Photographs of this villa do not do it justice!! One of three waterfront villas forming the exclusive and luxurious Blue Coral Beach Villas resort. Standing in a separate plot of land, at an area of natural beauty, this large seaside house has the beach for a back yard. A unique beach front villa offers excellent 4 en-suite bedroom accommodation on two floors. There is a terrace, which leads from the living room and the dinning room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool (which can be heated during the colder months) and overlooks the beach and the Mediterranean. Watch the sun set over the blue sea listening to the waves. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished & nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town.


The Resort: BLUE CORAL BEACH VILLAS is a small exclusive luxury holiday beach villa resort. It is situated at a very private location between the area of Coral Bay and the picturesque town of Pafos (Paphos), on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, birthplace of the Greek mythical goddess of love Aphrodite!

The resort comprises of 3 luxury villas of executive standards, all of which are completely independent from each other and hence enjoy privacy. All our beach villas have their own separate private pools and garden areas that overlook the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The sea views are spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking!

The villas have direct access to the beach. Just walk 30 meters and you are there. Fishing lovers can almost throw their line in the sea from the edge of the garden. This beach is a long pebbly and sandy beach with a deep blue sea that offers relaxation, tranquillity and privacy and attracts swimmers that are seeking just that.

Amenities and location: Our three villas and a nearby beach bar are the only waterfront buildings in the area. We also have a small convenience store near us. Our other 2 villas listed on VRBO are NAUTILUS ref. 8263514 and OCEANOS ref. 809099. During the architectural planning of the villas and the subsequent construction earlier this year, we took great care in preserving privacy. As a result, the villas are very exclusive and even though they are next to each other they do not overlook into each others pools. Their landscaped gardens are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller lovely cove which is only 300 yards away. The villas are completely independent from each other with private pools, private gardens and lots of privacy between them, suitable for very exclusive, relaxing and tranquil holidays!

The location is perfect for a relaxing, tranquil and joyful holiday, with amenities, restaurants and shops about half a km away, which is close enough to even walk to, yet far enough so that they do not interfere in any way with you!

Optional 1 double bedroom annex: The Resort also offers for rent BABY CORAL, a very private 1 double bedroom annex, which is separate from the villas. BABY CORAL has its own patio with rattan furniture, as also separate landscaped gardens hanging literally over the beach. Sitting in the large round lounger and watching the sunsets and the sea view is a peaceful experience. The interior offers a double bedroom with air-conditioning unit, a separate shower room, a wc and stylish washing basin, as also a kitchenette. BABY CORAL is available to rent separately and it is ideal for larger groups who rent the villa and would like some extra garden and patio space as also a 5th double fully furnished bedroom. In this way groups of up to 11 people could be accommodated comfortably. The additional cost for BABY CORAL is available on request.

A great villa with unbeatable views and location

Poseidon Beach Villa provided a great stay for our family. It is clean and ideally located between Kato Paphos and Coral Bay. The pool was great and the views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea were perfect. It is conveniently located steps away from a corner store where you can pick up essentials and the Sea You Beach Bar, a family-friendly restaurant right on the beach that has a great look and vibe. A full grocery store was only a few minutes down the road by car. Overall, this was a great villa!

Epic villa

Without a doubt, the best villa we have stayed in on the island, and we have visited a lot! Cannot fault the villa in any way at all and the communication prior to and during the visit was fantastic. Positioning and privacy of the villa was perfect. Facilities in the villa were high quality and we wanted for nothing. Can only praise the company/villa and would highly recommend. One thing is for sure, we will definitely return again. Ideally situated next to SeaYou Beach bar and a short taxi ride either into Coral Bay or Paphos, so the best of both worlds.

