Maison de ville sur Padre Island. Belle maison de ville de 1300 pieds carrés entièrement meublée avec de beaux meubles haut de gamme partout. Il est confortable, chaleureux et côtier à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage et à 1,6 km de Schlitterbahn
La maison de ville peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Il était meublé en pensant à la famille en vacances. Nouveaux meubles et lits avec des tas incroyables d'oreillers et des couettes confortables.

À l'étage, il y a la chambre principale avec un lit king-size et une télévision, et deux autres chambres, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de TV 43 '.
La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur côte à côte, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'un mixeur et de tous les autres éléments essentiels dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre temps. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 avec des sièges pour 4 au bar. Le salon a une télévision 60 '. Câble étendu et WIFI. Et laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Il y a deux bar-b-que grill disponibles dans la zone de la piscine.

Amazing Amazing Place. My family loved it! Super organized and well kept. Short walk to the beach and the pool was nice and clean and private. Lots of amazing things to do . Highly recommend. Coming back real Soon.

Amazing!

Nice and very spacious. There was 14 of us and we had room for everyone. Super close to multiple beaches and restaurants. Will definitely use again.

Great Family Getaway Spot

This was a great home to spend the weekend on the island. The Management company was great and very communicative. The home was beautiful, plenty of beds and room. They even wrote us a message on the chalkboard welcoming us. The house is in a perfect location to get to the beach quickly. We would recommend this home to anyone needing a clean, well stocked home to stay in. Thank You for the wonderful weekend.

Beautiful, clean condo, close to the beach! My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The pool was great, we were less than 5 mins waking to the beach, and had all the amenities we needed!

Great value and location!

The property was spacious and clean. The location cannot be beat - the Sea Wall is a 5 min walk! The property manager, Laura, was very helpful and communicative. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Nice stay

Had a nice stay at this place. Not super fancy or luxurious but right what we were expecting for the price. Clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice neighborhood and easy access to beach and other to-do items. Appreciate them allowing pets.

We've stayed at different locations in this area over the years and this condo is definitely a favorite!! The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect. Plenty of room for us (11) . We will definitely book this condo again! Thank you for making this a great vacation!

A real delight for a holiday

Stayed here for Thanksgiving. Nearby HEB had us all stocked up for the meal. Big well-equipped kitchen and large table made it perfect for the 6 of us to celebrate. Black out curtains and comfortable beds made the sleep perfect. Laura went above and beyond to set us up with a wonderful getaway. 10 minute walk to the beach. Dog loved it. We will return.

Fun & Perfect Location

The property was walking distance to the beach but we opted for a golf cart for convenience. The property was great for our week of beach fun & sun. The grandchildren had a blast. Plenty of room and the back entrance was nice to wash everyone down before entering the home.

So great!

Perfect for families! Yes, the property is about 2 blocks from the beach, BUT you can drive right onto the beach (you'll need to get a pass). Which is super convenient with kiddos! Clean condo, pretty, convenient. Bring ALL your own food / spices / drinks. The management mentions that nothing can be left due to covid. So even salt and pepper aren't available, haha. No complaints! Our kids loved their time there. Thank you so so much!

Townhouse for 14

We chose this location for its description of Hot Tub, heated pool and it shows on the VRBO app that it sleeps 14. When we got there, there were 4 beds, 1 queen, one king, and one double bunk bed. We were looking for the 4 tween bunk beds that was on the description and when we texted the owner for the lack of it, it was explained to us there are folded beds in various closets for us to pull and put them where ever we like. It was a hustle and we were not taking a gateway trip to pull and push furniture in our short stay. That was really disappointing. It also has no hot tub tho it says it has. Pool is semi warm but not warm enough for cold weather swimming. We measure only 68-72 degree not 90 as it says on the description. We were there January 4-7 where the outside temperature was in the 60ies so it barely was warmer. The lack of a hot tub and warmer pool was another disappointment since our main reason to choose the property was those amenities because of the colder weather, we were hoping to enjoy a hot tub and a warm pool. Clean house, bright and airy, plenty of rooms in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and lunch for seven of us. No basic condiments, including salt and pepper so you need to bring your own.

It is a shame that the experience of renting the house was not more pleasant because the location is great and the space was comfortable for a couple of couples. Arrival: The code was not correct when we arrived but the manager changed it quickly. Cleanliness: The floors were dirty. We are a family who respects the property of others. We remove our shoes to keep floors clean and our socks were black. When we told the manager, she argued that we had been the ones to dirty floors. There were hairs in the shower and one of the towels has makeup flaking off of it but the manager claimed it was a bleach stain. Check out: Cleaning and putting away items and stripping a bed we used on the way out is no problem but stripping beds we did not use, gathering and sorting all the towels and bedding in the house and starting wash after paying 200 for cleaning was too much. Bottom line: Cute. Quiet off season but could hear noise from next unit. We frequently use short term rentals and the vibe is usually much more welcoming than this.

RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE and have a vacation!

We were lucky enough to visit Texas for 6 weeks this year, and were looking forward to spending our final 33 days (2/5-3/10/17) at this property. After sending our final January payment, we received a 1/22/17 email from home away directing us to the mobile app to ge check in details, so we were sure our stay was all set. IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE the night before our planned arrival, when following those instructions, we called Frank/ Arnulfo de la Rosa, dba ADR investments, and were told our reservation was cancelled! Life happens and property unavailability due to “roof damage from high winds and water,” isn’t within the control of anyone. However, MANAGEMENT OF A CANCELLATION IS UP TO THE LANDLORD. Frank had our email address, a cell number, had texted our cell multiple times during the reservation process, and sent an email thru home away, but he snail mailed our second check, Corpus Christi postmarked 1/18/17. (So, the check didn’t arrive at our New England home until we were already traveling.) That envelope didn’t include our initial four digit deposit, or a letter explaining why our stay was cancelled-just our second check. Additionally, we had to advise him that the deposit check was cashed, get the cashed date from our bank and text him multiple times, before he agreed to let us pick up our deposit money at his Discount Motor Company, days after our planned arrival. Renters beware: Frank said he had 11 properties. We’d hate for this to happen to you.

Great family getaway two years in a row

We’ve stayed in this property each summer for the last two years and it has been just perfect for us. Each kid gets their own room and plenty of room downstairs to hang out too. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Celebrated Birthday /Vacation

So we all decided to take a few days to venture down to North Padre area for my wife's and mother's birthday. The whole trip was great. Though the beach wasn't walking distance, still close enough for a short drive; either by POV or golf cart. The lodging was everything described in the listing. Only hiccup was master bedroom cable remote was working properly. Three out of four TV's is better than none. Definitely would recommend to anyone. 👍

Worked well for our family

Overall, this was as advertised and worked well. There was just some weirdness with things like, the floor wasn't very clean, there are no baseboards in the house, they pushed out check in time because of cleaning time, and then came and swapped a couch while we were at the beach without much notification. We had to tell them not to spray for pest control while we were there with out infant. Overall, the place was fine and the location was good. The property manager was very communicative. There was a plumbing issue that was fixed the same day. But it wore us out to have so many people showing up to the property during covid especially.
