The house is roomy with all the amenities needed. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the kitchen and dining. It is great for entertaining or family event. The house is very clean and the neighborhood is safe.
The property was decorated so nicely with their prohibition theme. So close to Lackland AFB and other destinations we planned. Would definitely stay there again!!
The house was perfect for our family for BMT graduation. 5 minutes to the Valley Hi gate and groceries, plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds and a great place for our Airman to chill while on town pass. It was easy to get downtown or to local attractions and the airport drive was straight forward. We would book again if in the area.
We love the home and location for attending our son's BMT graduation. Fun theme and well decorated. Layout was well done to feel big and spacious. Only feedback would be that all the out door trash bins were full so we didn't have any place to put ours and we had to pick up a bunch a trash off the frontyard when we first got there.
Overall decor was thrilling and eye catching!
Sadly for the number of people that can stay, there was not enough kitchen items available for even one meal. When contacting management about issues, they entered the premise without notification but did drop off more cups and utensils. Lastly, major unfortunateness, the discovery of bed bugs and this situation was never acknowledged by management when brought to their attention.
It was a nice and everyone was happy. But it could have been cleaner and the yard maintance people left all the limbs i. The drive way and fill up the trash bins so no room for the house trash. But overall ot was nice
Really liked the layout and decor. No washcloths were provided so I had to buy some for all of us to use. There was not enough silverware for the 10 people that the house can sleep. I had to buy plastic silverware to supplement. There is no door for the bunk room bedroom. Aside from all of that, it was a nice house.
The property lists 2 King beds but only has 1 king, 2 queen and the 4 bunks. The room with the bunks has no door and no closet so not a legal bedroom. There were only 2 washcloths in the home. There was only 1 garbage bag. Not enough silverware. There were dishes in the cabinet that had been used and put away without being washed. The bunk beds were unsafe as they were wobbly. The baseboards in the bathrooms are dirty. There is a broken dresser drawer in the Main bedroom. The lighting in the bedrooms is very, very dim. The hall lighting is burned out. The living room fan and light cannot be adjusted to turn the light out but leave the fan running. The electrical outlet in the hall gets VERY hot. Overall the only good thing about this home for us was the location to Lackland AFB. Prior guests have alerted the property management to the issue of not enough silverware and wash clothes for the home but it has not been remedied.
This place is below average at best. Heads up, this is a rental company managed property.
First, we booked this place for our family for BMT graduation. I chose this rental because, according to the description, would fit everyone comfortably. The ORIGINAL posting (which has since been changed) stated there were two king beds, a queen, and bunks. I needed two king beds for my elderly parents who came with us. There were not two kings.
Secondly, we arrived earlier than expected and called the number on the email we received. I was allowed the early check in, but when we arrived our code would not work for the door. When I called back, I got no response. For over an hour, we sat outside trying to contact someone. Finally I was told we were given incorrect information (but they would make an exception).
On entry, we were met with the lack of linens and towels. Found them in the washer, still dirty. The shower curtain was no longer clear plastic but yellowed and covered in heavy soap scum. There was a smell which we isolated to left over food in the garbage disposal. The faucets were covered in toothpaste splatter. The couches are covered in sweat stains and the is a big stain on the carpet in the master.
Three days in, I went to throw garbage out in the trash cans only to find that all three were filled to the top. I had to take it somewhere to dispose of on base.
When I complained, I was compensated with a later check out. I declined. I have more to say but ran out of characte
My family and I went to see my son(their nephew and cousin) graduate from the Air Force. It was really convenient and close the home was exactly what we needed we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend 5
