Belle maison au jardin botanique (appartement n ° 11)

Cette belle maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain et 1002 m² est située dans une zone verdoyante et tranquille à l’intérieur des hauteurs d'Alamo de San Antonio, juste derrière les jardins botaniques. Appartement est à distance de marche du zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Les 3 chambres comprennent des lits pour 6 personnes, un canapé dans le salon qui s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size et un lit pliant. Les deux sont très à l'aise! Cette maison peut accueillir un total de 9 personnes. Il est remodelé avec des planchers de bois et de tuiles, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, des douches sur mesure et des douches sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit avec des éviers en acier inoxydable. Il comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est entièrement meublé et équipé. Home comprend un téléviseur intelligent que vous pouvez utiliser avec Netflix et avec tous les câbles, Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse, etc. Les hauts plafonds et les puits de lumière en font un espace lumineux et accueillant. Vous allez l'adorer! En dehors de l'appartement, il y a un barbecue et un coin salon, des arbres fruitiers et de nombreuses places de stationnement.

Excellent stay

Property was clean and quiet (aside from my own children :) ), Plenty of room for my family of 13 to eat together and spend time together. Property owner was very prompt about communication, and the neighborhood was quiet and close to the Army Base which was the reason for our trip. Also very close to downtown and all the attractions near San Antonio. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Everything was great! The apartment was spacious and beautiful. Blankets & towels were all provided. Owner was very attentive & very understanding. Definitely very central and close to many different tourist locations. There were no measuring cups, no paper plates, & this location is an apartment. The apartment is upstairs & the furthest apartment on the 2nd floor. So please be prepared for the walk & to go up and down stairs. Stay was perfect for our needs. Reasonably priced place with plenty of room for 9. I would rent again.

Very clean space, old building, not ample seating.

The unit is upstairs which might not be noted in the listing. While the unit has newer decor and good A/C, it's an old building with slanted floors and questionable catwalk and rails. It does sleep at least 5, but there is only 1 small old sofa that leans forward, is uncomfortable. Bathroom vents do not work; hot water on sink faucets does not get even warm. Neighborhood is older, run down.

Clean and good location, but...

Loved the location and unit was clean but it went downhill quick after that. Microwave and coffee maker broken. Loose tile on step (tripping hazard for parents). No mirrors in any room except bathrooms. No space for women to get ready. Light in bedroom was missing bulbs so we had to take one from another room. Apartment was so unlevel that toilet seat won't stay up so you have to hold it while you're going. Mattresses in all bedrooms were awful! Advertises sleeping for eight but there isn't enough seating for eight. Finally, no curtains on windows so light from outside constantly shining into rooms.

David, maintenance has fixed the light bulbs and microwave. The coffee maker has been replaced. Unfortunately we cannot tell when they go out. We usually keep some there to have handy. All of our unit has steps leading the bedrooms, we try out best to keep with a bright yellow strip to remind folks about the steps. Maintenance did check and did not find a loose tile there. We do not have mirrors in the bedrooms, after being broken we decided not to replace them. They are not on any of our pictures as well. I believe any bedroom would be suitable for a women to get ready, but we do not have vanities or any of the sort. Th apartment is on an incline but not to the point where it stops the toilet seat from staying in the upright position. We furnish the units with 10+inch foam mattresses and it is a matter of preference. Sorry you did not like them. The sleeping for eight included the sofa bed. The living room transitions to the dining area which should allow all eight to be in the same area. Curtains are also a preference we do not use. There are blinds that are sufficient and prevent anyone from looking in, possibly switching the direction may have helped with the light coming in.

Bang for you Buck!

Brought by daughter and her friends down for a weekend in San Antonio. The place was great! The apartment is super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Had a little problem getting key code to work, had it solves in less that five minutes! Would definitely recommend.

Nice cozy , safe relaxing environment

It was nice close to everything no more than 20 min from sea world. We enjoyed our self the home was nice fitted my family of 5 an my mom an step father comfortably. Only thing we wish there were tv’s in the bed rooms. I would stay again thgh.

Very happy

Overall our experience was very enjoyable. It was roomy enough for family to come over for a grill to congratulate our Airman. It was close enough to base but far enough away from traffic conditions. The owner is very friendly and keeps connected with you throughout your stay! When we did reach an issue, which will happen, they took care of it immediately! We are very pleased and would love to stay again in the future.

Nice but the smell is overwhelming

Overall, our unit was just what we needed. It was updated and I feel like the pictures represented the unit accurately. Actually, it was bigger than I had anticipated. Daniel was great to work with too. We thought we had booked three nights, but actually we had booked two nights. He called us to let us know and was very kind about it. It took us a bit to get back to the unit to gather our belongings. The cleaning ladies were already there and were very kind as well and didn't rush us to pack everything up. The only negative part about our stay is the overwhelming smell of cleaning/chemical solution. We tried to air out the unit when we got there, but to no prevail. We had to wash all of our clothes when we got home because it had that smell on them. So, we knew we were in a clean unit, it just overwhelmed our senses when we were there.

It was passable, not the “beautiful” I was hoping for, while remodeled somewhat, it’s bit run down

All 13 units in the small complex appear to be short term rentals. Not a bad thing per se but it was an older run down apartment that had the bathrooms upgraded and kitchen somewhat but granite broken in our unit and just not the “beautiful “ we were hoping for. We stayed 3 days still. Proximity to places was good, older neighborhood. Good communication with owner, just one TV and quite small rooms but worked out. Thanks

Cute apartment

We loved this cute apartment. It was very clean. Bathrooms had plenty of towels for all of us women and the beds were so comfortable. Close to fort Sam Houston and all the shopping and restaurants. If we come back to San Antonio we would stay here again for sure
