Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, le complexe est situé au coeur du Grand Strand dans une section familiale de la plage. Cette suite de 5 chambres au 3ème étage est en bord de mer et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre des maîtres en bord de mer avec lit king et accès à l'immense balcon panoramique autour de l'océan. La salle de bain principale offre des comptoirs en granit, double vasques, un grand jacuzzi, une douche séparée et un dressing ainsi que des planchers de tuiles. La deuxième chambre offre une reine, la troisième chambre offre un lit queen, la quatrième chambre offre une reine et cinquième chambre avec deux lits queen size. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent un canapé-lit dans le salon, téléviseurs à écran plat, laveuse et sécheuse, et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, ce condo crée un grand et spacieux séjour pour vous et vos invités. Les activités sur place incluent le complexe aquatique intérieur et extérieur qui comprend une rivière lente, 2 piscines, 4 bains à remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant tous sur la plage ainsi qu'un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage..

What to bring.

Knowing there wouldn’t be dish or laundry soap (only provided enough for one load each) I brought extra pods. If we go back, I’ll also bring facial tissues as none were provided. It’s a great location … I love hearing the sounds of the sea when I wake up. Perfection!!

We had a wonderful week! They were very accommodating when we needed an extra parking space and the location to the beach as well as parking was very convenient with 3 babies. There was plenty of seating for all of us.we would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay in Myrtle!

We highly recommend staying here. It fit 7 adults perfectly. Great view of the pool and ocean. Quick walk to get out to the beach.

The place was really nice. Garbage disposal didn’t work. The couch could be replaced and the 2 beds in back bedroom were very squeaky. But overall the place was great

Exactly what I expected

The condo itself was as described, very functional for a family. The floors were disgusting and none of the pools were heated (The ad listed one as heated). Walking away with those being my big cons, I feel like that is a win. Me and my family would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Loved It!!

Plenty of space for 9 of us. Room was gorgeous and clean. Multiple pools/spas is a plus, however there is no restroom down by the pool area, so you have to go all the way back to your room. Only "negative" regarding the location is you're not within walking distance of anything, but most everything you need is a short 5-10 min drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were a couple of issues in the master bedroom. There was no covering on the window but this issue was fixed promptly, but we were not able to access the sliding door to go out on to the patio from the master, which was disappointing. My husband was very happy and loved it, and this let’s me know I did good in booking this for his 60th birthday.

The unit could use updated furniture as a lot of the furniture is loud (beds) or broken (kitchen chairs and dressers in bedrooms). Other than needing updated the unit is nice, clean and fits a larger family.

Property needs updated and cleaned better

The property needs to be maintained better. The overall cleanliness of the property is getting worse - this was our second time staying here and probably will not in the future due to this. There was drywall torn off in the kitchen that was not repaired. Bathrooms need updated, along with bedrooms. Floors were filthy!!

Family Vacation in Myrtle Beach South Wind Condo 307

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 adults, a 2 year old and a 6 month old with us for a 4 day long weekend. The condo is very large with plenty of room. They have everything that you would need in the kitchen. Even a Washer and Dryer and that comes in very handy. All you need to bring is your hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper and laundry soap. We enjoyed this property very much. The only things that we wished could of been better is the comfort of the beds. The beds are not very comfortable. And there is a lot of dust in the artificial plants, and the ceiling fans. We did have 2 people with us that have bad allergies so the dust of these things did bother them some. Other than that this place is amazing! It was a great vacation and and an awesome place to stay. The people that helped us to set up our reservation were amazing and great communication. Thank you

Excellent Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo location is excellent and the building amenities are wonderful. The condo itself needs some maintenance work and some overall updating. All mattresses except the primary need to be replaced. New linens and blankets are needed for all beds. The balcony needs a complete refresh with new "carpeting" and new furniture - it is currently all broken and torn/missing cushions. I strongly recommend that starter items for the kitchen be included - salt/pepper, perhaps a coffee/tea starter, foil/plastic wrap/trash bags and maybe some basic spices. The starters provided (toilet paper and one roll of paper towels) are inadequate especially given the high price for renting it. We had to call maintenance 3 times - heavily leaking kitchen sink, no heat in the dryer and broken drawers/door locks. Maintenance was very responsive but it's a waste of vacation time to manage repairs.

Average Rental - Not a Luxury Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe that this condo was overstated. The location was great, but that was about it. The beds were rock hard with cheap bedding (sheets were cheap and uncomfortable) and the comforters and furniture looked and felt like they came from a discount store. The queen size beds were the smallest and hardest I have ever experienced. There were paint buckets in one of the closets. There was a huge teddy bear in another closet. Lack of blankets for the couch. The couch has a broken leg and cushions sink into the hide away bed. The appliances were not much better. The dishwasher took a 3 hour cycle or 3 regular cycles to clean the dishes. Washer and dryer were just ok. There was a mismatch of dishes and other kitchen items that looked like they came from a goodwill store. Overall, if it wasn't for the location, I would have asked to moved to another room.

Nice but minimal

This place was very convenient, spacious, clean. It was easy check in and check out. Temperature control was great. However, there were things that I would have expected that this place lacked. For instance, there are 5 bedrooms, each with TV’s, but none of the TV’s work. There is no cable hooked up to any tv except in the living room and they were not smart TV’s that we could use our Netflix accounts with. The two TVs that were smart TVs didn’t allow streaming tv apps due to guest wifi restrictions. I had to hotspot my phone. Why bother having TV’s if they don’t work? There were no extra garbage bags, so after we threw out the first garbage bag, we were on our own. There were only enough towels for each person to use ONE. And there was one pack of laundry detergent so washing towels was on us to buy detergent. Also, the couches in the living room and the patio are so uncomfortable it was painful. It is right on the beach, close to everything, the view is beautiful. Depending on the experience you are looking for, this place could be awesome or lacking. Small things like the sliding door being extremely difficult to unlock, the shade in the bedroom was broken, the drawers in the bedroom fall out when you pull them out, one of the lamps on the bedside table didn’t work. Just small things that add up to annoyances that you don’t want/need on a vacation. Heated pool was nice. And being right on the beach was also very nice.

Awesome Stay at South Wind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this condo so much! We had three couples and five kids and there was more than enough room. The kitchen was very well equipped. We prepared several meals during our stay. The furnishing in the living room provided comfortable roomy seating for all the adults. We were able to watch anything we could think of using the ROKU TV. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony, both day & night. The rooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were great, especially the master bath. Everything met the description given for the condo. We found the property clean and well maintained. It was in a great location that is close to all the main attractions. To top it all off, we had great customer service. I definitely recommend this condo and hope that we have chance to stay here again in the near future.
