Heerlijk vakantiehuis in Grasse

Wat hebben we genoten van dit prachtige vakantiehuis! De villa is zeer compleet ingericht en heeft een grote keuken, ruime woonkamer, zeer comfortabele bedden en een prachtig zwembad! We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Sylvie, die ons alles uitlegde. In de koelkast stond een fles rosé en andere drankjes en op tafel stond zelfs een boeket verse bloemen! De locatie van het huis is ook fantastisch. Het ligt in een rustig wijkje van Grasse, winkels zijn dichtbij en binnen een half uur ben je aan zee. Ook ligt het op korte afstand van al het moois dat de CÎte d'Azur te bieden heeft! Dank je wel, Pascal, voor 2 mooie weken!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Belle maison, belle piscine avec pool house. Il manque juste des ustensiles et matériels pour ceux qui aiment faire la cuisine.

Amazing villa in great location

Lovely villa just outside of Grasse town. Outside pool/kitchen area amazing. Met on arrival by the lovely Sylvie and got to practice my French. Bottle of rose wine in fridge too! Perfect location to explore Antibes/Cannes/Nice/St Paul de Vence/Mougins. Great communication with owner too - thank you Pascal!

Perfume Central

This is a lovely villa from which to explore the area and especially beautiful Grasse, the home of perfumery. Also good for trips to Cannes and Antibes. The communication with Pascal was very prompt and helpful.The villa is well equipped and the air conditioning worked well especially for the bedrooms. The pool is freshwater and wonderfully refreshing in the heatwave we experienced. Nice view across the valley with Mougin in the distance. We enjoyed the BBQ area near the pool and the shade from the olive tree. A few touches would really help such as pool towels (we used our bath towels) and more lounger cushions. A supply of bin liners and dishwasher tablets would save guests having to buy their own. There is some noise from the motorway but the immediate area is tranquil. Excellent Boulangerie is a short drive for daily bread etc. Huge Leclerc nearby with easy access.

Family holiday June 2025

We had the most wonderful trip to Grasse; the villa is just stunning with a gorgeous outdoor area and swimming pool. The villa ticked all the boxes and was even better in real life than in the photos. The area is just stunning; we made several trips to various places including Mougins, Valbonne, and St Paul de Vence and our last day we spent in Nice. All the places were stunning and well worth visiting.All in all a fantastic week, and we would highly recommend both the villa and the area.

Ein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen – einfach perfekt!

Wir (meine Frau, meine Eltern und ich) haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in einer traumhaften Villa in Grasse verbracht. Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt: eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Villa mit tollem Pool und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Obwohl sie direkt an einer Autobahnausfahrt liegt, bekommt man davon so gut wie nichts mit – die Villa ist erhöht gelegen, sodass man in absoluter Ruhe entspannen kann.Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großen, modernen KĂŒche und dem gemĂŒtlichen Wohnzimmer – beides sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. In allen RĂ€umen gibt es Klimaanlagen, was gerade im Sommer sehr angenehm ist.Der Außenbereich ist ebenso durchdacht wie der Innenraum: Der Kunstrasen ist so weich wie ein Teppich und sorgt fĂŒr ein stets gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Das Poolhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – mit einem Gasgrill, einem KĂŒhlschrank und sogar einer Musikanlage mit fest installierten Lautsprechern.Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist nur eine Ausfahrt weiter entfernt, also in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, und bietet alles, was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf braucht.Es fehlt wirklich an nichts – alles ist so schön, dass man die Villa am liebsten gar nicht verlassen möchte. FĂŒr uns war es ein rundum perfekter Urlaub!

This is a wonderful house. We were just two in the house, but it would comfortably accommodate larger groups. The house is built and equipped to a very high standard. The location provides easy access to the beach cities and also to Mougins. We had a great time and hope to be able to return some time.

Schöner Sommerurlaub 2024

Wir hatten das Haus fĂŒr 2 Wochen im August 2024 gemietet und einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das absolute Highlight war der Pool, den wir aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer war super und schnell.

