Great Condo!!

This is one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in--my kids had plenty of room and the place was very clean and well taken care of--all the little extras were much appreciated and noticed--kitchen very well stocked, appliances updated, and the view is amazing. I would definately stay here again.

Our family time!

When we arrived to the condo it was like walking into a home away from home! It was very cozy and relaxing. The owners of this beautiful condo are very sweet and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves! I am looking forward to our next trip to the beach and hopefully we can rent this condo again!! Thank you Mary Ann and Bill.

What else can I say, everything was fantastic. So easy to book and get checked in and out. Was fully informed on everything we needed to know. The complex having an indoor pool was great this time of year. The beach is right there too! The owners were awesome to work with, the setup and amenities were perfect and had PLENTY of everything we needed. Loved the decor in the unit. Plenty of Towles, linens, pillows. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay!!

This condo is fantastic! It was very spacious and comfortable. The place was very clean and well kept. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was furnished with everything you needed to cook a meal. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the furniture on the balcony to sit and relax and listen to the ocean. The beach was gorgeous, we loved sitting on the beach on Christmas day while they were getting snow at home. The pool and hot tub was very clean and ejnoyable. I had read some posts about the elevators being slow, but we did not have that problem. They were very fast and effecient. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It is everything you would want or need. Look forward to staying here in the future!!! Thanks Bill and Mary Ann for sharing your condo with us!

Three Day Beach Escape

We had a wonderful time at the beach condo. Beautiful decor, very spacious and comfortable. Our party had 5 adults and we were NEVER cramped. Kitchen was top of the line, beds and linens were all very luxurious and comfortable. Beautifully appointed bathrooms as well with ample linens for frequent showers or baths. Living room with very comfortable sofa and 2 recliners. TV/ DVR players in 2 of the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. Full sized laundry room with new washer and dryer units. The view from the balcony was exquisite as both the gulf and bay are in view. Gorgeous view and simply awesome breeze ALL day. We did take advantage of the hot tub, pool and gym which were all very clean and well equipped. The beach itself was THE highlight of the trip. Clear greenish blue water, no jellyfish and easily viewed schools of stingrays right off the shoreline, porpoises frolicking a bit further out put on quite a show. The sand was white and practically free of any litter, many beautiful seashells available for collectors. The grocery and souvenir shops were all very close. Delicious and reasonably priced restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. All in all, we had a WONDERFUL time and plan to return soon.

Great Condo

This was one of my top 5 locations to stay in Gulf Shores. The only thing I wish I could improve is the elevators but the guys working them did a fantastic job with the quantity of people in the building. Will def stay here again!

Not bad...

The area of the Gulf Shores is amazing and we will for sure be back however I was definitely disappointed when we first arrived and the 3rd bedroom was not what was depicted on the listing. I booked this unit because it had bunk beds and when we arrived there were no bunk beds but a queen bed instead, which barely fit in the room. While I appreciated the quick response from the owner, I was told that they were broke earlier in the season but being made aware of this ahead of time would have been the next right thing to do so I had the ability to change the reservation if needed. After I got past this issue, we were able to make sleeping arrangement adjustments and enjoy the rest of our trip. The only other thing I will caution - the master suite with the balcony has the most uncomfortable bed and should definitely be replaced...my chiropractor is gonna be busy for a while getting me realigned. Also, (at no fault of the owner) the only reason we wouldn't stay in this complex again (unless staying on the ground floor) is because there is ONE set of elevators...this is the most inconvenient thing ever! 19 floors, multiple units on each floor plus a penthouse floor results in very aggravated guests waiting a insanely long time to get up or down. We saw many of arguments, screaming and yelling and an almost full blown brawl over who was waiting longer. The Gulf did not disappoint however, so this made up for the things that need to be addressed!

Great view of sunrises and the ocean

Overall, the place was tidy and clean. Had plenty of room for us 5. The pool was nice. The location to the beach was great, and the restaurant 'Sea and Suds" was perfect location with great prices. The downside was the number of pillows all over the place. We counted 75 pillows; pillows on beds, living room etc ended up being put into the master bedroom closet, which then basically became unusable due to the number of pillows. The part that really bothered us was that basically nothing is provided for your stay. We traveled by air and couldn't bring everything with us. We were provided with 1.5 rolls of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 garbage bag. There were no dishwasher tablets,. The fridge was completely empty, no ketchup or mustard. Spices included salt and pepper basically. Plenty of dishes (actually WAY more than was necessary and almost TOO many). We have stayed at plenty of VRBO properties and have had all but this one provide basic spices and people were allowed to leave their leftover condiments in the fridge. For the amount of money that one pays for renting a place like this, one would expect to have enough TP and garbage bags and dishwasher tablets for your stay without having to go purchase them.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time in the condo. It is so well outfitted that we were able to cook as much as we wanted to, which was nice for family breakfasts before heading out to the beach and family dinners after a long day in the sun. The table expands to fit everyone, so there was lots of room. The two large bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, which was nice for the adults, and the third bedroom has bunk beds that are perfect for kids. We had family members from 8 years old to 73 years old and everyone loved it. The balcony has a beautiful beach view and plenty of seating where we had coffee every morning. We saw dolphins on several mornings and watched the sun rise a couple of times, too. Right outside the door, we could stand on the walkway and watch the sunset at night. We used the pool and the hot tub a couple of times, but the beach was our main attraction. Right out front we could take banana boat rides, go parasailing, and rent jet skis. Also right next door is Sea 'n Suds, a popular seafood restaurant. We would definitely recommend the condo to any family looking for a wonderful place to make vacation memories!

This Condo is PERFECT! We had an absolutely fabulous time, everything that was promised was more than true. The kitchen is stocked with anything one needs, everything was clean and maintained and what a fabulous view! I will definitely return in the future! Gulf Shores Condo

Our stay at this condo was excellent in every way. The condo was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The condo was exactly as described and shown on the website. The view of the Gulf and sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. The condo owners were more than accomodating and very easy to work with. We enjoyed the condo so much we extended our stay by several days. We definitely intend to rent this unit again on future trips to the Gulf. Thank you. Wayne and Agnes, Illinois

Very nice experience

This condo exceeded our expectations. The owners were very helpful and great to work with. This unit is modern and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the views of the gulf from the balcony. The unit had an excellent workout center and convenient parking garage. It is centrally located to all the area attractions and restaurants.

More than was promised! (even with the oil:-( )

We had a wonderful time. The view was all that was promised. We were a little disappointed in the adult pool--maybe because of the oil spill and restricted access to the ocean, but the kids pool was marvelous. The grills were appreciated. The kitchen was phenomenal: We didn't didn't even need the gumbo pot we brought. We wanted to say for an additional day, but were "buffetted" by Jimmy Buffett's calling to others. We'd thank Bill for working with us concerning our uncertainty with the oil spill and unsuitablity of the beach/ocean. While it all was evident, it didn't impinge on our vacation.
