 16 pieds patio, La cour arrière est ouvert et parfait pour les sports et jeux divers. Il dispose d'une fosse de feu de camp et une fosse de fer à cheval.

La maison dispose de la climatisation centrale, un foyer au gaz, et une grande véranda. les couchers de soleil depuis la véranda ou la terrasse sont beaux à voir.

Plage publique Meredith est à seulement 700 verges en bas de la rue. Le centre de Meredith est 1 & 1/4 mile away et est une promenade facile aux restaurants, boutiques et bars qui s'y trouvent.

La cuisine est immense et possède des appareils avec toutes les commodités modernes, ainsi que d'un grand centre de l'île pour des sièges supplémentaires.

Great spot!

My friends and I go away every year for the weekend. This was a PERFECT spot, super clean, cozy, and we were blown away by how well stocked with appliances and utensils the kitchen was for a rental. It was absolutely perfect as a gathering spot. We weren't sure how many of us there would be in total, we ended up with six of us, so we each got a HUGE bedroom. There is so much space and it is a beautifully kept up home.

Amazing location for a family vacation

The Meredith house was very spacious and very well equipped. We celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday and did quite a lot of cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Michael and Robert also keep a ton of games and toys which kept my toddler busy. We were minutes away from Weirs Beach, one of our favorite beaches to visit when we visit Laconia. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.

Absolutely fantastic

Property super close to Church Landing where we were all attending a wedding. We had an absolute blast and it was big enough to house us all. Was able to provide a pack n play and had toys for the little ones to play with (which we were super grateful for). Gorgeous property and owner great at responding to inquiries when needed and being patient with us and our million questions. Fantastic!

House and rooms are bigger than they look!

We were a party of 4 couples and 2 singles attending a wedding at Church Landing, only a 4-minute drive away. The number of bedrooms allowed everyone their own space. The house is spacious; plenty of room in each bedroom for a pack-n-play, if needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Enclosed sunroom is very lovely, although we did not use it since it was very hot and humid. Air conditioning worked great! Large backyard but might not be conducive to little bare feet. Plenty of parking. Mike was very easy to work with and accommodated our request for early check in, which was great since we had 3 groomsmen and 1 bridesmaid in our party that needed to be at the rehearsal by 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this property.

Property everything that listing offered. Owner replied to quick email about minor wall damage from door handle by prior tenants. Centrally located to town center and activities for 10-14 year olds only 10 minutes away.

Needs some TLC

We had a great family vacation in the Lakes Region. Good location and home was as advertised. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Large kitchen with plenty of space. The house does need some tender loving care. Ant issue in the kitchen/bathroom. Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors went off multiple mornings and owner told us to just disconnect them all.....safety issue as there is also a gas fireplace! Mouse dropping in the outdoor bin where the cushions were. Outdoor grill needs a good cleaning. Horseshoe and fire pits need a good weeding. We paid for bed linens/towels and when we arrived the nine sets of bed linens were not all there. As we were not in need of all nine sets of linens we did not notify the owner of the missing items. He then charged us for these "missing" items. We tried to contact the owner and have been unable to, VRBO has also been unable to. Electric outlet cover missing in the basement. Several light bulbs out, there were spares in a cabinet but did not match the ones that were out.

Great house, lots of room

Great house for our family of three households, 8 people total. Lots of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the utensils and pans you might need, great fridge and dishwasher, good washer and dryer, air conditioning worked well. Great stay!

