Though immersed in nature, you are only minutes from Rosseau village, including the historic Rosseau General Store and Crossroads Restaurant, both open year-round.

This is not a waterfront property; however, a scenic 15-20-minute walk along the cottage road leads to the portage connecting Dyson Lake and Lake Rosseau, offering classic Muskoka views along the way.

Water is potable and sourced from a private well.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire cottage and the surrounding property during their stay. A convenient and secure keypad entry system allows for self-check-in at any time after 3 PM, so you can arrive at your own pace. Upon booking, you’ll receive an access code for your stay, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