Beautiful Property with Great Owner

We stayed for 2 weeks at Pascal's villa and we loved every minute. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need for your stay - upon arrival there was a vase of flowers and a bottle of wine in the fridge - much appreciated!! The villa has electric gates, so you feel secure at all times. The location is nice and peaceful, and yet only 5-10 minutes to supermarkets etc. The beaches are only a short drive away and are lovely. The garden and pool area is fantastic - plenty of sunbeds and seating, and shaded areas to escape the sun. The view across the valley from the villa and pool is stunning. There is a full kitchen area in the garden, including fridge freezer, dinner set and cutlery, dishwasher, and Webber BBQ - perfect for evenings by the pool. The infinity pool is beautiful - a lovely temperature and plenty big enough for our group (2 adults + 4 teens of 15/16). We had 1 "problem" (if you can call it that) - on our first day one of the gas bottles ran out. We contacted Pascal and within 30 minutes the bottle had been changed for a full one - excellent service and communication! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and would love to revisit in the future.

Wir durften einige sehr schöne Tage in Grasse verbringen. Das Haus war sauber, schön und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Wenn ich was suchen mĂŒsste was nicht gut war, dann das Eingangstor welches nur manuell bedienbar war. Aber das trĂŒbte unseren Aufenthalt au keine Weise. Alles in allem: Es waren sehr schöne Ferien. Amazing place

The pool is stunning with a beautiful view. The House is very clean and with all you need in appliances - both for inside kitchen and the outdoor kitchen. Good furnitures at the pool. And a House in very nice condition. We give the warmest recommendations for this place - absolutely stunning.

Wir wurden von der Empfangsdame Sylvie herzlich empfangen. Als Willkommensgeschenk; schöner Blumenstrauss Wein, Orangensaft und Mineralwasser war im KĂŒhlschrank bereit. Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien. (08.06.2024-22.06.2024) Sehr schöne Villa und sehr gepflegt. Wohnhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Villa war wie beschrieben. Schöner Pool! Super Grillhaus, mit GeschirrspĂŒler, TiefkĂŒhler und Frigor, Besteck, Geschirr und GlĂ€ser; vom Sektglas bis zum Weinglas hatte es alles. Der Webergasgrill, war auch super, sowie 2 zusĂ€tzliche Gasgrillplatten zum Kochen und genug Pfannen und Nespresso Maschine. Die Poolbeleuchtung und Gartenbeleuchtung war traumhaft. Auch das Gartenhaus /Gartenpavillon fĂŒr min. 10 Personen war sehr gross. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Super Gastbetreuung. Auch in der KĂŒche im Haus hatte es genug Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und GlĂ€ser sowie gute Messer und Nespresso Maschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher.... Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen!

Top ausgestattete KĂŒche (Indoor & Outdoor), Weber - Grill mit großer Gasflasche, gepflegter Pool. Zentrale Lage, aber Auto zu Restaurants/Supermarkt erforderlich. Guter Supermarkt mit Frischetheken ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Absolute Privacy. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war verbindlich, freundlich und schnell. Tolle GolfplĂ€tze in der NĂ€he. Empfehlung !

Schöne Villa in Grasse

Schöne Villa in Grasse. Leider konnten wir den Pool wegen schlechtem Wetter nicht genießen. Die Zimmer im unteren Bereich sind etwas dunkel, aber trotzdem nett eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche war nicht sonderlich gepflegt und die Pfannen und Töpfe könnten einen Austausch vertragen, aber dies hielt sich alles im Rahmen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt bei Pascal. Fantastic villa and host.

Fantastic villa and host. Communication with Pascal was excellent during booking and throughout our stay. The villa is lovely and exactly as described, with everything you would expect and need for a family holiday. Very good and safe parking. The pool and view are a highlight. Shops and restaurants are not really within walking distance so a car is definitely recommended - we found that the Paddock restaurant is one of the best nearby. All of the major coastal cities like St Tropez, Antibes, Nice and Monaco are within easy driving range. But the villa is also well placed to visit other inland destinations.
