Bel appartement avec vue sur la mer

Thank you for your booking and for taking the time to post this feedback. Great location but the first drive down to the apartment was pretty scary - a warning might have been helpful at just how steep and sharp the turns were. (Perhaps add to the property information in the apartment that there is an alternative way out, avoiding that second hairpin bend on the steepest part of the hill). We do mention this in our pre arrival information which also includes a map - Maybe you missed those files? Likes - Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, quiet and a great location for access to Carbis Bay and the coastal path. It is always good to hear that we are maintaining our high standards in our lovely location. Great views from the balcony but shame it got no sun after the morning. Outside space of any kind is at a premium locally, most St Ives properties have none. What a shame that you didn't enquire about the aspect of the balcony prior to confirming your booking if full sunshine was an important part of your break - the gardens at the apartment are extensive and private with plenty of sunny spots. Dislikes - the mattress could probably do with an upgrade. The mattress was replaced prior to lockdown, it may have been a little firm for you. The fridge freezer definitely needs replacing (I had to throw away two lots of salad and veg because it froze), The fridge just needed turning down. Very poor WiFi signal - again what a shame you didn't mention this during your stay, we have always had excellent wi fi connection at both apartments - there must have been a problem that we could have resolved if made aware.
