Royaume-Uni seulement L'Atlantic Blue est un superbe appartement en duplex situé à seulement 100 mètres de la plage de Porthmeor. Il est élégamment décoré et meublé avec de belles pièces d'art de Tracy Goldsmith et Jo Downs verrerie. Mer et la plage peut être apprécié tout assis à la table de cuisine au rez-de-chaussée ou soit de la terrasse privée fermée et salon au premier étage. Si vous voulez rester avec des amis, il y a une option très confortable canapé-lit, mais cet appartement est le mieux gardé tout à vous-mêmes en tant que couple, de manière à profiter de l'espace et l'exclusivité de la vue et la vie privée que ce bord de mer appartement offre! Si vous voulez apporter votre chien, un très bien comporté et la maison de formation chien est très bienvenue pour un petit supplément par semaine. Il y aurait des règles de la maison à suivre comme de ne pas laisser votre chien seul dans l'appartement à tout moment ou en leur permettant sur les meubles (nous pouvons suggérer chiens restaurants sympathiques et des plages pour vous ou, si vous voulez aller à la plage ou restaurant où votre chien est pas aussi bienvenu, s'il vous plaît demander nos services de chien-assis). Atlantic Blue a, un parking souterrain sécurisé pour une voiture. Comme il est souterrain avec d'autres espaces pour les autres voitures, vous recevrez un espace alloué pour se garer dans. S'il vous plaît être conscient, ces espaces ont été mesurés et fournis avec ce bloc d'appartements de retour dans les années 70, donc si vous conduisez un très grand véhicule, s'il vous plaît vérifier avant de réserver pour voir si votre voiture se loger confortablement dans l'espace. Atlantic Blue possède certaines des plus belles vues de cet immeuble en raison de penthouse positionnement de son espace de vie. Il est un appartement en duplex signifie escalier intérieur au deuxième étage, plus il est également au deuxième étage de l'immeuble qui signifie 4 volées d'escaliers externes. Pour la plupart, ces marches et escaliers sont faciles à escalader, même avec des bagages.

Perfect location, fantastic views

In spite of some very crazy weather we had a fabulous time at Atlantic Blue. It is an ideal property for couples. We were greated with a lovely welcome card, custom Atlantic Blue chocolate, and a bottle of prosecco. The double bedroom is cosy, but the single beds in a king format were very comfortable as they came with a large topper. There are facilities for an additional bed in the lounge area should there be more than two guests staying. The bathroom is lovely with full Villeroy Boch suite and a great shower. Bedding and towels are also great. The kitchen has everything you are likely to need with plenty of cutlery, glasswear, and kitchen equipment. Parking is tight in the car park area in the lower floor of the building, but with a bit of manoeuvring you can even fit a reasonably large vehicle. That being said, it will not accommodate a roof box due to roof height, unless you have a smaller car and a low-profile roof box. Approx 1.9m clearance near the entrance. Though not indicated in the information provided, there are recycling facilities in the refuse area near the car park entrance. It would a helpful addition to have a recycling bin in the property to help with organising, but certainly not a must. One of the most wonderful things about the property is the location. Nestled on the edge of Porthmeor with views over the beach, the main harbour can be accessed in a matter of a few minutes walk, and it is a short walk to Tate St Ives. There is a great little roof terrace just off the lounge area on the top floor, which has fantastics over Porthmeor and St Ives. Whether sunrise or sunset, it will not disappointment. All-in-all it is a great property and would very much recommend. Highly likely we will be back if it is available.

This is our second year in the property. View is amazing, apartment is amazing. Owners are lovely. Amazing welcome pack, including lovely flowers and a bottle of bubbles. To top it off weather was perfect. We have booked for next year already in the same property.

Slightly too cosy...

Every individual aspect / item was good quality but we felt a couple of pieces were too big, which didn't always make moving around the property easy. The bed was great, but way too big for the room, and the wardrobe was tiny - by the time you rid the bed of its cushions there was hardly any room in it. The lack of space meant we ended up storing our luggage bag on the kitchen floor. The kitchen table sat 6, again slightly too big for the space. If you were sitting in the seat with the best view, the other person would struggle to get past you and up the stairs, probably not helped by dodging the luggage bag! As the house is marketed for 2 people (4 at a push) , we wondered if it was fitted for its owners, who might entertain there? Overall we loved it and the location was great, and parking a huge bonus, so really the 'squeakiness' in the bedroom and kitchen was a minor irritation.

Brilliant location and wonderful views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and cosy. The Sonos music system is great fun! The views from the kitchen and balcony are wonderful - we really loved relaxing with our baby and dog at Atlantic Blue. The kitchen is fully equipped, the shower is good and the bed is comfy. This apartment is one of the best places we've stayed in at St Ives and we visit every year!

