VILLA standing à 800 m de la mer, climatisée avec piscine chauffée

Cette VILLA idĂ©ale pour les familles est trĂšs spacieuse et entiĂšrement climatisĂ©e, offrant un grand confort avec une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e. la cuisine est moderne avec tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. L'espace de nuit est trĂšs confortable grĂące Ă  sa literie de grande qualitĂ© et de grande taille (180 x 200). La villa dispose de 4 espaces indĂ©pendants et communicants (idĂ©al pour plusieurs familles) oĂč chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains ou d'une salle d'eau individuelle + wc et un Ă©cran LCD + DVD.
Un solarium donnant sur la piscine.
Une salle de billard est proposée avec un coin TV.
Une large terrasse donnant sur la piscine Chauffée et sécurisée pour les enfants, offre un coin repas et un espace détente.
Un coin est prévu pour le barbecue à gaz Weber, juxtaposant la terrasse. Une buanderie avec machine à laver et sÚche linge. Une table à repasser est fournie avec le fer à repasser. SÚche cheveux fourni ainsi que les serviettes de bain et de piscine.

La VILLA est située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel en bord de mer entre Nice et Antibes, proche de l'aéroport de Nice. Idéalement située car on peut tout faire à pied : 800 mÚtres à pied de la plage, du port, des commerces, restaurants et transports.
La voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour aller faire les courses à pieds (un caddy est disponible) et les transports (train et bus) sont proches.
Grands choix de restaurants, commerces de proximité de qualité, marché local et grandes surfaces.
Deux centres commerciaux proches de la villa en transport : CAP 3000 à Saint Laurent du Var et le Polygone Riviera à Cagnes sur Mer : centre commercial à ciel Ouvert avec des boutiques, restaurants et des cinémas.
Port de plaisance du Cros de Cagnes avec activité nautique et Hall de poisson frais.
En été, des manifestations sont organisées sur le bord de mer et la ville de Cagnes propose des animations diverses pour adultes et enfants avec des concerts de musique gratuits.

The location was perfect. It was really easy to walk to the station for trains to Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc. We also walked to Cagnes-sur-Mer. The house is quiet and very well equipped. We used the pool every day.

Second time we’ve stayed at this beautiful villa. The accommodation is pristine with a beautiful pool. Easy walk to amenities and the beach with a few restaurants and bars.Jean-Luc the owner is very helpful and friendly. He makes the holiday really easy to enjoy and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Fabulous villa with exceptional space and facilities. We stayed for a week as a family of 6 adults. There was loads of space indoors and out and everything was of the highest standard. The pool was the perfect temperature and we used the games room daily. We didn’t want for anything and would love to return!

Perfect Family Stay

From the moment of contact with Jean luc 5 years ago, I could not wait for myself and family to visit his wonderful Villa in the South of France, the property is perfectly located, you really do not need to hire a car, as its a 10 minute walk to Cros des Cagnes Railway Station where you can take the regional TER train to places like Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche sur Mer and so on, Jean luc is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for him, if you do book this superb property, then you are in safe hands.

The property was immaculate and clean. The living area including the kitchen was great and outside was perfect with the pool and sun lounge area, seating and dining outside. The upstairs room with its own balcony had spectacular views to the sea. Check in was easy and communication with the host was 10/10. The area is quiet if you like that but you can also walk easily to the sea front or the train station where you can go anywhere on the south coast. We went to Nice, Monaco and Antibes as well as the local promenade. I couldn’t recommend this house enough
Immaculate kitchen & indoor dining area. Air conditioning throughout the house kept it cool inside and comfortable to sleep at night.
Pool space in the evening. Enjoyed sitting out in the warm evenings.
Views from the outdoor seating and dining area across the pool and over to the sea
15min walk to Renoir museum with spectacular views up to the castle.

Sensational villa, perfect location

8 adults used villa for 2 weeks. Villa was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a wonderful visit to cote d’Azur . Villa is 10 min walk from train station that enables day drips up and down the coast. Monte Carlo, Cannes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, eze, St Paul de Vance, Antibes, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Menton are all “must see” and easily accessible. Ubers are easy too if train doesn’t take your fancy.Pool at Villa has nice jacuzzi feature and like the Villa, is spotlessly clean. Used the Bbq several times which also was excellent. Air conditioning in Villa is highly effective (thank goodness!).Host is very welcoming and always available for any questions etc.Absolutely recommend for families looking for a great week in a luxury villa.

Excellent holiday in the South of France

We had a brilliant stay in this spacious and very well equipped villa. Jean Luc was lovely and showed us around on the day we arrived, providing all essential information and more. We couldn’t have asked for more other than to be allowed to stay another week! The villa was in a great location and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The heated pool was a perfect size and temperature. I would love to come back.

