Poipu, Ocean View, piscine, promenade à la plage et se détendre!

DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis notre condo au troisiĂšme Ă©tage. À seulement 100 mĂštres de l'ocĂ©an, vous pouvez entendre les vagues la nuit. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques pas de la plage, oĂč l'on peut voir des tortues bouger la tĂȘte et des phoques moines protĂ©gĂ©s venir se reposer. Cette plage est considĂ©rĂ©e comme la meilleure plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e de l'Ăźle de Kauai. De l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue se trouve The Beach House, le seul restaurant au bord de l'ocĂ©an Ă  Kauai avec une magnifique vue sur le coucher de soleil.

Nous avons récemment rénové notre spacieux condo d'une chambre avec une salle de bains et une cuisine entiÚrement nouvelles, y compris des comptoirs en granit. Une cuisine complÚte est disponible, si vous choisissez de dßner à l'intérieur, ou le complexe dispose d'un barbecue, avec des tables de pique-nique pour les repas à l'extérieur. Il y a aussi une piscine nichée parmi les plantes tropicales luxuriantes dans le jardin paysager.

Si vous souhaitez vous promener plus loin, vous pourrez pratiquer diverses activités. Prenez des cours de surf sur la route et le Sheraton Beach, un endroit parfait pour les débutants. Golf et équitation sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Le shopping est également à seulement 5 minutes à Old Koloa Town ou Poipu Shopping Village. Ceux-ci incluent également une variété de restaurants. Ou encore, voyagez encore plus loin, dans l'ouest, à environ 40 minutes: Waimea Canyon et le spectaculaire Kalalau Lookout.

Prince Kuhio est un petit complexe avec seulement 71 unités. Classé «valeur en or solide» par le «Guide ultime de Kauai», PK est un complexe accueillant et accueillant.

Clean; ocean view was great. Kitchen was stocked with tools for you to cook. The place needs more electrical outlets; there is hardly anywhere convenient plug anything in. There's only a tiny strip of sand that is within walking distance; the rest is rocky and not for swimming. In terms of location, walking to any destination is difficult; two-lane roads with few sidewalks and no street lamps; weird dead-ends blocked by the resorts. It's a central location on the southside, but you definitely need a car everywhere you go. They have a laundry room on the ground floor. Communication was good. One tip: don't park under a tree; the parrots swarm at dusk and will destroy your car with their offerings!

Poipu accommodation

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week with our children (10) and (12) , the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. It’s located very close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Our children enjoyed the pool located on the property.

50th Anniversary Trip

What a wonderful place to stay. We spent 5 nights on Oahu and 8 nights in Poipu. The unit was perfect. Everything is as advertised
actually nicer and the setting could not be better. We hope to come back for another anniversary celebration!

Quiet stay

Overall a nice place to stay in Poipu. Would have been nice to have AC but we survived without. Close to Beach House restaurant and shops. Nice sunset view close by. Also the lock box was kind of a pain to figure out at first especially arriving at night. Ours had a broken key inside.

Everything was awesome. Check in and parking were a breeze. We very much enjoyed our view of the ocean from the living room. Would totally recommend staying at Prince Kuhio!

Koloa magic

This properties setting was magical. The views: to the right the ocean, to the heft the mountains, and in front nothing but land. I’ve stayed many places in Koloa over the years and this by far was in my top two. It’s perfect fur a solo trip (like I was on) or as a couple or with a Frye d. I will stay again.

Prince Kuhio 305

Great location! Prince Kuhio #305 fulfilled all of our needs. It was a quiet location despite the proximity to the road. The ocean view was a delight and the short walk to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island made fore easy sunset viewing. The location made for a perfect base amp for exploring the island.

Tiny annoyances

The condo was adorable. Wonderful ocean breeze and view. Convenient location. The lock box and TV remotes were complicated. And the pool was not open to temporary renters only owners and long term tenants. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing!!