Wow what can I say!! Wonderful villa with the most amazing views, perfectly situated with lovely, efficient owners. I really cannot fault this villa, it has everything you need for a totally relaxing holiday. Supermarkets, restaurants and a very regular bus service are close by if you decide not to hire a car. Some superb restaurant choices are recommended by the owners, we especially enjoyed Georges for the Meze. Missing the sunsets, the sound of the waves and the total tranquility of the villa already-----we will definately be returning

Fantastic location and amazing villa

We stayed at Poseidon villa for a week on July. Prior to our arrival Yianni gave is very clear instructions and was super helpful with my many questions. The villa is a very good size, plenty of space for everyone. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean. All these things were great but the most amazing aspect is the view out to the sea, it would be difficult to find another villa with such a great view, we loved watching the sunset over the sea from our patio. In addition we loved the see you bar next door which is a 1 minute walk, and having the mini mart at the end of the road was great for our late night arrival and anything we forgot. Also the supermarket is a 3 minute drive. In summary we loved the villa, the property manger was amazing and we will be back

Beautiful Sunsets

Firstly let me say the Yianni and his father were easy to communicate with responding quickly. Sunsets were spectacular, exactly as described. I have thought long and hard about this review, mainly because I booked the villa based solely on the volume of 5 Star reviews. We stayed from 2nd to 16th October. On arrival the kids wanted to go into the pool, however I took a look and could not see the bottom of the pool, due to it being so cloudy. I contacted Yianni and the pool guy attended first thing. I had to ask him to return again later for the same issue. I checked the pool afterwards and couldn’t help but notice the scum lines in the pool ( where the water meets the upper tile ) being bright yellow/ orange from sun oil, body fat etc. These areas need cleaned regularly, I would argue not done for an extended period of time ( I was a life guard for 6 years and i am confident in this assessment ). These were not cleaned during our stay, I did draw this to Yianni’s attention. The pool needs maintenance, bottom hoovered using pool hoover to keep it free from organic debris. Further, two of our children suffered cut toes in the pool due to sharp tiles. Pool shower was also held together using silver gaffa tape, sun brolly in the garden was barely holding together. I feel like a right moan but when you spend nearly four and a half grand you do have a certain expectation. However, by far and away the biggest issue was mosquitos and lots of them. I had myself easily in excess of 80 bites and this was repeated across our group of seven. My mother needed medical attention on return as her leg was so swollen. We couldn’t use the pool or bbq at night to any great extent due to the mosquitos. I put this down to time of year etc. However, when eating out in Coral Bay, Paphos etc I have to say I did not see anyone else with similar bites /issues. I do think there is something specific to the villa location and again this needs attention as it overshadowed our stay. Evenings became a continual search for mosquitos, they would be in all the rooms, cupboards etc. Villa needs window nets, door nets to combat this issue. I did feel I was being unfair in this assessment, however once we left we had some time at a nearby hotel and never saw any further mosquitos and suffered no more bites. I’m not saying this is anyone’s fault, but measures need to be taken to address this issue for future guests.

Hi We stayed here in May. The villa has the most amazing views & was a really peaceful location. The villa is fully equipped and there is a beach bar , serving food a stones throw away with another restaurant just over the road. There is a mini market just round the corner and the owner is very helpful. We hired a car, although you probably could just use the bus. There is the most amazing Moroccan/Lebanese restaurant just down the road called the Marrakesh so good we visited 3 times. Walking it would take about 15 mins in the car about 3 mins. Defiantly worth a visit. Check-in was easy, we had a problem with the TV but Yianni responded very quickly and the problem was resolved swiftly with a new TV being delivered on Monday morning. I would recommend this villa & would book to return.

Villa has fully functional facilities, all working properly. Pool is large enough for swimming and comfortable accommodate 3-4 pers. in the same time. Surroundings of the villa are a bit wild though, for us was OK, we enjoyed the vicinity of a banana orchard and the amassing sunset panorama. For improvement, I would suggest to remove the green fence because it blocks the view of the sea when sitting on the sun beds and this is quite a pity because panorama is beautiful and worth to enjoy it all the time.

Ein sehr komfortables Haus in traumhafter Lage. Der Strand war Anfang Mai kaum bevölkert und das Meer ausreichend warm zum Schwimmen. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar, eine hübsche Strandbar und ein kleiner Kiosk in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und entspannt. Jederzeit wieder!!

A Fantastic Holiday Home

The pictures we saw did not do the house justice. It’s literally steps away from the sea, with the sounds of the waves lulling you to sleep every night! Big and spacious with ‘me’ space for everyone. The hosts was very responsive to requests and everything went perfectly. We even had a nicely decorated Xmas tree waiting for us on arrival. This is such a treat as most hosts in Cyprus do not offer this even when requested. Thank you for a perfect Xmas getaway!

