The change to your original booking, Villa Julia 1, was the result of unforeseen damage caused during routine property maintenance. Regrettably, the extent of the damage was such that it could not be repaired in time for your arrival. Consequently, we made the necessary decision to temporarily withdraw the property from availability to carry out the required repairs and maintenance. You were promptly informed of the situation, with video evidence of the damage provided to ensure full transparency. On the same day, you were presented with two alternative accommodation options and, after consideration, you agreed to proceed with one of these. This resolution allowed you to enjoy two premium properties at no additional cost. Your stay began at Villa Melania, a charming three-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and a spacious garden, conveniently located just a short walk from Coralia Beach. You were subsequently relocated to Villa Isla, a luxurious five-bedroom villa accommodating up to twelve guests, featuring a private swimming pool, hot tub, and pool table. While we acknowledge that there was construction activity in the vicinity of Villa Isla during your stay, this was entirely beyond our control. Nevertheless, in an effort to mitigate any inconvenience caused, we extended several goodwill gestures, including covering the cost of your airport transfers, which you accepted, and granting a late check-out, despite this being contrary to our standard policy. Considering the circumstances, we firmly believe that our team acted promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to your holiday. We provided superior alternative accommodations, covered additional transportation costs, and remained responsive to your needs throughout your stay — all of which reflect our commitment to delivering excellent service, even in challenging situations.
