This house can comfortably sleep 14 adults. You can add extra guests by special request only. It has a 5-bedroom (4 bedroom plus Sun sunroom that can become a private bedroom) and a playroom has a queen-size sectional sofa. For your enjoyment, there is 86" TV, a large barbecue grill, and a walk-in in shallow sandy beach (great for younger kids). Chairs around wood-burning fire pit right by the water. The supply of firewood is provided, while supplies last.

There is also a 90' dock (boat at dock belongs to home homeowner). You can bring your own boat and park your trailer on the property as well.

Bed linens are optional. *Please note that sheets are not included with this rental; however, if you would like to rent linens, the fee is $135 plus tax for sheets. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be in need of our linen rental service to ensure availability. *

We also have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook like a professional chef. A quick breakdown of the sleeping arrangements includes 4+1 bedrooms (2 have their own bathroom). In total, there are 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, one bunk bed(twin over twin), one full-size (54" x 75")sleeper couch, 1 queen-size sectional sofa, and 3 pull-out chairs that turn into a small bed (30" x 75").

The views are amazing! Bring your camera to catch a Hock diving for fish, nesting nearby Loon or Crane! During the winter, you can see skiers on Gunstock!

In the playroom, there's a pool/ping pong table and bubble hockey.

Outside on the deck, there is a hot tub overlooking the lake for guests' use as well.

In addition, the home has a patio and barbecue grill. Guests can use 1 paddle board, 2 kids kayaks, 1 adult sit-on-top kayak, and a canoe.

The location on the lake is perfect to get to places by boat, and you are also far enough away to enjoy quiet days on the lake in a protected cove that's great for boating, jet skiing, kayaking, and canoeing!

This home has everything you need to get the full lake life experience.

Please note: some ouside video security cameras are ON to monitor the perimeter of the property, NO cameras are INSIDE the home, there is one by front door, 2 driveway cameras, 1 camera to monitor dock and boat, 2 on the sides of the house and 1 for hot tub (we use it to make sure the cover is closed).
