Veuillez noter que cet établissement n'est PAS adapté aux enfants. Cette fabuleuse suite d'hôtes est à 5 minutes de la rue Main, à 15 minutes de La Cantera / Fiesta Texas et à 30 minutes de Fredericksburg! Notre suite privée de 2 chambres à coucher, une salle de bain, élégamment aménagée est adjacente à la maison principale avec sa propre entrée séparée sur un domaine privé. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové en 2013. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, une machine à glaçons, de l'eau filtrée, une cafetière et un lave-vaisselle. La buanderie a des fournitures de laveuse, sécheuse et de blanchisserie pleine grandeur. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size équipé de draps design, un dressing et un bureau avec imprimante laser pour votre confort. La deuxième chambre a deux lits simples en fer forgé avec des draps personnalisés et un grand placard. Les lits peuvent être réunis pour former un roi. Veuillez nous indiquer votre préférence au moment de la réservation. La chambre familiale comprend de grandes fenêtres, des canapés confortables, des jeux de société, Internet et la télévision par câble, y compris CHAQUE chaîne de cinéma ainsi que des chaînes de télévision étrangères du monde entier pour votre plaisir. La porte de la salle familiale s'ouvre sur le patio couvert où vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et du spa chauffé. Beautiful property in the Hill Country

Nice space with access to pool and hot tub. Very close to downtown as well as San Antonio. Suzanne and Frank were gracious hosts.

The apartment was amazing and very comfortable. The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect to all of the activities the area has. We loved being out in the country but still close to town. We will absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend!!

Comfortable stay in attached apartment

Upon arrival, you will immediately see a small cottage next to the main house. THIS IS NOT YOUR VRBO RENTAL! You will need to go to the main house to have them show you where the apartment is as it is attached to the main house with a rear entrance. We were not aware of this and walked in on the tenant in the cottage. Our stay with great, though! The beds were very comfortable, views from the back porch beautiful, and the trip to Main St was short and sweet. We enjoyed loving on the owner's dogs who are very gentle. We'd only wished we could have relaxed in the hot tub. The heater was not working at the time of our visit.

Great Location, Great Hosts!

My wife and I came to Boerne, San Antonio and Fredericksburg for a short getaway and used this as our “home base” for our stay. The property is immaculate and Frank & Suzanne were wonderful - very responsive to messages and very friendly! The dogs were a hoot and we enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast. This is a wonderful property which is in a great location right off of I-10. It is very convenient to downtown Boerne and a short drive to Fredericksburg. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and there were ample bed and bath linens. Frank & Suzanne made sure anything we needed was there when we arrived, and they are on-site in case you have any questions. Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is a gem!

Frank & Suzanne are exceptional hosts. They were welcoming and quick to communicate. Their place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Their dogs were friendly and we loved the chickens wandering about.

FIVE STARS!

Everything about our stay at this property was GREAT! Frank and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. I reached out to Suzanne a few times prior to our trip with various questions and she was always very prompt with her replies. Check-in was a breeze; the apartment is very clean, beautifully furnished and fully stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool each day of our visit and the water was perfect. This is definitely the nicest place we've stayed and we can't wait to stay here again!

Property owners were very accommodating and the location was perfect for visiting Boerne, Hill Country and San Antonio. Owners took all precautions related to COVID and were so friendly. Will certainly stay here again, when visiting the beautiful Hill Country/San Antonio area!

PERFECT GETAWAY!

This was the perfect getaway for our girls trip! The small town shops and aesthetic was perfect!! Also in great location to bigger cities with minor travel! Loved it!!

Kick back and recharge

Suzanne and Frank have created an outstanding rental with fully equipped kitchen ( we ate all our meals in) and a spa bath with huge walk in shower. Washer and dryer came in handy after pool time and we enjoyed many hours lounging by the pool and hot tub. The dogs are friendly and even joined my workout outside. Great getaway out in nature and plan to revisit post Covid19 outbreak to check out the sights and shops in Bourne.

Hidden gem just outside of Boerne

So glad our first choice fell through - this place was perfect for our girls getaway. Owners are great and the location was very convenient. We enjoyed the country atmosphere and the chickens. Pool and hot tub were a plus. The guest suite was extremely well stocked and beautifully furnished- we had everything we needed. Spacious and clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

We were so lucky to book this stay at the last minute, literally! The property was amazing and the owners were so accommodating. If we ever need a vacation spot in this area, we will definitely come back here. With the spacious apartment, hot tub, swimming pool and minutes away from shopping... it was a was a much needed, relaxing weekend. Highly recommended!!!!

Booking was so simple. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly & helpful. The property was quite peaceful during our stay, and Frank was quick to help us one morning after waking up to a flat tire! Definitely planning to return.

Well appointed Sanctuary

The two bedroom suite we occupied was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had several stock items so we did not have to get those irritating basics, and we were ready upon arrival without having to do initial errands. The friendly and thoughtful hosts, when they heard we were going to cook a meal, asked if there was anything they could provide that we may be missing.
