We wish to make guests aware that Coral Bay main street is undergoing some extensive works which have recently started

We have been trying to get more information and so far understand that some businesses remain open with different access points but many of course are closed. This can be normal for the time of year in terms of closures. At the moment we cannot predict what the situation will be in March/April but we understand there are strict deadlines for progress and completion. Full completion is expected at the end of April or early May at worst

This situation is not in our control unfortunately

Access to the 2 main and best beaches in the local area is still possible from the location and there are other amenities close by. The works cannot be easily seen and are unlikely to be heard much from this villa

Situated in an affluent part of the ever popular family resort of Coral Bay and just a (5 minute walk to the main street), Villa Anna Marina is a private paradise surrounded by stunning green banana plantations, affording beautiful views of the glistening (turquoise) Mediterranean Sea.

Anna Marina is a charming Cypriot designed villa, characterised by Palm Trees, stone balustrades and wooden pergolas in a peaceful location that is easily reached from amenities in Coral Bay. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy (and flat) walking distance. The large Philippos Supermarket is just 250m away.

Coral Bay Beach is only 1km from Villa Anna Marina if you fancy indulging in some water sports such as jet ski-ing and paragliding or taking a spectators spot in one of the beach cafes with a cold beer, The main strip is just under 500m away (to its heart).

Accessed from a long gated driveway, the two storey villa has a real sense of space and seclusion and is fully furnished in an elegant style with all modern conveniences.

The villa has fully functional A/C throughout the entire house and bedrooms. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, (3 en-suites & a shower room ), sleeping 8 (one or two infants extra would be permitted).

The very spacious & beautifully decorated ground floor area features large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with a dining table seating 8 and situated next to French doors leading to the outside pool area.

Other amenities include a private swimming pool (9m x 4m) with sea views, gazebo with outdoor dining area, stone built BBQ, complimentaryWi-Fi, Flat Screen TV in the lounge with Satellite (English speaking channels) & DVD and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home in the Cyprus sunshine.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably, so gather your friends and family and start planning a dream vacation to the mythical island of Cyprus.

Ground Floor

Entrance through double doors leads to reception area with coat rack and on to living area. Lounge has large corner sofa in modern style, TV is a 28" HD Philips Sony MP3, DVD & radio player LG DVD/VCD/CD player

Fully Equipped Kitchen has Medlo dishwasher, LG Fridge/Freezer, Whirlpool oven & hob, extractor fan & washing machine, Electronic microwave

The Downstairs bedroom has a King-Sized Bed.,There is a shower room just outside this room which will be cloakroom for the guests to use when in living area.

First Floor

Master bedroom first door straight ahead at top of stair, bed is King-Sized. Bath with overhead shower in en-suite

Twin Room 1 to the right at top of stairs...facing toward the hill & main road, 2 x twin beds 43in x 77in shower in en-suite

Twin Room 2 to the left at top of stairs...facing towards the sea & pool. 2 x twin beds 43in x 77in shower in en-suite.

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

A long Private gated driveway leads to the entrance.

The centrepiece of the private grounds is the 9m x 4m Private Swimming Pool with Roman Steps.

To the left of the villa there is a large outdoor dining area and large corner sofa set sheltered by the beautiful, wooden gazebo. In the same secluded area you will find the large authentic stone BBQ to assist with alfresco dining. A Table Tennis Table is provided for your entertainment.

A hammock encapsulates the relaxing atmosphere. A truly beautiful spot for taking in the sunset as it glistens through the palm trees.


Air-Conditioning included in rental price in bedrooms. Living Area paid locally if required at 30 euros per day in 2024 and 40 euros per day in 2025 (2 units included for the fee)

Laundry Change and Light Clean of Bathrooms at end of each week (stays of 10 nights or more)
Wi-Fi Included in the Rental Rate

The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.

''Villa Anna Marina is a stunning holiday home, every room has so much space & fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The location of the Villa is perfect, 5 minute walk to the supermarket, 10 minute walk to the Coral Bay strip & 15 minutes to Coral Bay Beach.

Philippos Supermarket was fantastic, everything you need for everyday needs plus a very friendly delivery service back to the villa. Our stand out Restaurant was the Seriani, the food was of top standard along with the service, we can't recommend this restaurant enough. We dined at many restaurants during our stay with each also being a very good standard.

We were extremely impressed with the service provided by LetsRentOnline, would happily use again, highly recommended. The communication with Steven was fantastic, he was very quick to respond & extremely helpful.

''The villa itself was clean, well equipped, plenty of interior space and ample exterior area, the pool was fantastic and cleaned 2 times when there, the BBQ was great and used twice.

