Belle maison au jardin botanique (appartement n ° 4)

Cette belle maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain et 1002 m² est située dans une zone verdoyante et tranquille à l’intérieur des hauteurs d'Alamo de San Antonio, juste derrière les jardins botaniques. Appartement est à distance de marche du zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Il est remodelé avec des planchers de bois et de tuiles, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, des douches sur mesure et des douches sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit avec des éviers en acier inoxydable. Les 3 chambres comprennent des lits pour 6 personnes, un canapé dans le salon qui s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size et un lit pliant. Les deux sont très à l'aise! Cette maison peut accueillir un total de 9 personnes. Il comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est entièrement meublé et équipé. Comprend également la télévision avec câbles, Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse et plus encore. Les hauts plafonds et les puits de lumière en font un espace lumineux et accueillant. Vous allez l'adorer! En dehors de l'appartement, il y a un barbecue et un coin salon, des arbres fruitiers et de nombreuses places de stationnement.

Loved it!!!!!

Loved our stay here. I came with my two kids and my parents for a few days getaway. It was honestly home away from home. Apartment is spacious and clean. My parents and kids loved the place. Very comfortable. Will definitely book again if i come for another visit.

Clean, spacious property

We had an event at the nearby Botanical gardens, and the property we stayed in was clean, spacious, and very conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable with tempurpedic mattresses. The surrounding neighborhood didn’t seem the nicest, but we had no issues. The outside of the building resembled a motel, but the apartment we stayed in itself was very clean, quiet, and well kept.

Not what we booked

The property we received looked nothing like what we booked. Two days prior to our trip, I received notice that our room had been filled, due to another party wanting a longer stay. We were moved to another unit. I asked if it has the same bedding arrangement and was ensured it would. When arriving, the outside is very run down and appeared to be in a questionable area. There was people outside on the steps drinking and kids partying. The apartment was definitely not cleaned. There were many things that were really gross. Urine around the toilet area, there was curly black hairs ALL OVER the shower walls and the place was just overall very run down. The WIFI for our unit was not in the book, so we were unable to get onto the internet. It was just overall not what we were expecting and was pretty grossed out by how dirty it was left for us.

Sorry , you did not feel your stay was what was pictured. We have 11 units and they are all the same layout and the one you stayed at is one of our nicer and pics are exactly as depicted as it was updated recently. The move was unit 4 which you booked and if we can accommodate we will ask and that is exactly what we did and you agreed and again the same layout and bedding. When we reached out to you and sent you the weekend POC you never responded on the platform or by phone call or text to the weekend person regarding any issues. If the unit was not cleaned we would have immediately sent the cleaning company back, we asked for this in the welcome book you looked for the shared wifi in. Giving us a chance to correct anything you believe was not up to par we would make the effort to ensure it was to your satisfaction. We respond immediately and appropriately. The area is safe and we have no issues with long term tenants or guest.

Very nice quiet place to stay. Great management!

This property is in a great location, minutes from downtown. We came for the R&R half marathon. It was very close to the race site. The price was very good. It was a nice place with full amenities. Washer/ dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, utensils, full size refrigerator, and 2 bathrooms with commode and shower. 3 small bedrooms. Very large open great room. It was easy to get into with a key code and the management took very good care of us. We highly recommend and will stay if we go back to San Antonio. Thanks Daniel

Safe and clean, but thin walls.

The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. Location is close to downtown and Central Market is just down the road for grocery needs. Be warned, if anyone is in the apartment above you will be able to hear everything. We lost half a day of activity because upstairs unit had partying until 3:30am. and we couldn’t sleep. I notified the owner earlier in the evening and at 2:30am and got a response after 10am the next morning- too late. The master bed squeaks when you turn in bed and it’s a foam mattress. Other than that, the unit was well stocked and all was well. If it weren’t for the thin walls, we’d definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay.

This was a perfect location, don't let the appearance of the neighborhood discourage you. It's an up and coming hip area. We stayed during the San Antonio Stock show, it was close enough to all events and close to the Riverwalk. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great San Antonio stay

This was an ideal place to stay in San Antonio. Love that it was walking distance from the botanical garden and less than 10 mins drive from the Alamo and the river walk. Daniel was very responsive to any questions and even dropped off an air mattress when we asked for one.

The home could use a little more TLC!

The property was in a good location and it provided what we needed. The master room bed frame was so squeeky every time I moved. We looked under and there was wooden boards instead of a boxspring. Other than that, it was good.

No instructions left inside apartment. Stairs were super creaky. Found some bowls not completely cleaned. Asked beforehand if any salt/pepper were in the apartment. Manager said yes but there was not at all. Couldn't park in front of apartment at night due to people who were not staying there taking up parking spots. Low shower pressure. Lights inside refrigerator not working. Ice/water machine on fridge were not working. Beds were really low to the ground. It is a decent place despite all these things. I feel it was fair for the price paid. TV/WIfi worked, toiletries provided and its a relatively comfortable space.

Nice quiet neighborhood

It is clean and comfortable. I enjoy staying here every time I take time off from truck driving. I stay here with my kids when I'm off of work. It is clean and affordable. It is also close to downtown and many restaurants and museums.

It was ok, not really what I thought

There was 1 TV in the whole house with 3 bedrooms..most units have a TV in each room. So we had to sit in the living room and not relax in the bedroom to watch TV. The walls were paper thin so we heard noise from next door and upstairs. Missing a light bulb, door knob was missing, sliding door was off track. Also the online picture made it appear the back yard was accessible from the unit. It’s not. It’s a backyard but the entire unit has access I guess?? We couldn’t locate it. It’s misleading.

Hi. Please read listing's description. I've never claimed to have a TV on every room. Just a big one on living room. Backyard is shared of course and you can access it from both ends of the building - Very easy access. About the rest will fix today. Thank you very much for your input and safe travels :)

Nice clean quit location

Location was great to restaurants and stores about 10 minutes from down town san Antonio had everything you need in the apartment including washer and dryer very clean everything was great my only complaint was the beds were a little stiff other then that we would stay there again!

First time renting a house but DEFINITELY NOTX the last

Normally I would have just gotten hotel rooms but this was sooo much better. More room, much more relaxing, easy to come and go and much more intimate. So much cleaner and nicer smelling than many hotels. Will do it again undoubtedly. Thank you for an eye opening experience.

Location Great for Botanical Gardens, Witte Museum, Downtown; Property Condition Lacking

Our family chose this property because it provided quick access to the Pearl for a family wedding, to all the sights around River Walk, and especially to the Gardens and Museums of that area -- all for reasonable cost There was also convenient tasty eating and fast food. We enjoyed walking the neighborhoods. The airport was relatively convenient. The property was clean on the inside and adequately equipped and supplied. The beds were merely sufficient. There was a broken doorknob and an insecure toilet seat. The manager was very accessible and responsive.