Hi everyone our second year back to the same villa Poseidon, same time too. sometimes when you really enjoy your holiday, location, luxury just everything the first time in a villa etc. you go back a second time and its not quite like your first visit, and you notice things more, like not so clean and a bit grubby. Not a chance, every bit just as it was, spotless, wonderful owners, they go out their way not to bother you, unless you need some help with something, please visit, you won't be disappointed, you know the owners are very open to discounts etc. I believe if you don't ask you just don't get, so don't be put off by the prices, unbeatable location and all amenities close to hand, Yianni the owner is a great person, and is so easy to talk to. We will certainly be back.

Fantastic Villas

We stayed in Nautilus and Oceanos in June for our wedding. The villas met all our needs and the location was just perfect for our wedding. We wed in the garden of Nautilus and it was just perfect. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy., the windows in the bottom bedroom where you could see in the pool made for some great photos. The kitchen was equipped with all essentials and the lounge was a great place to chill with the added benefit of the TV box which had many childrens films when they wanted some time out of the sun. There is a bus stop very close by ,bus number 615 which takes you into coral bay or to the harbour and right next door is the sea you beach bar which is an amazing place to eat and drink. We would recommend Nautilus and Oceanos Villas to all and would like to return in the future. The pool was cleaned regularly by Nicholas and the gardens tended too most days. We also rented out the baby bungalow which is next to oceanos as an extra room which Yianni the owner let us stay in for late checkout. Yianni was so accommodating to our needs and did everything he could to help us during our stay even when we locked ourselves out of the villa. These Villas are amazing and waking up to the sound of the sea each morning was wonderrful. We miss it already. Thankyou Yianni for the memories we have at your villas.

Early Break in paradise!

Another fantastic break in the Posiedon villa, one of the three on this private part of Potima bay. Amazing views across the beach to Ciral Bay and relaxing sound of the sea to wake up to. A short stroll to the beachside bar and easy access for provisions at the Bayside Kiosk where the staff are very pleasant. Bus route on the roadside or hire a car for easier exploring. Try the Isand cove mini golf which is a good couple of hours entertainment. The lovely ice cream van comes to the door in the afternoon! Such a treat! All the outside facilities provided at this villa make for perfect alresco dining no matter what mealtime! Plenty of room for everyone even the larger families no one would be left out. I wou,d recommend this holiday experience to anyone. Yianni is makes it so easy to book and nothing is too much trouble.

Relaxing family holiday

We stayed in the Poisedon villa as part of a group of 22, we took over all three villas. The villa was amazing and was well equipped. They are all tastefully decorated and are light and airy. The swimming pool was perfect and our children enjoyed spending time in the pool. The villa itself is in a secluded area and has views of Potima Bay. You also get fantastic views of an amazing sunset every night. The beach is just minutes away and there is a cocktail bay in the vicinity. Coral Bsy is 5 minutes away by bus. We had the most fantastic time here and were sorry to leave. We plan on coming back to the villa for a 2 week holiday in 2018.

Perfect setting

We had an amazing week at Yianni's exceptional villas having booked all three for our wedding, with our whole family group staying. Everything about the villas is excellent, from the quiet, private location to the perfect sunsets. Yianni was such a big help, answering all of our queries and requests extremely quickly. The villas are in superb condition, spacious and contain everything you could need. There is a choice of nearby supermarkets and easy access to Paphos and Coral Bay. We also had our wedding reception at villa Oceanos, which was a perfect setting. The whole family had such an amazing time that we are already all planning a return trip, this time for two weeks.

Amazing holiday, perfect wedding

We booked all three villas as a large family group (16 adults and six children) for our wedding in Paphos in October 2015. We had a mix of ages and all were well catered for. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. From the initial enquiry and throughout, Yianni was prompt in his responses to our (many) enquiries and was unfailingly polite and friendly. I’ve never stayed anywhere so beautiful and which not only lived up to our expectations but exceeded them. The location of the villas is perfect – secluded enough to be private, but with amenities within walking distance, and on a great bus route to Paphos old town and Coral Bay. Watching the sunset every evening was a joy. The villas themselves are beautifully fitted out and tastefully furnished as well as being spotlessly clean and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Everything that we could possibly need was supplied, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit and wine watching the sunset and listening to the ocean. We had our wedding reception in the garden of Oceanos, and it was stunning. We have had so many compliments on the setting, it truly was perfect. Thank you Yianni for making our wedding / holiday so memorable. We all loved it so much that we will be back, this time staying for two weeks!

