A Way Brillant est un condo Brilliant situé au cœur de Oak Bluffs. Le deuxième niveau a 2 chambres - lit Queen size dans le maître, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Le premier niveau a un salon avec canapé gigogne pour couchage supplémentaire, salle à manger et cuisine avec 1/2 salle de bains. Détendez-vous sur porche en face du parc ou grillade sur la terrasse extérieure. Profitez également de 1/2 mile à pied de la plage (8 minutes) ou profiter de 2 minutes à pied des commerces et des restaurants sur l'avenue Circuit. Sur le chemin de la plage, au coin de la rue, arrêtez-vous dans le magnifique paysage de jeu, le terrain de jeu, les terrains de basketball et de tennis. En outre, la famille bowling et restaurant est juste à côté. Tout ce que vous voulez, y compris le WI-FI, pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

Year 4 of staying at "A Brillant Way". Donna is the best and the condo is perfect! Close to everything, downtown and the beach. Always clean and neat and well appointed. Having a washer/dryer is great and cuts down on packing. AC works great and the condo is always comfortable. Already planning for our return next summer.

The location of this house made for an extraordinary stay! We walked every day and it was glorious!

Property is very clean and cozy. Comfortable space. Nice porch perfect for relaxing any time of the day. Location is great, a short walk to Circuit Avenue and State Beach, yet in a quiet area.

Terrific 2 Bedroom, easy walk to Oak Bluffs shops, restaurants & waterfront!

We enjoy staying at this well equipped 2 bedroom home. My favorite part is morning coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs or reading a book in the afternoon. We always come back home rested and rejuvenated after a stay on Martha’s Vineyard.

Nice family vacation!

Donna was great and very responsive. The condo was clean and nicely equipped with games for the kids and family to pass the down time with. Location was close to downtown, gingerbread houses and the playground around the corner came in quite handy for the kids. Little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely manageable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect in Oak Bluffs

The absolute convenience of the location and the simple charm of this rental brought us back for a second stay. Once again, we loved our second visit here! Location, location, walking distance to Oak Bluffs shops & restaurants & the beautiful beaches! Easy biking to other areas. Wonderful location in Oak Bluffs!

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, nicely equipped 2 bedroom home. We especially enjoyed the front porch and our daily walks into town and along the waterfronts and nice dining at Nancy’s and other local places. We enjoyed an easy bike to Edgartown and a quick drive (or bike ride) to nearby beaches. The kitchen is nicely equipped and 3 A/C units keep the house cool & comfortable. Thank you for a very memorable vacation week!

Great place, great location

This a perfect place for a family in Martha's Vineyard. Close enough to everything, but also offers quiet and peace. Donna is a great host. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. This year, we had our not-yet-2 year old son for his first trip to MV and the house had the best little rocking chair for him and toys to play. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Donna!

Best place to stay in Oak Bluffs

This was my Families third year staying at "A Brillant Way". The property is extremely well cared for. Clean and neat and everything works! Air conditioning throughout. Comfortable living room furniture and beds. Great neighborhood a short walk to downtown OB. Donna is very easy to work with and responsive to text messages. Overall, for me, worth 10 stars! Already planning on next summer.

Another great vacation in Oak Bluffs!!

Aside from our ferry problem, we had 2 great weeks of dinner, beach and shopping all within just a few minutes walk to everywhere in Oak Bluffs. 2nd summer staying at this great location. Unit is impeccably clean and very well set for amenities. Quiet area just outside downtown. I can't think of a better place to stay. Donna is a great owner. Very responsive by text if there's an issue but we didn't have any. Looking forward to next July.

Perfect location - clean, spacious, and convenient

This was our seventh summer on MV. We loved being a short walking distance to the ferry, the beach, fun shops, restaurants, grocery/ATM needs, and local points of interest such as the gingerbread cottages and the Tabernacle events. It was so nice to be able to make multiple trips to the beach each day, and the surrounding Oak Bluffs neighborhood was lovely for walking. The house was clean, very spacious, and pleasantly and thoughtfully furnished with all amenities including nice dishes, AC, and parking. It was a perfect setting for a family of four but it would easily accommodate more. The convenience to everything made it wonderful for those of our family who had to work remotely --- as soon as they got off their laptops, they could have fun. And for those of us who love to walk everywhere and explore, it was heavenly to be able to come and go. A wonderful place to use as a base.

