The modern kitchen-diner is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. A large dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a guest cloakroom. Upstairs, you'll find two more double bedrooms with access to a large balcony with cozy seating, as well as another twin bedroom—all with their own en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoors, enjoy the best of Cyprus sunshine in total privacy. The villa features a beautiful private pool with Roman steps (heatable in cooler months), luxury sun loungers, umbrellas, and an optional hot tub. For al fresco living, there's a shaded dining area, BBQ, and even a ping pong table—perfect for family fun or relaxing evenings under the stars.

To help conserve energy, please switch off the AC if windows are open or if you're heading out.
Excessive electricity use may result in an extra charge.

Please don’t flush paper or anything else down the toilet.
Use the bin provided — if a clog happens due to flushing, the repair cost will need to be covered by the guest.

🔹 Pool
We kindly ask that you rinse off sunscreen before jumping into the pool. It helps us keep the water clean for everyone to enjoy.

🔹 Keys & Lockouts
Always take your key with you when heading out.
If you're locked out, a locksmith will be required at your own expense.

🔹 Maintenance Visits
Pool is cleaned twice a week

Garden is maintained once a week
Our staff will always announce themselves before entering. If no one answers, they’ll proceed with their work quietly.

🔹 Quiet Hours
Please keep noise levels down between 23:00 and 07:00 — we like to keep the area peaceful for everyone.

Sorry, but parties and events aren’t allowed at the property.
