1890's Turn-of-the-Century Charmer within walking distance to downtown Boerne dining, shopping & Boerne Hill Country Mile (0.4 Miles / 8 Minute Walk). Situated on nearly an acre along Cibolo Creek; this recently remodeled 2 bedroom (King & Queen beds) / 1 bathroom (vanity and toilet in one area, another vanity w/ shower and separate clawfoot tub in second area off primary bedroom).
Home boasts classic charm with modern amenities including Alexa. Fully stocked kitchen. Your first morning coffee is on us (k-cups, cream, sugar). We want our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable which is why attention to details and amenities are important to us.
Enjoy the spacious fenced yard where you can play outdoor games or relax and drink your morning coffee or evening wine on the porch rocking chairs.

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. The house is even better equipped, charming than described and everything was so well decorated and laid out. The check-in and out experiences were super easy and clear, we locked outselves out accidentally and they responded and opened it in record time! The kitchen is really well stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need (although we didn't do a lot of cooking!) 10/10!

Annual Sisters' getaway

Without a doubt, this was one of the most accommodating and welcoming VRBOs my sister and I have stayed at in over 20 years of annual trips. It felt like stepping back into our grandparents' era, but with all the modern comforts. I would absolutely return!

Girls Weekend in Boerne

The Boerne Bungalow was just perfect for our girls weekend! Very clean, stocked with all the amenities, and the decor was just lovely. Located just a few minutes walk from Main Plaza where you will find the cutest shops and delicious restaurants. We look forward to returning soon!

Perfect location

We came for a weekend wedding. We had a welcome dinner Friday and the wedding Saturday and the house location was perfect for both events. We really only got ready and slept at the house, but it was great!

Spring Break quick trip

The Boerne Bungalow was perfect for my wife and me and our teenage daughter. The design and decor is very “Chip and Joanna”, and it’s the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Pots, pans, utensils, glass and dinner ware were high quality and plentiful. The check in with the combination lock was easy and convenient. Great appliances and the detached “She Shed” with washer dryer is a great idea to not take up closet space in the living area. Beds and linens were comfortable and high quality. TV and wi-fi worked well. Location was convenient to our favorite Boerne establishments like Black Rifle Coffee and Mary’s Tacos! We will stay there again!

Beautiful property!!!

Wow!! What a precious piece of property and home! The house was true to the photos online. Just a perfect little getaway from the Houston hustle! Boerne is a great little town but this house is just a perfect house for 2-4 adults to unwind and enjoy each other! The house was well equipped for a weekend and very clean and stylishly updated!!

The house was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, everything you need including glorious bathtub. Great location close to town, HEB grocery maybe 2 miles way, highly recommended Boerne Taco House super close - can’t wait to go back

Retirement Trip

Boerne Bungalow was the perfect getaway! We were close enough to walk to town daily and close enough to nearby day trips in the area. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was great! We would definitely recommend and/or stay again. The Boerne Bungalow was a great place to relax!

Perfect for a couple’s wedding weekend!

This is a wonderful cottage extremely close to historic downtown Boerne. It has such a boho romatic vibe so it worked beautifully as a place for our daughter and son-in-law when they got married in Boerne. The bride and groom loved amenities such as the luxurious duvet on the bed.

So cute

This place absolutely lives up to the listing. They’ve done a beautiful job with the house, I loved every piece. The hosts have great attention to detail. The bed and bedding was luxurious and comfortable, the furniture and decor was so cute. Upcycled elegance vibes everywhere. The kitchen was not extensively stocked, but was intelligently stocked. All essentials and several nice additional items were provided. The place was clean, comfortable, with easy and clear check in and check out instructions. I appreciated how easy checkout was, this is not one of those properties and require you to do half the cleaning before you leave. No real problems, the only thing I’d say is that it would be nice to have more kitchen towels, our stay was like 9 days and there was only 1. Washcloths for the kitchen would also be nice. 10 stars, if you have the opportunity to stay, take it!
