The Space:

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this condo is well suited for families or groups looking to enjoy resort-style amenities with the ease of a private residence.
The Condo
The open-plan layout is bright and welcoming from the moment you enter. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. A large dining table comfortably seats eight for shared meals, complemented by three bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining or morning coffee.
The living room offers generous seating and a large Smart TV with cableâideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly onto the private balcony, furnished with sofa-style lounge seating and views overlooking the pool area.

The condo accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and TV:

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), located approximately 27 miles away, making your travel to the island quick and convenient. Onsite parking is available at the complex, so youâll have no trouble getting around. For those who prefer to explore, walking around the island is a fun and scenic way to discover local attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful surroundings.

- The property is on the 6th floor There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, youâll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated âPalenqueâ area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. Youâll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
Youâll have complete privacy during your stay, but weâre available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