Outstanding Villa

We enjoyed a great week at Villa Marguerite in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The villa had everything that we had hoped for. Its closeness to the railway station and beach front was a big plus as well as the beautiful pool area. Our host was very helpful and accommodating especially since our flight was cancelled at the last minute and we had to arrive/depart at different times. My family had a wonderful holiday here.

Fantastic Place To Stay

We first stayed at this villa in 2017 - bar the COVID year, we've been back every year since. Jean Luc is a very friendly and helpful host. Villa is about 12 mins from Nice airport by taxi - we ditched the hire car after year 1 as there's an Intermarche and a great bakery within 5 minutes walk & a nearby train station. Very quiet location. Fabulous air conditioning, pool worked well for our kids and, importantly, very few biting flies! Would highly recommend.

we had a beautiful stay in Caynes /s mer. The Villa had ALL the equipment as described in the announcement. In addition it had a perfect pool protection for our 2 kids aged below 2 years. All services ( railway station, bakery, supermarket... ) were in walking distance. for our next stay in the region we will rent this house again.

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, immaculate villa. The owner take great pride and care of this lovely and spacious home. Great location: 10 min walk to the supermarket and bakeries as well as good restaurants and the beach. The pool is heated, which we very much enjoyed as it was not that hot yet end of May. Nice and the airport are a 15 min drive away. The communication with the owner was always kind and swift. We highly recommend a stay.

Fab week in amazing villa

Family of six (4 teenagers) stayed here for a sunny week. Villa was spotless, very spacious, well stocked and excellent location with supermarket, restaurants, and train station all a short walk. Near Nice airport too, so no car hire needed. Lovely pool and outside patio but lovely indoor aircon when it all got a bit too hot out there! Jean Luc met us at check in to give us a tour of the house, but tbh everything was so well labelled that settling into the property was user friendly. BIg thumbs up form all of us.

A beautiful property, it had everything we needed and more ,

Absolutely fantastic , the property had everything we needed and more , it was so safe for our 2 year old grandson , We stayed. in most nights , with a bbq , dishwasher , amazing fridge , ice maker , and a supermarket 10 minutes walk away why go out ? The free bus to the old town took us to one of the most beautiful medieval towns we have seen on the Cîte d’Azur, it was the one night we ate out , the food and the views were amazing. Thank you Jean Luc for letting us stay at your beautiful home and for your hospitality

We have just had an amazing stay in Jean LƱcs house in Cagnes sur Mer! He was the perfect host and welcomed us when we arrived, giving us a tour of the house. The house surpassed our expectations, in particular the outside space and pool. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of space and our family group of 7 were very comfortable, with lots of communal space. Jean LĂșc was very responsive to any queries or requests we had. We will definitely be back!

Lovely in a peaceful location

Jean Luc greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour to explain the running of the house. We found the house to be pristine and spacious with great amenities such as the heated pool, plenty of outdoor seating and pool table. Close proximity to airport without the aircraft noise. Perfectly situated to access many destinations along the Riviera. Jean Luc has been contactable with quick responses throughout the booking process and during our stay. The pool, garden & terraces are perfect for relaxing & enjoying a BBQ, and, inside, the 4 bedroom/bathroom areas are completely separate giving everyone their own space. The kitchen has all the utensils & crockery you would ever need, even a couple of champagne stoppers, to keep the fizz fresh! There are dining tables both inside and out, and a very comfortable lounge area. We enjoyed a few games of pool in the basement games room and made good use of the utility room. Jean-Luc met us on arrival and gave us a very comprehensive overview of where everything was, how things worked, etc. There is no need to have a car when renting this villa. A shopping trolley is provided for trips to the supermarket and fab boulangerie, a short walk away. The local train station is about 10 minutes walk, with trains every half hour in both directions along the coast. We bought a Lignes Azur train pass for the two weeks we were there which was great value for money. We managed trips to Ventimiglia in Italy and St Tropez in the opposite direction, and everywhere in-between, Eze, Nice, St Paul de Vence & Villefranche being favourites. What a beautiful part of the world the Cîte d’Azur is. Restaurants are within walking distance, along the front in Cagne (20 mins walk), and at the Quai in St Laurent du Var (30 mins walk). Great communication with Jean Luc throughout.

Fantastic in every way

We have had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is gorgeous and the photographs indeed do not do it justice . It is absolutely immaculate , very spacious , beautifully furnished and decorated and exceptionally well equipped . Everything you need is catered for and Jean Luc could not do enough for us - a great host . The location is spot on - everything in walking distance and very easy to get the train to explore the entire region . Our only disappointment was having to leave ! We wish we could have stayed for much longer. Thank you Jean Luc for a perfect holiday