Awesome Apartment

Great apartment in the perfect location and with parking is a bonus. The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need for a week away. Lying on the bean bag listening to the waves crash outside with the sun coming through the window in the upper deck lounge area was very relaxing. The Sonos system was great, I now want one at home! Everything in the town is within a short walk and you have everything you need. Would love to go back again.

Wonderful views!

Nice place to chill in the autumn months, watching rain and surf. Very comfy and cosy. Might not be good for very kids, due to fall risk from the large open windows, but thus provides great fresh air and direct views of gorgeous beach.

Lovely clean and modern apartment.

Atlantic Blue is situated on the top floor of the St Nicholas complex. Steps up are not steep and are on several levels so that access is not difficult. The apartment itself has been modernised and has a fantastic bathroom with heated towel rail and sound system. The bedroom is a bit on the small side but there is a magnificently comfortable super king size bed to compensate. It would be absolutely brilliant if there was a washing machine / tumble dryer actually in the apartment, rather than coin fed machines available on the bottom floor. The sofa bed is sturdy with an excellent mattress which makes it suitable for adults (not just children). Views over the sea from the kitchen windows and the upstairs balcony are magnificent. Having an allocated car space in the safe and secure underground parking is a real bonus. Access to living accommodation from the garage is not difficult. Within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. I would happily recommend this lovely apartment. We felt very relaxed and had a wonderful holiday week in Atlantic Blue.

Great views. Fab apartment. Loved it

We took our friends away for the weekend and knew that st Ives would be the perfect place as have visited a few times before with family. Atlantic blue apartment was exceptional..perfect for couples and very well priced. We stayed on the comfy living room sofa bed and let our friends have the bedroom which worked perfectly as we still had the communal kitchen space. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need and including a selection of herb essentials which is great. The music system kept my partner happy all weekend.. I may have to now invest in one for him at home though. We loved the extra attention to details such as the prosecco card & chocolates (gone in a flash) and we would definatley stay here again.

Excellent accomodation

The property was of a very high standard, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. It was nice in a self catering apartment not to have to bring tea towels and bath towels. The flowers, chocolate and Prosecco were a lovely touch as well as the milk and tea and coffee sachets which were much appreciated after our journey. We would have no hesitatation in staying there again.

Just suited us perfectly.

Great features and decor. Fantastic views. Well equipped and ideally positioned. Well have been visiting St Ives once or twice a year for over 10 years now between October and March, using both Lanhams and Aspects. Atlantic Blue is simply the best all round so far, feeling like home from home - we settled in and relaxed as soon as we opened the front door. Thanks to all enabling this to happen for us.

Comfortable and peaceful. A very well appointed home

We loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful. We arrived to bubbles and chocolate and a spotless home. The little things make all the difference! The view breath taking and the ambiance perfect. Enjoyed using the sonos and watching sunsets from the balcony. Everything we needed was there and more. Thank you.

porthmeor at its best

i would definitely recommend staying at the Atlantic Blue positioned on porthmeor beach and yard away from porthgwidden harbour and town. Property was clean tidy and we was welcomed with milk flower's and a bottle of wine. The upper lounge as been decorated to a high standard in white and blue and the new bathroom is awesome.

All you want for your perfect St Ives break

I loved staying in the Atlantic Blue apartment. Location wise it's spot on, in the corner of Porthmeor beach, literally on the sand. The apartment is the top floors of one the higher buildings too, so you are well clear of the bustle below. After squeezing the car into the snug space (and if my car fits then yours will!), you navigate a few flights of stairs, avoiding the charming drifts of sand that build up despite the tireless efforts of the caretaker, and in you go. Just off the hallway is a snug and very quiet bedroom with comfy bed and linen, then a very smartly decorated modern bathroom with a great shower and mood lighting. The well stocked kitchen/ diner is lovely and dominated by a huge window overlooking the beach, catching the afternoon sun and sound of the surf. We stood there for a few minutes feeling rather pleased with our choice, before noticing stairs up to the living room at the top. So what a surprise then, to find a modern sofa, swivel chair and beanbag for grown-ups all in soothing blues occupy a room with local art on walls and shelves. It gets better still as there is a patio area overlooking the beach and also most other rooftops across the town. Its here you'll stand gazing out for hours, watching those barrel waves roll in. Top tip - there are a pair of powerful binoculars in the cupboard, ideal for making yourself a surfing judge. The standard of cleaning and decor in the Atlantic Blue is high, and good to know the housekeeping service is on hand if you need them, however unlikely that is. Getting to and from the many inns and eateries is no problems, a minute or two tops, and it felt just right to be able to 'escape' the crowds once you had your fill of great food and ales. The owners made sure we had flowers and a chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us, with a nice welcoming note. Was genuinely sad to leave, and am looking forward to returning.