Location, location, location. Perfect for my teens to walk to all of their favorite places. Nice porch to rock the night away. Everything that we needed to cook was available in the kitchen, plenty of dishes and flatware was also available. There was also a great selection of books and games for our downtime. The window a/c units worked perfectly and no maintenance issues occurred. Checkin instructions were clear and we were able to find the townhome and parking easily. Our only complaint would be the lack of updates and beautification to the townhouse. There was little done with furnishings to make the house feel “Brilliant” as stated in the name. Many things felt dated and although themes appear to have once been followed (i.e. watermelons on the porch and with some dishes) other owners have made greater efforts to make their homes feel like home and comfortable. More thoughtful decorations, a head board in the master bedroom, nicer lamps, refreshed carpet and couches are all details that would make the townhouse more comparable to others of similar price where we’ve stayed over the years. With the few mentioned furnishing updates and some TLC, the townhouse could be restored to its former glory.

Good location, comfy home

Donna was a very friendly and responsive host. The house was clean and a nice layout for a family of four and an ideal location to experience Oak Bluffs by foot or bike. Comfy beds and the washer and dryer were very helpful but the kitchen was a little sparse with equipment if you like to cook. Donna did purchase a coffee maker since we don’t like Keurig which was very nice. There were some things in the house that required maintenance, e.g. whole in the screen door, front door lock jammed, large stove burner didn’t work, grill grate rusted and replaced with one that didn’t fit grill, but Donna was responsive with handy man visits. I would also point out that the condo is on top of a basement unit so the yard is shared and backs up onto a restaurant parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved OB.

Hello Emily and thank you for your review and compliments! I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry for you having experienced the house issues during your stay. There are additional pots and pans in the bottom oven drawer, I'm not sure whether you saw them. The stove, screen door and grill all will be replaced with new ones. The front door knob/lock assembly has been replaced. The screen door was repaired before your arrival but continously would get pushed out of frame. Had you made me aware of the stove and grill issues, I would have had the property manager replace the bad parts. Unfortunately all of these things went bad during your stay and for that I apologize and I am more than willing to offer you a credit. Please contact me. The home is advertised on VRBO as a condo. There are 3 condos in the building (2 townhouses of which mine being one of them and 1 basement/garden unit) which is on a quiet street on the other side of The Barn Bowling and Bistro. Cozy and relaxing!

This charming condo is simple perfect; easy walk to Circuit Ave, Famous Gingerbread cottages, basketball court and playground. Located next to the bowling alley which is perfect on rainy days.. The unit is cozy, with excellent cooling system, comfortable with spacious dinning and living room space. Donna, the owner made checking in very easy and communicated promptly to my messages.. I would recommend this property to everyone!!

Oak Bluffs

Awesome central location - a short walk to everything. The relaxing front porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The condo was so nice and clean. Washer and dryer where a huge plus. Can't wait to return and stay again!

This is our second year staying at the property and like last year we loved it.

The house is clean, cozy and the perfect location for our family. With two young boys, it was an easy walk to Circuit Ave, the playground and basketball court. We’re looking forward to next year for an extended week.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I began traveling to the Island over 20 years ago with friends sharing houses and hanging out on Circuit (AC Connection) and spending time at South Beach during the 4th of July. Now, I have a husband, two kids and a dog and we've been enjoying OB as a family spending time at Inkwell, just a few minutes walk from our home and playing games at the Arcade on Circuit and crabbing at State beach just to name a few. By the way the New England Clam Chowder at M.V Chowder Company is the BEST!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The best part about staying at A Brillant Way is that you can B. Luce (Be loose) and Let Loose. You've got the park across the street with beautiful trees, the porch to sit and enjoy the park and strolling past the beautiful gingerbread homes to the playscape, playground, basketball courts, tennis courts and the beach which is only minutes away unless you get distracted by the beauty of OB. The 2 levels of A Brillant Way gives you the privacy to sleep while others are enjoying activities downstairs on the porch, patio with firepit or living areas. You also have the benefit of remote working at a desk in the private master bedroom.
