Spacieux 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison de plage, à distance de marche de Scarborough Beach. Parfait pour deux familles ou une famille élargie à partager. Terrain de jeux, basket et tennis à proximité. Il y a trois lits doubles et quatre lits jumeaux, ainsi qu'un grand lit sectionnel. Nous avons maintenant la climatisation centrale pour plus de confort pendant les chaudes nuits d’été. Great family vacation house.

We were amazed at how well supplied it was in the kitchen. You could bake or cook a gourmet meal and not need to bring any kitchen gadgets. It worked out perfect with the extra living room, the kids could use it as a play room. If you have a couple families or an extended family planning a vacation this is the spot.

Great Family vacation

We had the best vacation. This house is very roomy and spacious, more than enough room for our family. It was beautifully kept and very clean. The owners were very friendly in their communication and you can tell they really cared that we had a fun and relaxing beach vacation. The house was well-stocked - it had everything you can think of, Including games and books, which my kids loved. We had some great Pictionary games! We stay in Narragansett every single year, and this was our best vacation yet! The proximity to the beach was easy, and it was a short ride to the town beach for some great surfing. The neighborhood was awesome. I highly recommend it!

Excellent home to Spend a Vacation

The house was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. It was well situated in relationship to great beaches and restaurants The owner was very nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Multi-Generational Vacation

The size of the property allows people with different interest to do many different things. Clean as always. Well stocked with things like plastic bags, dishwashing soap, etc. Owners are very responsive.

Family summer vacation turned tradition

This was our second time as a family staying at this property. It’s a perfect size for the 8 of us and an amazing location! We’ve decided we must return every year now!

The vacation that almost wasn't!

Trying to book a vacation during covid -19 was not easy, especially being from N.Y. and most of the states being on the quarantine list! After booking and canceling 3 other destinations, Anne's property came through big! She made it super easy for us to book last minute and even said she would refund us if the state went on our quarantine list! Talk about above and beyond! The home is very spacious, a nice walk from an almost private beach, and a great neighborhood. Short drive to everything you'll need for your stay, and the home was very clean and ready for our stay , even with us getting there 3 hours before our checking time! She was a delight to deal with and we would love to come again! Thanks for helping us make our vacation a possibility! Excellent!!!!!

Great location to scarborough Beach

we had a couple families staying in the house and it worked perfectly. MaryAnn was fast and great to work with. We walked to the beach every day. Its a 5 min bike ride. Or 15 min walk but very easy. The garage was a big asset with storing all the beach supplies and bikes. Would recommend.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My family and I had a wonderful time at MaryAnn's! The location was close to the beach as well as places to get food. The house was more than enough space for 8 adults and we loved spending time in the backyard. MaryAnn was incredibly easy to communicate with and we look forward to returning!

Excellent stay and wonderful host

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our family. Great lower bedroom and bath which acted as a suite for my parents. Short walk to the beach and the house had essentials to get there and have fun, wagon, beach items etc. all communications with the host were immediate and thoughtful. She even had a toy waiting for my son when we got there. Overall a great stay and very comfortable house!

Great family vacation

Plenty of room for our family! Everyone had their own room which was a definite plus. Walking distance to Scarborough beach and loved walking in the area in the morning. Close to shopping plaza as well. Location was just perfect.

Great Family Vacation

This property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. 5 minute drive to Scarborough, 7 minutes to Narragansett, and 6 to Point Judith (Galilee). MaryAnn was a peach to deal with. Very quick with a response to any of our questions! Suited our family (14 ppl ) very comfortably. Playground was a nice little walk for something to do. Background was a good size also. If we ever plan a whole family vacation again, it’ll be there!!!

Fantastic Stay once again!

This was our second time here and we will continue renting from MaryAnn. The house is perfect for our 3 adult daughters, their husbands, and our 4 grandchildren. The backyard is flat and private :) The two living rooms gave the children a nice play area away from us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! MaryAnn always has something special for the kids. This time there were bubbles waiting for them, they were so excited. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable.

Perfect place for all!

My family stayed for 3 weeks. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. It was very clean and very well maintained and plenty of beds for everyone. We could walk to Scarborough beach or drive to Salty Brine or Roger Wheeler Beach in 5-10 minutes. The back yard is very large. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and playing bocce ball at night. We were glad to find the extra refrigerator in the garage! The air conditioning was nice on the hot days and the wireless internet helped too! Plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again!!
