The host met us and checked in to see we had all we needed. Our accommodations were excellent and the treats and recommendations given to and left for us were perfect.

Lots of eateries nearby and a short 2 block walk. to South Kensington station super convenient We had trouble with the hot water and that was addressed promptly.

We had a wonderful stay for a week in London with our family. The location was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and we really appreciated having a washing machine! Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. Place was clean, beds were comfortable - it was perfect for our trip to London. Easy to get to from the airport via the tube as well. Location is great - very close to the tube and lots to do in the area. Would stay here again

The apartment is in a great location. We were close to the tube and there were many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. The neighborhood felt very safe as some nights were out late and felt comfortable walking home. The apartment was also very clean and the bed were comfortable.

The location was perfect ! Close to everything and easy to get to for uber drop off and pick ups. The one thing that was misleading is that there was no air conditioning at all in the apartment— after we had asked —we did have three fans — one for each bedroom and one for the main room—it was extremely hot and damp and we had to leave a day early and we never could get the apartment to cool down — even after opening the windows to air it out. Our clothes were getting damp and musty. It was just hot and humid -and our belongings were getting damp —If they had supplied fans with adjustable temperatures, that may have made a difference. But to say “yes, there is AC in each room” was just not accurate.

The flat was perfect ! The owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, she left breakfast in the fridge for us . The location is perfect ! Close to museums , shopping , tube station and Hyde Park . I hope to be able to stay there again . Thank you for making our celebration special.

A Cozy Flat Perfect for Exploring London

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of South Kensington with hosts that appreciate family. The apartment is well equipped if you want to stay in to cook a meal, but well situated if you want to explore the many local restaurants. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Great accommodations in a fantastic location

The location is tremendous — there're so many things to do within walking distance, and it's incredibly easy to get to the Underground for things that are not. And the flat is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Gabriele and Leonarda are wonderful hosts, communicative and incredibly helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we were in London.