We rented this condo for our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children ages 14 and 9). The view from the balcony and front door were amazing. This property has a botanical garden that surrounds the swimming pool and it was more than I expected with the sound of the birds and ocean all around. The location is across the street from the beaches and minutes away from a few main hotspots and basking sea turtles at Poipu beach. The price for this condo is a steal. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful View

This condo has a beautiful view for an affordable price near the ocean for a couple! It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. This was our first time visiting Kauai, we had no idea how humid it would get during the day unlike Oahu & Maui. This condo does not have air conditioning, but it was manageable! It's very common to not have air conditioning in Hawaii. We loved sleeping with the patio doors open at night hearing the ocean waves crashing in & chickens! It has a great kitchen if you're looking to cook while staying. If you're looking not to cook, The Beach House is across the street from the condo. (Be sure to make reservation in-advance. ) We also loved the private quiet pool. As well as the laundry facility. The condo includes a laundry basket. It was clean and it was nice to be able to do laundry while you're away from home for 10+ days. We would defiantly stay at this condo again on the south side of Kauai!

Great location!

This property is ideally located with ocean views. The host quickly responded to any questions during our planning process. Only complaint/comment is that the property management information isn’t super helpful. For example, there is no mention of needing to get a parking pass in any of the literature they sent in advance or provided on-site (minor inconvenience, but would have been nice to have that noted somewhere). The condo is small. Perfect for couples! Was a little crowded for our family of 4 (two adults and 2 kids under the age of 13) but the location definitely made it worth overlooking being a bit crowded. Pool was awesome for a couple of days that we just wanted a quick splash without getting sandy from the beach. The beach closest to the complex is good for snorkeling. Not a lot of frills with this one, but again on-site parking and location made for a great stay on the island.

Great location and view!

Overall, this place was great! For the price you can’t find a better location or view. The Prince Kuhio grounds are beautiful and the pool was nicely done. The condo is close to everything including the Beach House restaurant right across the street. You are within walking distance of several beaches and snorkeling spots and snorkeling gear can be rented right across the street. The view from the balcony is beautiful and accurately shown in the listing photos. Both the sunrise and sunset can be seen from the condo. There is no AC but the condo had a lovely cross breeze that made AC completely unnecessary. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. There are a few issues to mention that renters should take into consideration. 1. The layout is very strange and leads to absolutely no privacy between having to walk through the bedroom to get to the living room and the strange window between the bathroom and living room. I do think the photos accurately show the layout as long as you look closely. The place works great for a couple. In our case, it was two adults and one child which was still a bit difficult but it worked okay. I would not recommend it for more than one couple. 2. The stocking of the condo could be better. For a place that advertises up to 4 people, there are only 3 plates and 2 beach towels. Also you are only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. And the bath towels left something to be desired. Based on past reviews, I reached out to the owner ahead of time to make sure we came prepared with everything that wouldn’t be provided and I feel like I was given less than an accurate response. As we had gone to Costco straight from the airport, we could have purchased necessary supplies there but instead had to buy them locally, including additional towels, at much higher prices. Also, contrary to information I read on the Prince Kuhio website, there is no laundry detergent vending machine on-site and you need to buy it at the store if you plan to do laundry. We bought a whole bottle and left it there for the next few renters, but that is not provided. 3. My daughter has a mold allergy which was immediately triggered here, I believe because of the carpet. I would prefer tile in a tropical place. She had to take allergy medicine every night. Despite the few issues I mentioned, this is a wonderful place. The issues did not take away from our enjoyment of the condo. I would definitely recommend.

Great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Great place to watch the parrots come in for the evening for bedtime. Righ near Beach House restaurant and a hop from poopy beach. Just FYI may not be new to others. This not air conditioned. Ceiling fan in bedroom is nice. September was not uncomfortable. Washer dryer not in unit. Paid on site available. Matt the property manager/caretaker was kind and helpful.

It was on the third floor and a pleasant breeze blew through the rooms. No need for A/C. It was close to beaches, shopping, and eating options. It has all necessary living amenities (no dishwasher, but for only two people, none was needed).

Great location and views.

As always the best location in the south shore and some of the best views. Ocean! Mountains! Prince Kuhio park! My only issuer was the floors. When I arrived it was Sandy and dirty. And having booked my trip for almost 11 nights Ud expect enough toilet paper. But these are minor things as the Island of Kauai make up for any inconvenience .
