Outdated and Dirty

Condo is very run down. Many broken items. And the cleaning crew must be blind! We saw the cleaning lady going in as we were locking up and she had one bucket with a few misc items. Did not look like anything to do thorough or intense cleaning. *Pros- pool area was nice. Location was good. Communication with owner was timely and detailed. *Cons- door card wouldn’t work with the sensors around the grounds. Curtain rod hanging out of the drywall. Huge active wasp nest all over the balcony. Something was smeared all over the ottoman and hadn’t been cleaned. Shower door frame pulling away from wall every time you open it. Many light bulbs out in mult rooms. Broken lamp. Bent ceiling fan. Glass ring stains on the furniture. No actual internet; ONLY WIFI. Huge Stained carpet streak. Something splattered all over wall behind door in bedroom. Large Register vent fell out of the maintenance closet door as we sat down for dinner. Probably bc some of the screws were missing! We had to prop a chair up against it to keep it closed. Washer dryer unit was so loud we couldn’t even hear the tv at full volumes. Wonder if the neighbors could here it too. To our final astonishment we were pulling linens off beds for check out and our master mattress had huge nasty stains on it. Not to mention the mattress felt like an old discount version with no support around the sides. You try to sit on the edge of the bed and fall to the floor! Bedding that was in the closet (for the pull out sofa) looked used and just thrown on the shelf like how the last tenant left it. Thank goodness we didn’t need the sofa bed or someone would be without bedding. I just could not wait to get out. I don’t need luxury but I do expect clean and maintenance up to par. This owner obviously doesn’t see this unit often enough and those who are looking after it for the owner are paid for a job NOT done. If I found another unit in the facility that was taken care of I would definitely come back! Not the fault of the friendly staff and nice outside areas. SHAME ON OWNERS WHO DON’T PUT TIME AND EFFORT INTO UPKEEP!! And yes I gave pictures and descriptions to owner the night we checked in and all he said was “thank you, I will have it addressed after you’re gone.” .....Ok! Well thanks ‘owner’ for nothing in return for our big disappointments. No consideration. I suppose I’m just different and wouldn’t do that to someone.

Good value

Enjoyed the property and pool. Unit layout was spacious but definitely had “hotel” vibes rather than a home. Carpet and furniture was worn and dated. Overall, good value for the price and didn’t spend much time in the unit anyway.

The Condo was messed up and it was not ready. The property owner or the management didn't cooperate.

I reached at this Condo around 7pm on 2nd of August 2021 and found that it was clean and ready to stay. All the dirty towels ware every where in the rest room, all trashes ware full, dirty cloths and pillows were on the beds and it was completely messed up. The property manager didn’t communicate properly but the property owner said he would send a cleaner to clean it up. I did wait for 3 hours to get it clean but around 10 pm the property owner replied that he would be unable to send a cleaner. Also, he recommended me not to stay at this condo. It was late night but still I had to find another accommodation to stay for that night. I was so tired because I was traveling from Atlanta, Georgia, despite that I had no option but face the situation. So, before you book this property, make sure they will make it ready.

Poor housekeeping. Could have been a five star.

CONS: Parking horrible. Not nearly enough spaces, no parking permits are given. You need a "card" to get into building 3 where our condo was and were told by the manager to wait until someone comes out. After waiting for five minutes we went to the front desk (building 1) which we were told NOT to do and they had no idea what we were talking about. Went back to building 3 and another visitor came out about 3 minutes later and were were able to get in. Could not get into Condo because the contact person "manager" forgot to reprogram the lock with the code we were sent. Went to the front desk which we were NOT suppose to do and they had not idea what we were talking about?????. Called the "manager" and he gave us his code. Our concern was how many other people had that code if their condo lock had not been reprogrammed. Once we got in there were key cards on the table that were were to use to get in and out of the building and into the pool. From first appearance it looked good and smelled colorxed cleaned then the issues started. Our contract said to leave all dirty towels in a pile but there was a sign in the condo that said wash and dry towels before leaving. We found dirty towels in the washing machine. I'm sure the people before us had the same issue of us that we had to leave at 6:30 am (who has time to wash and dry towels after showers that early). The dinning room light fixtures called for three bulbs but two were burnt out. We called the "manager immediately but they were never replaced. The utensils in the drawer were dirty! (There is no bottle opener.) There was a clean liner in the garbage can but when we pulled it out the bottom of the can was gross.....the cabinet floor under the can was even grosser. Looked like neither had been cleaned for ages. There were a couple used sponges but no dish clothes or towels. When I opened the vanity in the master bath the door fell off. Called to let the manager know he said don't worry, those things happen. It was never fixed. There were 4 well worn wash clothes put plenty of towels (including no fewer than 10 from the pool.) Water pressure in sinks went from great and all of a sudden would completely stop...had to turn handle off wait a few seconds and turn on again. Water in the sink sluggish. These are all things house keeping should have been aware of! PROS: Great location close to airport and all attractions (no more than 20 minutes on a week day with traffic), very nice outlet mall almost on property (five minute walk without crossing traffic.) Beautiful view of the pool and ship (with a water slide) from deck, clean sheets, comfortable beds, kid friendly (even though we didn't have any.) Pool great (hours 8:00 am to 10:00 pm) except only guests were suppose to use it, getting in with the card but the gate stayed open and I got the feeling community people were using it because they were getting out of and returning to their cars. Bringing in coolers which "were not permitted." Nice bar and food service area in the pool. Periodically there were no towels because there was no system to pick up and return them....they were probably in peoples rooms or taken home. (The smaller pool which we were told was for adults only in another location (does not have towel or drink/food service) had kids running around, there was not management there. But it was still quieter than the big pool.

