This beautiful newly built second story Guest House is just a 35 minute walk from The Hill Country Mile. A walkable stretch of locally-owned boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and galleries set in the heart of downtown Boerne, Texas. Enjoy the local shopping, fine dining, breweries, coffee shops, market days, events, a stroll along the river or just stay in and relax while you enjoy our private covered porch overlocking our beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of majestic oak trees.

This hill country/modern style 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a breezy covered porch, fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, complementary snacks and drinks, pantry, dining room, TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi and full size washer and dryer, making it the perfect option for a longer stay, business travel or a romantic getaway! Master Bedroom with new King size bed.

Guest access:
-Guests have access to the entire Guest House with private Covered Porch.
-Guests will be given a code for the front door before arrival.
-Two parking spots are provided at the far right in front of the garage
-Please no parking in the shared driveway anytime
-Guests must provide number of vehicles along with make, model & license
plate of the vehicles.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Not a single complaint about this place, it is as wonderful as it looks. Definitely worth the stay!

Perfect little getaway!

My sister and I went for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! The place is clean, comfy, and close to Main St where there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit! We saw over 20 deer when leaving the neighborhood the first evening there, and it was a great surprise for these city girls! Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place

This was a restful base for us during a visit to see one of our children. We appreciate the thoughtful amenities that allowed us to walk in and begin relaxing right away-some drinks and snacks, AC and fans running, everything needed to make coffee in the morning. Easy access to everything in the area is also nice.

Perfect Boerne Hideaway

The guesthouse is super clean, and it has a wonderful layout. We loved having the common areas between the 2 bedrooms and each with their own bathroom. A perfect setup! Lester was always very quick with responding, so we trusted that our needs would be met. Simple checkout list was easy to follow. The snacks were much appreciated as well. Overall, just a beautiful stay!

The BEST in Boerne!

LOVE, love and more love! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this guesthouse. It’s just beautiful inside and out. Very comfortable and in a very serene, lovely area of Boerne. The host was amazing too. So accommodating and nice. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Boerne, TX - Good location, better house

This property is exactly as described. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. There is a set of stairs, so - a no-go for handicapped accessibility - but the listing makes this very clear. Having a washer and dryer is a must for travelling these days with limited luggage. The accommodations were sparkling clean and we weren't lacking any amenities. Although having a pizza cutter and some ice trays for the freezer would be nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. We only saw the owner/family twice but they were very friendly. The family cat is very friendly. If we ever travel to Boerne again, we would book this accommodation again. it suited our purposes wonderfully!

Comfortable Home Away from Home

This was our first time to visit Boerne, and we really enjoyed our two night stay at the guesthouse. The host, Lester and his family live right next door, which was so nice when we needed him to come over and reset the smart TV's password. Great response time, great host! Beautiful guesthouse with everything we needed, including some snacks and drinks. Thanks so much!

Excellent VRBO

This property was located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Communication with the host went smoothly, with quick response on his part. This was perhaps the cleanest vrbo at which we've ever stayed. The hosts' attention to detail and cleanliness did not go unnoticed and was sincerely appreciated. Motion lights on the stairs to the doorway, and complimentary snacks and beverages were just some of the many extras that made our stay perfect and enjoyable. I enthusiastically recommend this VRBO!

Nice place in a quiet neighboorhood

The above garage apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, well equipped and private with nice decor. We only stayed for two nights but appreciated the space very much. The owner communicated well and there were no surprises. We appreciated the few snacks and drinks that were provided since we arrived late. Nice little deck on the back too. The master shower was wonderful and we appreciated the luxury linens and towels. We would like to come back and stay longer to explore the area.

The host, Lester, was wonderful-very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer available although we did not use them. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of caves to tour. Also near enough to drive to other towns within 30 minutes. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!
