Aruba Beach Getaway II est l’un des deux côtés d’un duplex autonome situé dans la nouvelle subdivision de Leeward Bay. En soi, Aruba Beach Getaway II est l’un des meilleurs établissements de cinq chambres de l’île de North Padre, c’est le plus proche des cinq chambres de la plage et offre une intimité inégalée.
Cette propriété fait partie de la subdivision de la baie sous le vent mais est complètement à l'écart du reste des maisons en rangée. Vous pourrez profiter d'une piscine commune d'eau salée située juste devant votre porte arrière. Elle est également chauffée pour vous divertir toute l'année. Plusieurs grilles et un parking réservé sont également fournis pour chaque propriété de ce complexe. Vous serez à quelques pas de la plage et le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est juste au coin de la rue. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et magasins touristiques à seulement 3 km et de nombreuses attractions de la région à quelques minutes de route.

INTÉRIEUR
Si vous venez de réserver Aruba Beach Getaway II, il comprend 5 chambres / 3 salles de bain et un loft. En bas, vous avez un salon ouvert, une cuisine et une salle à manger ainsi qu'une chambre principale avec un lit king size, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie. Un nouvel ajout récent au rez-de-chaussée offre deux chambres supplémentaires et une autre salle de bain complète. Une chambre est équipée d'un lit queen-size et l'autre chambre est idéale pour les enfants avec un lit superposé double et un lit d'appoint simple. Deux autres chambres avec lits king sont à l'étage avec une mezzanine qui a un futon en taille réelle pour dormir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète à l'étage supérieur. Il y a un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon et un futon en taille réelle dans le loft pour accueillir un total de 16 personnes sur ce seul côté du duplex. Les autres caractéristiques incluent une cuisine entièrement équipée, une télévision dans chaque chambre, un salon et un grenier, 2 lecteurs DVD et votre propre réseau WiFi privé.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Animaux interdits.

A Lovely Experience

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a cool, spotless, welcoming home with ample parking space and basically our own personal pool as homes that share it were unoccupied. The floors were perfect for a crawling baby and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our party. It’s located by the channel so we were surprised to see lots of fish jumping and volunteer sunflowers growing. The only glitches we had were the uneven floor in the hallway by the front downstairs front bedroom and the trundle bed. I feel the trundle is basically unusable because the room is small and anyone on the bunkbeds would have to step on the trundle to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Reviewer Comments: I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the location. The kitchen was stocked alright, and the backyard and pool area were clean. The pool was a decent size - nothing fancy, but clean. What would keep me from returning there is the lack of linens provided and the rickety appliances. Seriously?! ONE towel per guest?! The females used tshirts to dry their hair. That’s ridiculous. Thin little blankets... and not enough extra in the house to cover the unfortunate guests who had to sleep on the rickety pull out couch. Not enough pillows. Not to mention the dishwasher that is falling out, and the very old dryer that takes 3 cycles to dry towels, which is especially annoying since, again, there was one towel and one wash cloth provided per guest so towel washing was a must. This condo leaves a lot to be desired, especially with the competition around it.

Lots of beds!

Clean and simple space. Everything is as described, plenty of room for our group of 11, we could not hear the neighbors. Pool is heated and kids swam for hours even tho it was chilly/windy.

Nice property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great check-in experience and the house was cold and comfortable from the outset. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. With our stay moving into the off season, we had it mostly to ourselves. We loved the short walk to and from the beach. There were a couple of minor issues, though: not having a supply of trash can liners available and having to purchase some was inconvenient; the pans had some burned-on particles and needed to be scrubbed before we could use them; and the worst part was the ants. There were ants on the front porch that got into our beach toys and they had to be shaken out each time. There were also ants in the rocks around the pool, especially near the barbecue grill. I was grilling on our last night and i was stung several times on my feet before I realized it was the ants. The morning we checked-out, I also noticed an infestation of ants in the upstairs bathroom near the shower.

Perfect property

Lots of space for large family group. Loved the extra large dinning table with plenty of space for 7 kids playing games during our rainy stay. Pool just out the back door was great.
