The kitchen is stocked with items necessary to prepare your meals. The living room has ample seating, a large screen smart TV, and lanai access. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, closet, a smart TV, and lanai access. A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is contained within. The guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and ample closet storage. The guest bathroom also contains a shower/tub combination. A Pack-n-Play and portable booster/high chair available in the condo. All linens and towels are provided. The living room also contains a pull out sofa bed. The lanai is a great place to relax and listen to the sounds of the nearby waves, with a beautiful tropical view. There is only a limited ocean view from the lanai. Four beach chairs, one umbrella, and an ice chest are provided for guest use. One designated parking stall is included, which is located just beneath the condo next to the stairwell. The condo is located on the second floor of the building. There is an elevator to the complex, however (6) steps are still required.
