Veuillez noter que cet établissement n'est PAS adapté aux enfants. Cette fabuleuse suite d'hôtes est à 5 minutes de la rue Main, à 15 minutes de La Cantera / Fiesta Texas et à 30 minutes de Fredericksburg! Notre suite privée de 2 chambres à coucher, une salle de bain, élégamment aménagée est adjacente à la maison principale avec sa propre entrée séparée sur un domaine privé. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové en 2013. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, une machine à glaçons, de l'eau filtrée, une cafetière et un lave-vaisselle. La buanderie a des fournitures de laveuse, sécheuse et de blanchisserie pleine grandeur. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size équipé de draps design, un dressing et un bureau avec imprimante laser pour votre confort. La deuxième chambre a deux lits simples en fer forgé avec des draps personnalisés et un grand placard. Les lits peuvent être réunis pour former un roi. Veuillez nous indiquer votre préférence au moment de la réservation. La chambre familiale comprend de grandes fenêtres, des canapés confortables, des jeux de société, Internet et la télévision par câble, y compris CHAQUE chaîne de cinéma ainsi que des chaînes de télévision étrangères du monde entier pour votre plaisir. La porte de la salle familiale s'ouvre sur le patio couvert où vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et du spa chauffé. Sur la terrasse, prenez votre café du matin ou profitez d'un dîner paisible tout en regardant les cerfs courir à travers la superficie arrière. I can not express in words how absolutely awesome our stay was at this fabulous property. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is attached to the main home but you would never know unless you happened to see the owners out with their dogs. You completely have your own privacy, didn't hear any noise coming from the owner. The owners are phenomenal, so nice and there if you need them for any reason. Their dogs are absolutely precious and so sweet! The inside of the apartment was much bigger than I expected. The AC worked perfect which is a big deal when you live in Texas for us women who have hot flashes all the time lol! New appliances throughout, loved the convection oven and the reverse osmosis water!! I'm so picky about the way my water tastes, I had bottled water and didn't even open it! Nice washer and dryer, huge closets, and they even have a pant press! Beds were super comfortable and the shower with the waterfall head was awesome and water was hot!! Living area and dining room was big and you never felt cramped in any room. You can tell the owners take pride in their property, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The outside area was peaceful and relaxing at the pool and around the grounds. So much space and the trees are big and beautiful! Main street is 6 minutes down the road but you feel like you're in the country. Thank you Suzanne and Frank for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home, we'll definitely be back!

The house was perfect and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owners were very friendly and communicative. The swimming pool was perfect for an early morning swim. Definitely recommend!

A True Gem

This property was amazing! The location was superb not only because Main St. Boerne was only a 3 minute drive, but it was also a central enough location to be able to take daytrips to some of the surrounding Hill Country towns with only a 30 - 45 minute drive.In addition, the property is a little over 3 acres and feels very secluded even though it is very close to Main St.The house was very nicely decorated and very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. We didn't get to spend much time in the pool since we were busy taking daytrips, but it has a huge pool with a hot tub.The owners were very friendly and easy going. Upon arrival we were given a short tour of the house to be sure we could find everything easily.We loved this place and will definitely stay again!

My husband and I LOVED our stay!! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here! We wanted low key, private this was spot on! We stay at the pool all day we loved it!!! Now the King size bed was the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on at a vrbo!!! I wanted to stay in bed all day! I cant get over how soft the bed was! Frank and Suzanne are awesome host. I loved seeing the dogs. We already want to come back again!!!

Comfortable stay in attached apartment

Upon arrival, you will immediately see a small cottage next to the main house. THIS IS NOT YOUR VRBO RENTAL! You will need to go to the main house to have them show you where the apartment is as it is attached to the main house with a rear entrance. We were not aware of this and walked in on the tenant in the cottage. Our stay with great, though! The beds were very comfortable, views from the back porch beautiful, and the trip to Main St was short and sweet. We enjoyed loving on the owner's dogs who are very gentle. We'd only wished we could have relaxed in the hot tub. The heater was not working at the time of our visit.

The apartment was amazing and very comfortable. The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect to all of the activities the area has. We loved being out in the country but still close to town. We will absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend!!

Great Location, Great Hosts!

My wife and I came to Boerne, San Antonio and Fredericksburg for a short getaway and used this as our “home base” for our stay. The property is immaculate and Frank & Suzanne were wonderful - very responsive to messages and very friendly! The dogs were a hoot and we enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast. This is a wonderful property which is in a great location right off of I-10. It is very convenient to downtown Boerne and a short drive to Fredericksburg. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and there were ample bed and bath linens. Frank & Suzanne made sure anything we needed was there when we arrived, and they are on-site in case you have any questions. Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is a gem!

Frank & Suzanne are exceptional hosts. They were welcoming and quick to communicate. Their place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Their dogs were friendly and we loved the chickens wandering about.

FIVE STARS!

Everything about our stay at this property was GREAT! Frank and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. I reached out to Suzanne a few times prior to our trip with various questions and she was always very prompt with her replies. Check-in was a breeze; the apartment is very clean, beautifully furnished and fully stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool each day of our visit and the water was perfect. This is definitely the nicest place we've stayed and we can't wait to stay here again!
