1600 pieds carrés 3 lit 1 bain toute l'année chalet sur un beau lac plus petit qui est idéal pour la pêche et la natation! Cottage n'a pas d'escalier à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur et a une superbe plage de sable avec une exposition ensoleillée. Le chalet est entièrement équipé et comprend laverie, le satellite, le barbecue, le foyer de camp, le micro-ondes, le poêle, le pot de café, le radeau de natation, le bateau à rames, le canot, le bateau en rangée. Nouvelle salle de bain entièrement rénovée. Cottage est à 15 minutes au sud de Parry Sound et à 5 min en voiture de Gordon Bay Marina et du lancement de Lake Joe's Boat.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We loved our stay at this cottage! It had everything we wanted, it was very spacious, and the view of the lake was fantastic! I hope we can stay again some day.

Loved the quietness of the cottage and surrounding area

This cottage is very good and could very easily be an excellent place. It just needs a little TLC. We will definitely stay there again and will happily recommend it to anyone The weather was perfect and we were very relaxed

Perfect spot for our family reunion

Beautiful location with lots of outdoor activities perfectly suited to our active adult children. Cottage was very welcoming, well equipped and spacious. The lake was warm and peaceful and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets.

Perfect Getaway in Muskoka

Beautiful cottage with great access to water for swimming, paddle boating, paddle boards etc. Beautiful lake views at night. Interesting watching the planes coming in and out overhead. Nice calm lake and warm for swimming. Had a nice stay and would recommend.

Great for Families

This was our third time staying at this cottage and once again, we had an amazing time. It’s a large, spacious cottage with beautiful views of the water. The lake is small and warm, with a gradual entry that’s perfect for kids. Our children loved the paddle boat and paddle boards and spent most of their time in the water. On rainy days, there were plenty of games, puzzles, and movies to keep us busy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again!

Relaxing retreat after trip across Canada

This cottage was the perfect place to land and re-group after our drive across Canada. It is clean and comfortable, the lake is warm and inviting and we had afternoon naps every day. Also, the sunsets are AMAZING. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Lovely cottage . Peaceful lots of living space Great for all ages nice sandy and shallow area for small children . My only complaint would be that the towels had an odour as if not washed properly but t our stay otherwise had a fantastic few dsys

Beautiful place

Me and my friends had a wonderful weekend at Dickson's cottage. The cottage is cozy, clean, fully equipped with everything you need, perfectly situated on a beautiful lake. Swimming and fishing there is great. Thank you Caitlin and Peter for sharing your lovely cottage with us. We would love to come back again next year!

Fabulous stay!

We went for a few days for a family trip. It was amazing. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed, the views were great. There were a couple mentions of being too close to neighbours, but it’s a small cottage community area, and it felt very safe and friendly to me. The amenities were great. We’d be glad to return back!!

Family Get Together

GREAT FAMILY COTTAGE

Wonderful time at a lovely cottage. Something for every age. Sandy beach for our young granddaughter, floating raft, paddle boat and canoe for the older kids. Caitlin and Peter accommodating hosts. Definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a great, reasonably priced getaway.

Annual Fall Family Getaway

We were so happy with the cottage and property. Lots of space and comfortable furnishings. The lake is beautiful and the Sept scenery was gorgeous. We swam, fished and used the paddle boards and enjoyed bonfires each nights. Mother Nature gave use extra nice weather. Our visit could not have been more perfect. Beautiful, Quiet, serene

This cottage had everything we needed. The additional apartment upstairs with additional deck was a bonus. The commercial kitchen was awesome ! We were thankful for air conditioning on Saturday, as it was smokin hot outside . There was a lot of room for our big family and we loved having the kids play area in the front yard. A beautiful spot on the water … hidden away from the business of life. We quite enjoyed being off the beaten path and soaked in the quiet over the weekend . We loved waking up on the water and having the opportunity to play pool, ping pong and badminton, Marla and Sherri were easy to get ahold in the case we had any questions or concerns during our stay.

Fun was had by all!

We just spent the week at this cottage and had an amazing time. The cottage was clean, cozy, well maintained and was very well stocked with everything you could need. Location was perfect. The kids had a great time swimming and paddling in the lake and lots of great fishing for my husband and son. You are right next to the neighbors on one side but I still felt we had lots of privacy and we rarely saw anyone else. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Caitlin and Peter for sharing your gem with us.

great getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was clean had plenty of amenities for cooking, relaxing, playing and enjoying the outdoors. The time it did rain we had lots of games and puzzles and TV to watch. The teens really enjoyed the paddle boards and the fishing was fantastic for them, we even had a feed for the 7 of us one night. Row boat was great but could use some new paddles as the ones there were mismatched and hard to use. I even got on the paddle board for the first time ever and I am 69. Overall the short trip to Parry Sound for what bits we needed worked out just fine. Thumbs up from us..
