Staying in February there was not much open and not much for youngsters. We found some good restaurants on the Strip. The property was minimalist. The weather was cold as it can be in February but the bedcovers were inadequate. The property rep Michelle was very kind and loaned us some blankets. The basement bedrooms were very dark. Overall we were disappointed as we have stayed in privately owned villas where we have felt as though it was home from home. This definitely was not that.
Slightly tired but I think the price reflects that. Loved the two rooms being in the basement which meant the noisy teenagers had there space and didnât keep us awake.
Pool was a nice size, clean although made everything green including our hair and itâs partially overlooked by the 4 story hotel which was a shame.
Bbq was a disappointment, the built in bbq had no racks so we was forced to use a temporary bbq which wasnât good. Also there are rats running around at night, probably due to the huge hotel next door.
Location to the strip was good, lovely small bar and restaurant just up the road was very handy. Didnât realise coral bay beach was so far away, had to get a taxi or bus. Local beach was only a 5 min walk but stoney.
Aircon and WiFi worked fine. Overall nice villa and area but I wouldnât revisit.
