VOYEZ PAS SEULEMENT LES LANCEMENTS DE CAPE CANAVERAL MAIS LES FEUX D'ARTIFICE EPCOT INCROYABLES DU JARDIN ARRIÈRE !! Notre grande villa est sur une impasse calme sans voisins arrière et une belle vue sur le lac / conservation au-delà de la piscine et du spa. Nous avons 5 chambres (dont 3 avec salle de bains) et 2 autres chambres avec lits jumeaux qui partagent la quatrième salle de bain, donc parfait pour les familles nombreuses ou deux familles ou un groupe d'amis. La villa a une cuisine très bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et buanderie complète. Nous avons le câble et le Wifi ainsi qu'une salle de jeux avec piscine, baby-foot et air hockey pour votre divertissement supplémentaire. Il y a deux espaces de vie et deux salles à manger pour accueillir tous nos invités. La chambre principale a des portes donnant sur la piscine à laquelle on peut également accéder depuis le salon. La campagne environnante offre la marche, la randonnée et le vélo comme alternative aux parcs à thème et la région possède également de nombreux terrains de golf. Cette villa vous met parfaitement à portée de toutes les grandes choses qu'Orlando a à offrir.

Orlando Villa Clermont

This villa made our holiday special, its layout, facilities and location to shops ( Walmart 5 mins) eateries of all types and all of the parks etc 30-40 mins away.We were a family of 6, grandparents who had the master bedroom separate and luxurious to the other rooms, children rooms adjacent and joining and a separate parents bedroom, combined with a central eating,cooking relaxing area, and the pool which is a must for relaxing after the long hot days at the parks.Cleanliness and other facilities ie cooking pots pans, towels, washing machine were perfect.

Nice house in lovely area. Easy access to Disney parks. Great pool. Property and furnishings a little tired. Property management team should check on cleaning crew. House was quite grubby in places and dishes and pots had to be washed before use. Owner was great. Always responded quickly to any questions we had and was kind enough to allow us a late check out on our final day which was great as we had four small children to organise. No pool table as advertised and table hockey machine was broken. Given these issues, would still recommend the property.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for our Universal trip and found it to be perfect. The drive was not terrible and the property was wonderful. The pool and 3 private bathrooms were big hits. The view is also very nice. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Overall the property was okay. It’s got a lot of potential but you can tell it’s been let out as a holiday let for a while and in need of TLC to revamp it. It needs a bit more of in detail cleaning, there was a lot of dust, the master headboard had dust over it and through the property, skirting boreds need a good cleaning and that’s just the start. I messaged the owner on Vrbo last year asking about a late check out. Over a year later I got a reply saying no. So communication was applauding. Location was nice about 30 min drive to Disney and we could see the fireworks from the pool.

Wonderful place to stay close to Disney!

We arrived after dark, but the house had lights left on for us which was very welcoming. Master bedroom had a towel swan and bathrooms had toilet paper rosettes. There was plenty of room for our party of 8. Bedrooms were spacious! Pool was great as was the hot tub and we used those every day we were there! Directions and rules for the home were simple and straight forward. Very convenient to stores and within a half hour of the Disney Parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home & great location!

Beautiful home to spend time relaxing and enjoying the pool. We traveled with another family and the house had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and had no concerns with anything while there. The pool area was perfect and allowed us to spend every meal outside and the kids to swim all day. We love renting homes facing the pond to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and to try and spot alligators!We've rented multiple homes in the Orange Tree neighborhood and have always loved staying there. I will add this home does not come stocked with many/any of the essentials you'd need such as garbage bags (only the one in the garbage), had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dishwasher tabs/detergent, no laundry detergent but you are expected to start a load before you leave, and absolutely bare minimum hand soap. We absolutely expect to buy some of these items when renting homes but are used to at least some quantity provided and left our purchased items behind so hopefully the next renters had some! Either way, we'd absolutely rent this home again, that was not a deterrent just a heads up so you know what to expect when renting.

Love this location!

I really don't like to say too many positive things about this home for fear that it might not be available when we want to stay. This was our second stay and we booked for next year as well. I love the layout of the home, the quiet neighborhood, and the pool/hot tub. Sitting out eating meals by the pool and looking out at the wildlife on the lake are some of my favorite things to do. it is also fun to watch the Disney fireworks.

The perfect place for family

We enjoyed the house it was the perfect size big enough for everyone yet small enough to manage the pool was perfect there was one minor hiccup but property manager took care of it right away!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property but given we were there primarily for the parks this was largely used as a place to sleep and eat. Everything was to hand that we needed. The property was pretty much as described and expected although bit of a shame for the kids that the pool table has disappeared from the games room and also the air hockey has suffered some previous damage. Unfortunately the villa had suffered from some damage to the lanai after Hurricane Milton which meant we were bothered by more bugs and mozzies than normal - the property owners responded very quicky and advised there were supply shortages after the hurricane so this was understandable and I appreciated the quick response. I would suggest the property owners make a check on their cleaners. We had around 6 cockroaches visit during our time at the property and I understand bugs cannot be totally eradicated. However, when we had to dig around under various bits of furniture to root out these bugs we did found a considerable amount of dirt, fluff, crumbs and broken glass in one case - I'd suggest the cleaners are cleaning what you can see rather then being fastidious in their cleaning of the property between visits.

Family Vacation

The property was as just as advertised. It had plenty of space for our family and had a ton to do. The pool and hot tube were perfect. Great location- close to grocery store and different places to eat.

Family Vacation

We are a Belgian family with adult children and the house was perfect for us. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures.There is enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and the table outside under the covered terrace. The house is very quiet and overlooks the water very nicely. We would definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. It was in a great location for theme parks, grocery stores, and other needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect home for family trip. Loved the pool and view of the pond with Disney fireworks. Teens/yo ung adults enjoyed Disney and Universal. We visited Daytona beach, Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Lots of nice lakes around too

Perfect spot for a family Disney trip

We loved staying here! So spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s the perfect house for a family Disney trip. The pool was our favorite part…my infant agrees! Home owner and manager were wonderful and responsive if we needed anything or had questions during our stay. I hope to be back!

Great place for multiply adults

We had a great stay at this location. Many adult couples and one 3-year-old. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and great pool safety fence for 3-year-old. Would stay here again.

I'm a mum of a 26 & 23 year old and along with my husband we bought this villa home for us all to have great family holidays and see my extended family in other parts of the states. We live in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate North Yorkshire the "happiest place to live in the UK".
Now you can experience the beauty of Orlando with the theme parks fabulous countryside and amazing weather at our home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved this property and knew we had to have it.....the views are amazing from the back and its on a larger than average plot with no rear neighbours. Its near to open countryside and shops so whats not to love.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can enjoy the EPCOT FIREWORKS and Cape Canaveral launches from our back garden. Its on a beautiful tree lined quiet cut de sac and the views are amazing .... just imagine sitting having breakfast in warm Orlando sunshine with a lake view ...perfect!!
