Cette maison entièrement rénovée et mise à jour offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le pont et est proche des plages de sable blanc. Écoutez les vagues et regardez les vagues depuis le pont ou promenez-vous sur la plage et admirez le coucher du soleil. Cette maison de plage dispose de 5 chambres et de 4 salles de bains et propose une connexion Wi-Fi. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur l'un des trois canapés du salon au deuxième étage tout en regardant la télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces ou en écoutant simplement la chaîne stéréo. Le deuxième étage a également une cuisine complète, une salle à manger et deux chambres (2 ensembles de lits superposés dans l'un et l'autre avec un lit queen et une baignoire). Montez au troisième étage pour la chambre principale avec un lit king size et une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Le premier étage est accessible par l'ADA, dispose de deux autres chambres, d'un salon / salle à manger et de sa propre kitchenette. Le gril n'est pas fourni. PAS D'ACCÈS AU GARAGE!

Great stay at Pelican Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time! The house is an easy walk to the boardwalk access to the beach. Beach access road 2 is a quick dash for the hauling of beach gear (canopy, coolers and chairs) to our spot. The pool is several houses away and has no shade for sun relief. The house could use a second broom on the main level and needs kitchen towels and hot pads. Otherwise, everything was great!! House is a quick drive to Port A and only 20 minutes to HEB plus in Flour Bluff. We loved our stay!

Amazing Stay at Pelican’s Plave

We have a. Large family of 7 adults and 6 children. We chose this house because of the three stories so we would have room to spread out! Perfect choice! The house was amazing and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The community does have a private boardwalk to the beach which was very convenient. We definitely would stay here again!

Nice location

Pros - Great location. Beach is walking distance. Enough space for 2-3 families with kids. Maintenance available 24/7 Cons - Bottom floor smelled unpleasant. No connectivity in 1st and 2nd floor from inside the house. Water leak on first floor, though attended by maintenance caused inconvenience during the stay.

Family Vacation

Property was great size and spacious for everyone. Short walk to the beach. Several lights and fans did not work inside on all floors. All patio lights outside on all floors did not work except for one light in driveway. Washer didn’t work. No utensils or cups downstairs.

Pelican Place for Christmas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable house for 4 to 5 couples and their kids. Needed pot holders, and 3 barbecue pits were unusable due to rust. Texans need to grill! But otherwise very great Christmas vacation.

A great vacation house!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with a group of friends this past weekend and this home was great! It was very clean, air conditioner and all appliances worked, and it was very close to the beach. There is a boardwalk right on site that heads to the beach and is only a 3-5 min walk. I have stayed at a couple other places in port a and this one has been my favorite. I will hope to get this place again next year and recommend to anyone looking for a vacation beach house!!!

Beautiful House-Perfect Location

We had a wonderful week staying at Pelicans Place LCV 23. The walk to the beach was not far and the views were great! There is an inside staircase to the 3rd floor master room (the house description says there is not). A grill is NOT provided even though there is one in the pictures. Luckily we had brought our own grill and griddle. According to the HOA regulations a grill can not be with 10' of the house. This was an inconvenience, since it rained the majority of the time we were there. But the house was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with!

Family Time in Port Aransas

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented our first beach house. We have always stayed in condos. However, our family has grown so much we now need a much larger space. This beach house was perfect for us. The kids and their wives and children slept in the downstairs apartment. The rest of us slept in the upstairs quarters. Place was clean, cool and comfortable. Close to the beach and the pool was small but nice.

I would highly recommend this location to others considering a rental just a nit out of town. For us the location was perfect as we didn't want to be to close to the Spring Break crowds. The only negative I could say about this house was the disconnect from the lower lover. We had 5 couples in our party and two of them who slept on the first level had to go outside in the rain to come up to the 2nd floor main level to join the rest of us for dinner or just socializing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our mother is 90 years and has always loved the beach since growing up in California on the beach! She has leukemia and many health issues that come along with age. But....she is determined to carry on with our family traditions and one is always a yearly trip to Padre Islands! We chose this property so she would not have to climb stairs and it worked out perfectly! We love the Lost Colonies area and have stayed several times in different homes on property. It is one of the best and most convenient beach front properties for all ages! This is our family time and love the privacy to just enjoy each other!!

Best stay in Port A!

We usually rent condos at La Mirage, Sandcastle or Port Royal. Due to damage and limited rooms we decided to go with a beach house this summer. It was the best decision we ever made for our annual family trip. My parents, my husband and I, my sons and their wives, and my nieces all had our own room. We all got to hang out on the huge deck in the evening together, when we barbecued downstairs, the patio was big enough for all of us to hang out while my husband cooked in the yard area. They had a nice stereo system for us to listen to inside and outside on the deck. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were nicely furnished, and the shower outside was a great way to get off all the beach sand before going into the house. The pool was 2 houses away and a good size and best of all, the beach was a 3-5 minute walk from the house! It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely rent the same house again!

Plenty of Space for Multiple Families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the House! Plenty of beds and space for multiple families. Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. Unfortunately, the beach access was a problem for us. This location only provides a walking boardwalk. note - no golf cart access. We Had canopies, coolers, toys so we had to drive to beach access 2 (2 miles) or beach access 1 (5.7 miles). Bathrooms very clean, beds clean, kitchen clean! Living area needs some attention. Overall, lovely house. But we will not stay here again due to location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this house and the management has a great app. to help with everything. Beautiful views of the shore from the top deck, and a really short walk to the beach on the boardwalk. house was very clean with ample towels and utensils. A large washer & dryer helped our group a lot. The only bumps to the rental was, the fridge door was hard to keep shut,no hookups on t.v. in kids room for Xbox & video games, and no grill. Other than these three little probs., the house was a fantastic place for our vacation. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool after coming back from the beach. (On a side note, it is in a HOA, only 4 autos allowed in drive, with no street parking.)

Needs Attention

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelicans Place is getting a little run down and needs some improvements. The plumbing needs attention, the 2nd level floor near the dinning room, feels like you might fall through in a couple of spots. The washer is extremely loud, the dryer was broken and couldn't be used. Maintenance came out and fixed some of the drain issues and tried to fix the dryer, but was unsuccessful. We had to use a local laundry to wash and dry our clothes, which took time away from our vacation. For the price we paid, I expected everything to be in working condition. I recommend that someone does a complete walk through before anyone is allowed to stay at this location.I wouldn't recommend this property until these issues are completely repaired.

Unclean and locked out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Port Escapes company requires a 4:00 check in. We checked in at 4:00 to discover that the first floor was locked and no key to be find. The Port Escapes company told us three different options to get in to find out in the last phone call conversation that there was a key to unlock the first floor. Called back at 5:03 and was given the after hours phone line and reported that we did not have a key. We were told by the port escapes after hours person that someone would call us back. Nobody called us back. We did not have access to the first floor which had to additional bedrooms that we paid for! Terrible management company and found the first floor dirty with dead bugs! Terrible place to stay!
