Casa 204 est un excellent établissement au 2ème étage abordable que vous allez sûrement adorer! AC central, ascenseurs, engins de plage! Cherchez pas plus loin! Casa De Emdeko offre aux propriétaires et des invités le mélange parfait de l'ambiance hawaïenne avec jardins tropicaux et les chants des nombreux oiseaux colorés appréciant les caractéristiques de l'eau dans le jardin. Profitez de notre piscine de jardin situé au milieu d'un décor tropical. Casa a aussi l'un des rares piscines en bord de mer où vous pouvez nager et profiter du soleil chaud d'Hawaï tout en regardant les baleines ou des dauphins jouent, en fonction de la saison de votre visite. Palmiers sur notre, zone d'ensoleillement de sable privée au bord de l'océan offre couchers de soleil avec un sens particulier de sérénité. Notre cabane, des barbecues et des tables de véranda sont parfaits pour les réunions de dîner avec des amis et faire de nouveaux amis de partout dans le monde. I saw another review that mentioned the cutlery before i went, and i can concur, need to replace or sharpen the stand unit in kitchen, they are all really dull. The rest of my experience was as described, perfect 14 day stay, even with the Kona low that came and crashed me on last week.

The best home base for Big Island adventures!

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay here. It was conveniently located to food, shopping, beaches, etc. We enjoyed the well maintained property and the 2 pools. The rental is well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We appreciated the having the cooler, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our beach days. Would 100% stay here again when we stay in Kona and we will be be back! We loved the island!

Wonderful stay in Kona!

We had a great stay at Casa De Emdeko! The property is very nice with an excellent view of the sunset. We used the grills almost every night which are located with a nice view of the ocean. Very close to downtown Kona. The bed is on the firm side but that is a personal preference. AC worked great! I would deffinetly stay again

Fabulous Stay

Our stay

We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool, played tennis, watched the sunset every night, snorkeled, and visited the Vanilla Farm in Hilo. The accommodations were fantastic and we had all we needed for our stay. The only recommendation I could give is for you to add black out curtains to the bedroom. The elevator light is right outside the window and it lights up the room all night as if it’s daytime. I let my daughter take that room and I slept on the couch where it was darker. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Vacation in paradise

This rental was amazing, it has everything you could possibly need! If you are looking for a great, safe, friendly place to stay on the big island I would 100% book this rental, and personally I hope to be booking it again next year! I would not have one negative thing to say about this place everything was perfect!

Great property overall!!

Overall property was great. Issue with AC first day, then no water 2nd day due to maintenance. I would love to give 5 stars but unit says it has AC but thermostat does not go lower than 75 degrees which is warm for my wife. But would stay again if the could adjust thermostat.

Very nice remodeled condo in a great ocean front complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This like-new, well-appointed unit was immaculate with comfortable furniture and everything a guest needs. Large walk-in tile shower. Bed very comfortable. The quiet elevator area was close by, which can be important for guests who need to limit stair use. While it is farther back in the complex, it is a very pleasant outlook onto the garden and fountain area and easy access to the common area terrace and beach.

Great location, clean and comfortable condo

Casa de Emdeko more than met our expectations. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our adult daughter join us on our vacation and found the pullout sofa quite comfortable. We were able to get a breeze through the condo and along with the large ceiling fans sleeping was never an issue. Casa de Emdeko is centrally located so access to some of the best snorkeling is within a 30 min drive to the south and beaches for body surfing and general swimming is 30 mins to the north. Celebrating the sunset from the gathering area and saltwater pool was a great way to end the day. We were well informed on the check in ands out process and all our questions and requests handled promptly.

It was quiet for the most part, the grounds were well kept.In the condo, everything was provided. A nice upgrade was a USB outlet in a small nook. The balcony was pleasant.The management responded when a couple of of problems came up, tv remote and blender, overall, we would recommend staying here.