Needs an update

If it wasn’t for the dirty pillows with blood on it, stains on the chairs, sofas and carpet and dirt on the fan I would have give this place a better rate because of the location of the condo. They should upgrade all the things I mention.

Near parks

Location is great, very close to Disney and a short drive to Universal. The room itself was fine. Carpet and bedding need some improvement. The washer and dryer are very loud and take forever to dry clothes which was frustrating since you have to wash and dry all your towels before leaving. Did not make any sense to me since I paid a cleaning fee. Parking is a challenge if the complex is full. I would try a different spot next time though.

Disney vacation

Overall a nice place to stay. The room was clean. I didn't like the check in process because you go to the building and have to wait for someone to walk out before you go in the building. Then they sent me the wrong door code for the room but the contact person was good and resolved the issue quickly. Also there is very limited parking spaces. Other then that a good place to stay, very close to Disney parks and clean.

A great experience

The outside patio was very sightful and peacefull. We enjoyed ourselves in the hot tub and pool area. Everything is also around the area, so it was a very pleasant experience.

Things that went wrong

Property was in a good location to access Disney 1. I called to confirm an early check in and the person I spoke with said they would call back and never did. 2. The room wasn't clean. Maid said no one was scheduled to check in that day. Had to wait until 6:30 PM to check in 3. Everyday our room keys deactivated and since this wasn't booked through the resort we had to have the management company call the front desk to authorize re-programming the keys

Beautiful place

We were very pleased with this rental. The condo was in good shape. The property is beautiful. Outlet shopping is right next door. Shuttle buses available to main attractions.

Great Price and Location!!!

Overall the Property was perfect for what we were looking for and convenience to all the parks. Their were some minor issues with the unit itself and as soon as I notified them, they had scheduled maintenance. Great with communication.

Definitely need better directions on getting the keys

Check in is confusing, it says key will be in a lock box, there is no lockbox. It was pouring rain with strong winds and we had to just stand there hoping someone comes to the door to open it because you have to have a key to get in the building and we couldn't find a key.we drove around the buildings several times trying to find a "unit" because it said building 3 unit 4. Theres no unit and no lockbox. Just building numbers. We finally call the number ,they answered and was helpful. Our bathroom reeked of strong urine smell ,had to go buy toilet paper because there was none there and pine sol to clean the bathroom. It was close to everything though,we enjoyed Orlando

Nice condo, super convenient.

The owner was very communicative from check in to check out. The condo was super clean and provided everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. The condo is super convenient to all of the parks. The pool looked so nice but we did not have time to use it. I enjoyed sitting out on the deck most mornings for my cup of coffee (kitchen has a one cup Keurig) so be prepared to bring your K-cups and whatever supplies you need upon arrival. The owner provides a starter supply of toiletries and several rolls of toilet paper. There is a Publix around the corner. Overall, it's a nice condo with the best location.

Get away

Well, the trash can had dead roaches and one live one that got away. The unit could have been better stocked with towels and wash clothes. Never spoke with contact person after calling several times. The mop handle was broken, the sleep mattress was so thin and very uncomfortable. But I did enjoy the pool and convenience of the shopping. The unit wasn't to bad but I stayed at much better condos.
