San Carlos 1004 is located on the 10th floor and is Gulf Front. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the highly desirable zero-entry pool perfect for the entire family. This huge 1407-square-foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen in bedroom 3. Unit 1004 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full-size washer and dryer. Monthly stays are available from November until March. Parking is at a premium, so a 2-car limit is strictly enforced.

Piece of cake for check in and check out Elizabeth was fantastic with thorough and expedient correspondence. Always kind and respectful. Elevators are quick at San Carlos. The pool was clean. The beach is easily accessible- itâs great thereâs a walkway. Chair service through SunCoast is top notch. Guests leave items such as boogie boards, beach toys, chairs etc. under the outside stairwell by the pool- check that spot for additions to your beach day. This unit is well equipped with blender, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. Loads of space for three couples. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple days, be sure to bring more tp, paper towels, and dish and laundry detergent. Side note- we bow fished twice. Def ask for Tracey with Night Fish Charter service. He was wonderful! Over the top and BIG FUN! Dinner at Jesseâs on the Bay did not disappoint. Dinner at Perch was lovely with Natalie as our server. Even through a huge pop up storm she accommodated us outdoors, then inside without flaw even though the restaurant was packed. This unit is relatively walkable to most anything youâd need - especially with an Island Mkt across the street. Donât delay - book quick
We enjoyed our family vacation very much. This condo was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. So many kind people and close(walkable) to many places.Would suggest owner ask a few questions about cleaning company ie: no cleaning under beds, mirrors poorly done, floors washed well, could use bleach in showers and tubs. Just a few suggestions from an individual who has a cleaning business.
We loved staying here! It was clean and everything was as promised when we arrived. There was a problem with the washer but I went to the front desk, they made a call to the property manager, and someone was there within the hour and got it going for us. The location was great being so close to so many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
Very nice condo convenient location, right on the beach. Prickett Properties was very nice and easy to work with. We have stayed at the San Carlos on several occasions and really like it. Only reason I gave it a 4 on cleanliness was because there were a couple of things that could have been cleaned like the living room rug. .
Loved this condo, from the location to the property itself. I especially enjoyed my early mornings on the balcony. Everything was as listed. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
Beautiful condo, easy access to beach and the main spots in town, easy walk to The Hangout. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would love to book here again!
Could not have enjoyed our stay more. Spacious, clean and comfortable condo. One issue with the AC unit and a repair person was there within 20 minutes. Canât ask for better service than that! Weâll be back for sure
We booked this only 2 weeks from our date because our other reservation fell through. Awesome view, clean facility, short walk to the beach with a lit walkway
This property was perfect! It is just what you see on line. Everything was clean and it had everything you could possible need for your family stay!! Management was very responsive. It definitely felt like home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and canât wait to come back!
Great condo. Unfortunately the 9th floor neighbors didnât get the notice to keep noise down and not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others. Nothing like paying to hear the ocean and listening to someone elseâs idea of music. Security was not helpful.
Absolutely loved the beach decor! Spacious condo was great for our family. Dishwasher handle wasnât attached when we arrived but was found in pantry & easily re-attached. Overall very happy with this stay!