The location was exactly what we wanted with an infant in party, no need for a car as everything was in easy walking distance, the well stocked supermarket 5 mins slow walking and bars and restaurants on the strip 10 mins max. We visited only 2 restaurants as they were both so good, Italian Trattoria la Vigna and Seriani Restaurant, both good quality food and excellent service.

Letsrentonline have been great all the way through, including the difficult times during covid with cancelations etc, would recommend your company to all. We only needed to contact the local manager once, it was when we first arrived and the key safe would not open, we phoned and they were there within 5 mins to let us in with a spare key, they returned the next day to replace key box, excellent service. Your service is first class'

''The villa overall was lovely, great position/lovely views. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The finish was of a high standard. Location was perfect, lovely views and within easy walking distance of Coral Bay and it’s beaches.

We would recommend hiring a boat for the day, we went with Latchi Watersports. They were extremely helpful and gave a very thorough safety brief before we went out. All the staff were lovely and friendly, cannot fault them or their service……..excellent day out! We would recommend Oniro by the Sea, lovely restaurant, beautiful views. Porto Antico, again great restaurant and you can’t beat a restaurant by the sea. Really enjoyed Dolce Vito Italian, good lovely, staff amazing.

Absolutely satisfied with your service, great friendly communications! We had a couple of minor issues (fire alarm and kettle) which were rectified within a couple of hours of reporting...'

''The villa was great. The outside space was fabulous and the children really loved the pool and we liked the outdoor seating area which was really great in the midday sun and equally brill in the evening for drinks when the children had gone to bed.

The location was good, it was close to Coral Bay and the beach. This is my 3rd trip to the area and my brothers 7th, we know this part of the island quite well but it was good to see that a number of new places had opened in the last 3 years since we last came…we always liked ‘ The Last Castle’ so was very happy to see the family had opened the ‘Coral Castle’ which is worth a visit. Daily trips to the Banana Tree coffee shop as it’s so local and the best coffee in town.

We were happy with all service received. We had to have more contact than usual due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty of things even only a few days from the holiday (I’m sure you answered many times more e-mails than usual) but overall on reflection I was happy with the communication...''

''The villa was excellent. Very clean, spacious and contained everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.
Location was good, only 5 mins walk to coral bay. We visited that many beaches/restaurants/bars that we have forgot all the names. Would recommend them all though! ''FEEDBACK VILLA ANNA MARINA

The villa was lovely. Spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Free WiFi. Everything you need is there. The outside area is fantastic. Beautiful pool, seating areas and immaculately clean. The location is great. Walking distance to Coral Bay, restaurants and bars. Far enough away if you don’t want the night life and noise. I would highly recommend Duomo, the Italian restaurant. Food was fantastic and great value. The voucher from Lets Rent Online was much appreciated. Lets Rent Online are a great company. Beautiful villas and excellent service, always. Steven is always helpful, responds quickly and I would highly recommend them. Highly satisfied with all communication. Excellent directions, all villas are as shown in the pictures. Will be booking for 2020. We had an amazing time at Villa Anna Marina and would book it again. It’s a beautiful villa.''

This charming villa is situated within 800 metres of Peyia Village where you will find three supermarkets, banks, baker, wet fish shop and many bars/restaurants offering good local food at reasonable prices. Coral Bay the best sandy beach in Western Cyprus, is within five minutes' drive. The whole region has breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and spectacular sunsets.

Paphos is within a 15 minute drive. Here you can visit the harbour area with its many bars and restaurants and watch the world go by. The cultural centre of Paphos is the Tomb of the Kings where you will UNESCO World Heritage Site, there are also wonderful mosaics at Paphos harbour.

The Akamas National Park is a beautiful unspoilt area and is within a 10 minute drive of Villa Hadi. You can travel down to Lara Beach in a car or explore the area in a 4x4, quad bike or bicycle. Designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty it is also the perfect place for walking and hiking throughout the year. Lara Beach is a famous turtle reserve focussed on protecting the endangered Green and Loggerhead turtles that breed on the Island of Cyprus. It really is a a

wonderful place to explore.

Horse riding, Paphos Zoo and beaches are within a five minute drive.

Supermarkets, local shops, bank, medical centre, bars and restaurants within a five minute drive.

Four championship golf courses within a 40 minute drive (Elea, Minthis Hill, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills).

Latchi - is a wonderful place to visit; drive through the hills and vineyards behind Peyia until you drop down to the beautiful Bay of Aphrodite with stunning views over the the hills and Mediterranean. Here you will find a picturesque harbour next to a number of good fish restaurants. You can also take a boat trip or try some watersports at Latchi!

Restaurants - there are many good restaurants in the area. Taverns at Kathikas are particularly recommended.

Wineries - there are a number of wineries you can visit in the Paphos region.

Watesports - are available at Latchi and Coral Bay.
