Ce condo de 2 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain entièrement équipé avec climatisation, cuisine complète et laveuse / sécheuse est situé au centre de Lihue à quelques pas de la magnifique baie de Kalapaki et du parc Kauai Mariott Resort. Regardez les bateaux de croisière arriver du port de Nawiliwili. Unités de climatisation situées dans le salon et les chambres. Lits queen dans la chambre 1 et 2. Canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.

A quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport de Lihue ou du centre commercial Kukui Grove, vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité. Ce condo spacieux et économique est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent l'aventure autour de Kaua'i. Profitez des activités de plage dans la baie de Kalapaki à proximité ou détendez-vous dans la piscine chauffée du complexe. We were very impressed by everything. I was able to check in quick & easy. The house was very clean & the laundry facility in the apartment was so convenient. We loved the pool area, too. The fact there was a beach across the street from us as well as restaurants & stores within walking distance made it the perfect trip. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back! Everything a guest would need was available. Well stocked unit with quality kitchen supplies. The washer dryer was great to have. The location was perfect for trips north and west with a beach within walking distance. A/C in each room if needed also with ceiling fans. Would definitely reserve again. Good value for the price.

There was a hurricane the week we went. The communication about the events was excellent. Check in was a little rough. We were checking in after hours and the security guard could not find the reservation for the person in front of us. We had 2 reservations and the guard found the timeshare one but this one eluded him for a while. He did take the credit card and id and copied it as I filled out the registration form and eventually found the card key and brochure. Unfortunately the next day my credit card was charged a registration fee I did not expect. The next day I asked the timeshare office, who registered me for both units and only this one with a registration fee, to refund the fee as I was not told of it on the booking. They said they would. With the hurricane it has not fully processed back to the card yet but I expect it to.

The unit and amenities were good and most things were as described. The only downfall was the one bedroom wall didn’t go all the way to the ceiling so more of a loft space and it was a little noisy than a fully enclosed space. There was also limited space to hang towels to dry so we used the dryer to do that. Overall we really enjoyed our time here!

We arrived on a Friday night and check in was easy. The management company was open when we arrived and they provided the door key cards, parking permit and information about the area. This is a second story unit with 1 flight of stairs to access the main entry. This condo had a well equipped kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bath, sitting area and 2 lanais. The two bedrooms are on the second floor which is also where the full bath and compact washer/dryer are located. The unit is comfortable, but a bit dated. We came to see Kauai and not the condo, so it was fine for us. The master bedroom also had a lanai and the entire condo is cooled by multiple window mounted air conditioners and ceiling fans. I did spend a bit of time cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and the washer to make it clean enough for my comfort. The property also has communal grills, tennis court, and pool but we didn’t use those amenities. Bath items (towels, shampoo, conditioner, and after sun care) were provided. This complex is directly across from a beach that is frequented by local surfers, but everyone was fruendly. Of course there was an ABC store nearby along with several shops and restaurants. There are larger grocery and retail stores within 3 miles of this condo, so getting supplies was easy. Local restaurants nearby include Dukes (within walking distance) and Gaylord’s at the Kauai Plantation. I would likely stay here again based on central proximity to everything Kauai has to offer.

Banyan Harbor

First let me say it is a great location. Convenient for the Island and airport. Having 2 bedrooms and baths is a great thing. Washer and dryer is a great thing. Kitchen is well furnished and furniture is comfortable to rest after a long day of fun. With 3 AC’s the property cools off quickly so turn them off while you’re out exploring. This is a great place and value.

Great for what we needed

This property was as listed. Location was perfect for walking to the beach or popping over to Costco/Target and fairly centrally located for driving to the sites we wanted to see. Condo was comfortable and felt safe and was just what we needed to be able to cook some meals and sleep- nothing too fancy but well priced and a bit of a view of the ocean made for a nice stay. Host was very communicative and responded quickly.

Perfect Place to Stay

YOu are directly across the street from a fantastic beach and excellent restaurants. The pool and BBQ area are great and this unit is close to extra parking. Perfect location and convenience

We travelled to Kaua ´i for the unending beaches and hikes with our family of five and stayed two weeks at Banyan Harbour. We appreciated the unit ´s central location on the island; walking distance to a nice beach, very close to groceries and shopping and halfway between the west coast and the north shore. The unit is a little dated but offered everything our family needed. Washer and dryer were a plus following mud themed hikes. The surroundings are very quiet. There is a nice pool with views on the premises. Overall we recommend mainly for location, and calmness of the surroundings.

Nice location. Could benefit from some upgrades.

Location and grounds of this property was great. However, while the AC worked, the wimdow units were extremely noisy, and their displays lit up bedrooms like night lights. While the location was great for access to many locations and attractions, it tends to be noisy from cruise ships and traffic. In addition, many guests on the property diid not pay attention to "quiet time" or smoking areas for that matter. Check-in was easy and everyone was friendly. The list of restaurants and complimemtary toiletries were a great addition. The concierge, though not used by me, was an added bonus for travels that may not know much about the island.

Faucet in half bath doesn’t turn off completely had to keep adjusting right to completely stop water from dripping on or not at all. The toilet not flushing well. Sometimes had to flush twice. Washer looked and smelled moldy

We have addressed all maintenance items and the bathroom faucet and toilet are now in good working order. The washer has also been addressed with our housekeeping team and has been sanitized.
