Cette unité a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous sentir comme des rois, un grand lit king et deux lits jumeaux. Il a également une cuisine bien approvisionnée. avec vue sur l'océan aussi. Casa De Emdeko offre aux propriétaires et aux invités le mélange parfait d'ambiance hawaïenne avec des jardins tropicaux et des chansons de nombreux oiseaux colorés profitant des caractéristiques de l'eau dans le jardin. Profitez de notre piscine de jardin située au milieu d'un cadre tropical. Casa possède également l'une des rares piscines en bord de mer où vous pourrez nager et profiter du chaud soleil d'Hawaï tout en regardant les baleines ou les dauphins jouer, en fonction de la saison de votre visite. Les palmiers sur notre solarium privé et ensoleillé, au bord de l’océan, offrent de magnifiques couchers de soleil avec une sensation particulière de sérénité. We loved this place. Listening to the waves as we went to sleep was a highlight. Lovely pool and close access to many beaches. Whole experience was lovely.

Gorgeous view and Accommodation!

The unit is ideally situated at the end of a building giving you three sides of ocean views. The large lanai is amazing, and the nicely updated interior is very comfortable. My family enjoyed the close proximity to the large salt water pool.It is good to know if you are someone with mobility issues, or forgetting luggage up to your room, while there is an elevator, there is a series of 2 to 3 step level changes to navigate. Less than 20 minutes from the Tacoma airport and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Condo location is right on the water with incredible ocean views. Very peaceful! Condo is clean, roomy, and comfortable. Updated kitchen and bathrooms are nice. Biggest attraction is the wrap around lanai. You’ll spend every minute there! Knutson management is exceptional. They check in often and quickly address questions or concerns. Very accessible. My family has stayed in this community before and I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay in Kona

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was exactly as described, the hosts were communicative from beginning to end and the location great. We will stay here again when we come back to Kona!

Casa 219

The unit is lovely and well located. We had an issue with a dripping shower that continually splashed water all over the floor. When we asked for service management sent us a bucket and a mop so we could clean it up ourselves. It took a week to get it “fixed” so that it no longer dripped, but then only dispensed cold water. Bed has too much plastic covering. Like sleeping in a plastic bag.

Great vacatio looking over the ocean

Easy checkin and great communication with property management. The lanai was extensive and overlooked the ocean. Location was great as it was straight access to the shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

cozy place

Casa De Emdeko located at near center of Kailua Kona. Building was old but well maintained. The ocean front room was quiet and cozy for us. View was excellent, the wide open ocean. Sound of wave is wild. It was full moon while we stayed, so waves were higher than ever. Salt water pool just next to the ocean was fun. The owner that we saw him often in KTA or Safeway casher respond me soon on WiFi trouble asking. The only disappoint thing was low water pressure in the shower.

It’s also in a great location, has two pool options, and a great outdoor BBQ area. It’s does need some touch up paint and lacks amenities (so make sure you pack your own) but we truly enjoyed the condo and property and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful View

We didn't use the pool because we were too busy doing other things, but we loved sitting on the lanai in the morning for breakfast and watching the sunset. You could even see fish swimming in the water from the Lanai.

This unit was lovely and well stocked. The kitchen and bath updates made for a comfortable visit and the property manager sent us helpful updates before and during our stay. I had a minor inquiry and the property manager responded within minutes. Simple to check in which was appreciated after a long trip. Mahalo

Dream lanai!

We were able to sleep outside, enjoying the cadence of the waves thanks to daybed and lounge chairs. The condo is "dated" but still very functional.
