Profitez de tout ce que Narragansett a à offrir dans notre spacieuse maison de plage moderne et bien entretenue située dans le nord du quartier de Eastward Look. Les plages sont proches, avec la plage Black Point de Scarborough à quelques pas et les choix de Roger M Wheeler, Salty Brine ou Narragansett Town Beach à quelques minutes en voiture.
La maison est très bien aménagée pour que 12 invités puissent être ensemble ..... ou avoir leurs propres espaces. Notre maison à deux niveaux offre deux salons au premier niveau (un avec une table de billard), six chambres à coucher (4 à l'étage et 2 en bas) et deux salles de bain. Les installations comprennent un plein air central (neuf en 2019), une cuisine bien équipée, une grande cour arrière très privée avec un jardin et une terrasse avec coin repas, un patio, un tout nouveau grill en 2018, une douche extérieure, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, une télévision à écran plat, câble et Wifi. Il y a aussi une aire de jeux / parc à 5 minutes à pied.

La maison a été entièrement redécorée pour la saison estivale 2018. La literie et les oreillers sont tous neufs pour 2018. Gas Grill est également flambant neuf. Le mobilier des chambres a également été amélioré et de nombreuses chambres ont été repeintes. S'il vous plaît voir également nos autres propriétés, n ° 704876 (3 chambres à coucher à Narragansett sur l'étang de sel) et n ° 811070 (6 chambres à coucher à Eastward Look) pour avis de locataires, décoration et taux d'acceptation. Aucun de ces éléments ne s'afficheront sur vrbo pour cette propriété alors que nous passons par une société de gestion de propriétés.

This property was a great option for our large family. Plenty of room to gather, and we enjoyed the pool table and large outside deck. We would rent again.

The house was really nice, comfortable and clean and in a great location! We appreciated the close proximity to the beach!! The kitchen had all the dishes we needed, the living spaces and bedrooms were comfortable, and the kids loved the pool table!!

The beach house was clean, well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, staples and games, including pool table that the teens enjoyed! The large gas grille was perfect for us and 8 people fit comfortably at table on deck! I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect family vacation

This is the second year we stayed in this house. It was a good size for 8 adults and 4 kids. Having a TV room and a game room was nice so the kids had their own area! The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and AC worked excellent!

Great location to Scarborough Beach

Daniel and Nicole were great hosts and were always available with any questions we had. They have a beautiful spacious home conveniently located half a mile from the beach. We were a family of 12 and the home had more than enough room to accommodate. The neighborhood itself was quite and perfect for walks either to the beach or local park around the corner. We can’t wait to visit next year!

Friend/Family Reunion

We stayed here with two other families. It was a great place to stay as there were 6 bedrooms. Location was ideal to get to the beach. The yard size and space was great. It was not as clean as we would have hoped, but the owners were notified of this after our stay. We will likely rent this property again with the hope that it will be cleaned better in the future.

Family summer vacation

The house is a very basic colonial and looks like they converted the garage to two bedrooms. All rooms have queen beds and most have space for a crib. With that being said, it was plenty spacious for our whole family and suited our needs well. Plus, there’s a simple outdoor shower that made rinsing from a day at the beach easy. A quick bike ride to the beach. The yard was perfect for playing corn hole. Nearby, there are tennis courts, a playground and basketball court.

Great Spacious Home Close to Beach and Park

My family had a great stay at this beach home. The home was clean and spacious. 6 bedrooms was definitely a plus as we had children ages 3-15 with us. The older kiddos loved the pool table. The 2 living spaces were so nice to have. Games were played while some watched television in the other room. We loved the large deck as well. I packed a pop up tent and it fit amazing on the deck. Overall our stay was pretty amazing!

Multi-family vacation

The property was a good fit as we needed 6 separate adult bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own a/c. There is plenty of room in the backyard and the front yard for yard games and plenty of room in the house to spread out on the rainy days. Using the kitchen required a bit of planning with 12 adults since the space was a bit small but as family, cooperation was easy. Hosts are very responsive to questions.

Great location and space for a family

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard was very private and great for kids. The playground is only a short walk away and we went most evenings after dinner with kids. We also liked having 2 separate living rooms and the pool table for the evenings when little kids were in bed. The beach chairs and carts were very helpful and we used them every day. It was a humid week, so we also took advantage of the AC on the hot days. Overall, a great space and we'd love to go back.

Multi-family beach vacation

We had a great week! The proximity to the beach has excellent and gave us the option to walk, ride, or drive. The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room to spread out and we especially enjoyed the pool table. The a/c kept us all cool and comfortable. It was well equipped for all of the cooking we did during our stay. However, an extra refrigerator would have been very helpful for our group. While very comfortable, the house is in need of updating.

We love staying in this area. It's easy to walk to the beach everyday, and it's great for biking. This is a nice quiet neighborhood with a playground and tennis courts only a block away. The house fit our 3 family's nicely. We loved the back deck most though. The backyard was nice and private. The owners were very quick at answering our questions we had.

Comfortable Beach Stay

We had a nice time staying here for a week with family. Having 6 bedrooms made it a great house for a large family. Many kitchen amenities made cooking in easy. Interior of home was very clean and air conditioning throughout house worked great. Landscaping was overgrown as compared with photos and exterior of home had broken glass scattered throughout yard. Hosts were very responsive to concerns. Overall would rent again.

Charming Vacation House

Our family had a great experience at this property! It’s a great location and the neighborhood itself is lovely. The back yard and deck are amazing. Our family spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen has some quirks, but it is functional. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Wedding Weekend

We needed a place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. This house was spacious, clean, and close to everything. The beds were also very comfortable. We weren't in the house very much but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Oh and the nearby beach was perfect for the kids!

Great location

I rented this property with friends and we had a great stay! We have four kids under four so it helped that we could easily walk to the beach and not have to drive. It's proximity to the park and restaurants was also very convenient. Just wish there was a tv in the pool room!

We, Nicole and Dan have been bringing our daughters to Rhode Island for years. We love the different beaches to choose from and having the centers of towns to walk, eat and shop through. After years of visiting we decided to purchase a home and use it as a rental property but leave ourselves a few weeks out of the year to enjoy all the Narragansett area has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our spacious home is clean, modern, well stocked and very well maintained. The house is laid out very well so your group can be together or there are plenty of living spaces where you can spread out— between the 2 living rooms, dining room and outside spaces plus the bedrooms- - 4 in the second floor and 2 on the first. The house is spacious with 2 living rooms (including one with a pool table) and is outfitted with all you'll need for a week at the beach- -several renters have commented how well stocked it is. Great location, walking distance to Black Point of Scarborough beach with a large very private back yard for relaxing with your family. The house is within a few miles all that you need- -grocery store, many restaurants to choose from, several beaches. You can spend a week at this house and never venture more than 3 miles away.

The condition of our home is also hard to come by. Very clean and comfortable. The back yard is very peaceful and private.