Spacious but needs updating and cleaning

We rented the property to spend Christmas together as a family. The rooms were very spacious and so was the kitchen, making it easy for us to work together to make our Christmas Eve's dinner. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, it's a very short drive to the supermarket and a cute downtown. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of some supplies (specially trash bags, thankfully I brought some, but still we ran out.) Some of the mattress protectors were stained with what could be blood. One of the blankets was also stained. The closet with the broom/vaccuum was very dirty. It seemed like the floors were swept and all the dirt was just pushed in there. Fans were thick with dust. My allergies were triggered. The bathroom upstairs did not have the plastic curtain, thankfully I found a new one in the cabinet underneath the sink, but I had to install it myself. Cabinet next to pantry was very cluttered, so was the cabinet underneath the sink (dirty). Some shelves in the fridge were broken. There was no ping pong table. We had a hard time figuring out the heat for the basement, it was cold for the first day of our stay. Also, if you have a large group, make sure people spread out their showers. If everyone takes a shower around the same time you will run out of hot water, and it will take a while before it heats up again.

Nice time with plenty to do.

Had a great time. Nice house and yard! Mike was super when we arrived, we were out of propane and Bob was right there to help us and delivered new tanks for the grills. Was told to bring linens and towels but found that we were only supplied with a 1/2 roll of paper towels. No sponge or anything to clean kitchen counters or table (wasn't advised to bring these items. Light outside in back for the stairs, at the peak, is a strobe light! My daughter in law has a seizure disorder and thankfully it didn't affect her, but it really needs to be addressed. Everything we could possibly want, and need is nearby in just a short drive. We had a great time hanging around the fire. Grandchildren had plenty of toys to play with.

Great getaway

This was a great place for our group of 12 friends. Plenty of room for everyone to be together. We had some great meals,relaxed at night,did a bit of sightseeing in town and enjoyed the amenities the house offered.

Girls Weekend 2022

We had a group of 11 ladies(was going to be 14). The house was open and had lots of space for us to all enjoy ourselves .We enjoyed the patio and the sunroom. Having the firepit was great we loved sitting by the fire in the evening. It fit our group well and we all voted to come back for 2023 if we can get it. Mike was great , we messaged him the coffee pot was not working properly and he was at the door with a new one so everyone could have their morning coffee.

Nice rental

Great location! Close to downtown Meredith and all kinds of outdoor winter activities. The big plus for this property are the many spacious bedrooms which allowed our large group to stay together over February vacation. The kids enjoyed the big yard. The kitchen was great and we loved the fireplace but the living room could use a little sprucing up. Also, the 3 season porch unfortunately smelled like smoke so we couldn’t spend time there. Overall, a nice rental.

Spacious

The place is very spacious for multiple families with the three levels. The kids were disappointed that there was no ping pong table as stated in the description. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness. It did not seem like the kitchen counters were cleaned and the coffee pot was quite dirty. We found mouse droppings under the kitchen sink and under all the couches. The lower level was quite cold most of the time. The host was very caring and was quick in responding and communicating. It was a great location with lots to do and great places to eat.

Vacation of a lifetime

I can't begin to tell you how awesome everything was from the time we booked until after we checked out. Mike kept in contact with us about everything. Because there were so many of my family members, I wasn't sure if we really would have enough room for common area hangouts but we sure did. We had 10 adults. 2 teens and 5 children and an toddler. Plenty of room. Cooking was easy for this many as the kitchen is very large. We definitely enjoyed our week there and would recommend this place for small or a large group. Thank you Mike for your hospitality.

Good location / house lacking

We had a family vacation during Thanksgiving weekend 2021. We had fun but the house was not up to standards. To start off, it was not clean. We had mice droppings on the beds, in the basement, and kitchen cabinets. House is very empty (bare walls, no decor, bare essentials). Lacked coziness. In regards to heating, it was very cold in the basement. Owner stated in previous reviews that a mini split was installed but it is not large enough to keep up with the cold. Advertised ping pong table was no where to be found. Location was good, close to center of town and lakes and parks. Backyard is spacious and has fire pit, but buy your own fire wood.

What makes this property unique is the size of the house and the number of bedrooms and baths. It is ideal for large families.

The second most unique benefit is the proximity to the town center and the public beach, which you walk past as you take an easy stroll into town for a little shopping, or just an ice cream cone at Ben and Jerry's.