A week of living like a King!

This was a week that my family and I will never forget. We lived like Royalty in a villa that was literally next to one of the most unspoilt beaches we have ever seen. Also as the villa faces west we were privileged to watch seven completely different amazing sunsets. The villa itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. We spent most of our time in the pool and by the barbecue area. Nice big barbecue grill, outdoor dining table under a kiosk and sunbeds for every member of the family. Thank you Yianni, we shall be back!!!

Right on the beach yet quiet

We enjoyed listening to the sound of waves here, as this villa is right on the beach. It is slightly raised above the beach on a rock, therefore not overlooked. Unfortunately the sea is quite rough on this particular beach , and it`s not always possible to swim there, so we drove to Coral Bay for swimming instead. But on the plus side, you don`t see many people on this beach, it is very quiet. We chose this villa because we wanted " right on the beach" yet "peace and quiet" location, which is difficult to find, and we were very pleased with our choice. We chose the option of a heated swimming pool, which was also a plus. My mum was very impressed with the size and a layout of the kitchen. Other highlights included ice-cream van that comes every afternoon and stops right outside the door so you can get fresh ice-cream and a small beachside café very close to the villa for those evenings when we didn`t fancy driving into town for dinner

Relaxing private five star holiday location

Absolutely fantastic location for an amazing holiday. Just like home from home with all the facilities you need but the little bit of extra luxury and fantastic sea views with the beautiful blue seas to wake up to each morning. I found myself awake early but laying there watching the sea and looking for the boats going past on the horizon! Private pool for an early swim and a return dip each time I got too hot sunbathing. Plenty of toys to play with in the pool. With the comfortable sunbeds and dining table chairs and coffee table and seats outside if you don't want to sunbathe there is plenty of space to sit and read quietly away from the pool. Full dining facilities for dining outside with full sink and draining area. The cat came to join us and we enjoyed gpfeeding her being animal,lovers and missing our pets. but if you don't like animals Yianni is happy to oblige and take the cat away! She was more than welcome company with us! The garden is well kept and pool maintained. The huge kitchen area with all the amenities for a great time. The fridge is a good size with ice maker that got plenty of use! The weather was very hot and apart from the sand storm from Syria one day we had lovely weather. With the basics provided for your arrival there is no rush to go shopping when you arrive. A lovely surprise to celebrate,our anniversary and a toast to the future! Whatever,your requests Yianni does his best to provide everything to make the occasion special! You must have a wander onto the beach to the taverna no need to drive. The Moulia fish Restauarant in pafos is worth a visit. Once again we had a lately time and will return.

Amazing spot, once in a lifetime vacations!

This September was our second stay within two years at Poseidon beach villa with our little daughter, 2 more couples and one child. Being frequent travellers, all we seek is a place that resembles home as far as amenities are concerned, but has the lookalike of a dream house at the beach. And that we found at Yanni's villa,in front of potima bay right next to coral beach, which explains why we returned second year on the roll. The house is fully furnished with all the needed equipment such as dishwasher, laundry machine, wifi (our work never lets us at ease, so wifi is a must wherever we are), the spacious rooms and areas of common (where one can go away from the rest of the company and kids and get to work), the wonderful matresses from which we didnt want to get up in the morning. Any comment is way too little to describe this place. We enjoyed amazing breakfasts by the pool and had the most awesome dinners during sunset with views at this majestic bay. Around the spot you get all the peace and quiet you need during vacations, while in less than half a mile away you get to the nearest coffee house and bars. We could not have had such an amazing time without the help and guidance of Yanni and his father Mr Stelios . Anything we requested, was always provided to us with willingness and joy. Honestly, these people add value to this property with their eagerness to help and preserve it as nice and cozy as possible. Once more thank you for the days we spent there. We really wish to visit you next year. Favourite spot in Cyprus!
