Villa pied dans l'eau à 2 pas du centre de Sanary-sur-Mer, Terrasse 80M2 avec bassin spa et vue mer 180°, très belles prestations.
Très confortable et spacieuse, comprend au rez-de-chaussée une entrée avec dressing, une grande chambre avec lit double 160 donnant sur un patio arboré, une chambre avec 2 lits simples, une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées avec lavabo, au 1er étage un vaste séjour et un salon donnant sur une grande terrasse de 80m² avec un bassin spa, 3 belles chambres, deux avec lit double et la 3ème avec 2 lits simples, 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes et un bureau/dressing. Toutes les pièces bénéficient d'une décoration recherchée, les équipements sont de qualité (WiFi, internet, barre de son, écran plat TV,...etc). La cuisine très bien équipée est doublée d'une cuisine d'été avec barbecue Weber sur la terrasse face à la mer. De la terrasse on a une vue imprenable à 180° sur la baie de Sanary et les Iles des Embiez. Parking privatif pour 1 grosse voiture et une plus petite.

This house and location were just out of this world. Immaculately clean, extremely well decorated and furnished with everything you could want. The host and hostess were very friendly, helpful and interesting. They welcomed us with open arms and hoped we would enjoy their property as they did. We could enjoy the amazing view from the comfort of the terrace or step outside the property to a gorgeous beach with a short walk to one of the best daily produce markets in France. The house worked so well for our group of five family and friends. We could come back tomorrow and stay longer than the nine nights. It is idyllic.

5 Stars – Perfect Beachside Holiday Home!We had a wonderful two-week stay at this fantastic property and can’t recommend it highly enough!The location is absolutely amazing — right across the road from a beautiful sandy beach, and just a short 5-minute walk to beach clubs and restaurants in one direction, and the port with its shops, markets, and even more dining options in the other. It’s the perfect spot for both relaxing and exploring.The house itself is spacious and very well laid out. The ground floor has two connected bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC — great for families or groups. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lovely shared spaces including a comfortable lounge, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The real highlight is the terrace with stunning views of the beach — complete with an outdoor dining table, small splash pool, sun beds, and a BBQ. We spent so much time out there!There’s also off-street parking and a secure courtyard, which was really useful for storing bikes and beach gear.Annie and Jean-Noël were fantastic hosts — warm, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions. They gave us great tips on local restaurants, vineyards, and places to visit.We had such a memorable holiday here and would absolutely love to come back again!

Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine. L'emplacement de la maison (face à la mer, proximité du port de Sanary, des restaurants et des activités), nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillant et sympathique. Que du bon !

La terrasse est magnifique, la cuisine très pratique et proche de la terrasse et l'équipement est complet. Le SPA est un plus. Les chambres sont climatisées. La mer est juste en face de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques. Je recommande vivement En résumé, difficile de faire mieux

Super (weiter in Deutsch/German) 2 Familien mit 4 Kinder 10 Tage

Schöne Lage direkt am Strand, ausreichend Platz für 10 Leute (eigentlich egal ob Erwachsene oder Kinder), es ist eher ein großes Teil des Hauses, als übliche Appartement. Riesige Terrasse mit Blick direkt aus Meer, hier auch Gasgrill für den frischen Fisch vom Markt. Dieser und Discounter wie "Spar" in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool ist nur für Kinder geeignet, aber wer braucht es in 10 m vom Meer? Sehr nette Inhaber, die auch ausreichend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen, dieses ist für Frankreich extrem selten. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen! Très bel emplacement sur la plage, accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes (en fait, qu'ils soient adultes ou enfants), il est plutôt une grande partie de la maison, comme d'habitude appartement. Immense terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer, barbecue à gaz aussi pour le poisson frais du marché. Ceci et discounters tels que les « Spar » en quelques minutes. La piscine est seulement pour les enfants, mais qui en a besoin dans 10 m de la mer? Très bons propriétaires qui parlent assez bien l'anglais et l'allemand, ce qui est extrêmement rare pour la France. Nous ne pouvons le recommander!

Vacances Bonheur

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis et famille. Location très bien située face à la mer, à proximité du port animé de différents marchés et du centre ville avec tous commerces, pas besoin de la voiture. Intérieur spacieux et cosy où l'on se sent bien (conforme au descriptif). A l'extérieur une magnifique terrasse à l'ombre du pin parasol avec vue mer. Wonderful and really comfortable house

The house it's really nice and extremely comfortable, very big (ideal for two families with children) and Jean Noel and Annie are very Kind to host them guest. The position is perfect in order to achieve both downtown Sanary and the Six Fours beaches. We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay and we are looking forward to get back there. Roberto

Maison spacieuse avec belle vue sur mer

Maison idéalement située à 20 mètres de la mer et à 500 m du centre ville de Sanary sur Mer. La maison est composée de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain. La maison est très bien équipée (frigo américain, lave-vaisselle, et machine à laver sèche linge). Grande Terrasse avec piscine et barbecue. La maison est propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bons conseils pour les restaurants et lieux à visiter aux alentours

"FANTASTIQUE ! Très belle...

"FANTASTIQUE ! Très belle maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût, terrasse spendide avec bassin et vue sur la mer ! Emplacement idéal, à 100M à pied du marché et du port de Sanary et donc des excursions : Iles des Embiez, Porquerolle ou encore les calanques de Cassis. Voiture non nécessaire. Juste un peu bruyant la nuit mais normal du fait de l''emplacement proche de tout. Idéal avec jeunes enfants. Nous y retournerons c''est sûr !"

"La location correspond tout à fait au descriptif.Elle est tres bien équipée et tres bien localisée par rapport à la mer et à sanary.Le propriaitaire est très accueillant et disponible.Location qui convient aux familles et que je recommande pour des vacances réussies."

"Magnifique appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Terrasse magnifique. Propriétaires tout-à-fait charmants et coopératifs.Situation idéale sur la plage, mais bruyante la nuit à cause de la disco en face et d''un commerce de fast-food sous la terrasse. A recommander si on aime l''animation."

"Très bonne location cependant le spa n'était pas chauffé pendant les 3 premiers jours dommage car la terrasse est vraiment ombragée local commercial en dessous un peu bruyant mais logement impeccable très confortable. Propriétaires charmants."

Großartiges Apartment für den perfekten Frankreich-Strandurlaub! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Highlight ist die riesige schattige Terrasse mit (sehr niedrigem) Pool und Blick auf das Geschehen an Strand und Promenade.Achtung, am Wochenende kann es sehr lebhaft sein, bis spät in die Nacht, in den Schlafräumen bekommt man davon aber wenig bis gar nichts mit.Die Gastgeber sind unfassbar herzlich, freundlich und immer erreichbar.Wir würden wiederkommen!

Perfect holiday

The location of this house is perfect, just cross the road and your are on the fantastic beach. The harbour/restaurants/shops are less than a 5min flat walk away. The house was clean, well presented and the communication with Jean-Noel was superb. Our kids loved the plunge pool on the terrace, ideal for cooling off at the end of a beach day whilst their parents enjoyed a well earned glass of wine. The car parking space was safe, next to the house, and secure meaning I didn’t have to use the car except for the occasional visit to the supermarket. The car port area was a great place to store our beach gear (which with 2 children under 7 was plentiful). If you are thinking about visiting Sanary just book this house, no other will beat the combination of location, amenities, and standard.

Perfekter Urlaub

Tolles Objekt in perfekter Lage: gegenüber ein schöner Strand, in unmittelbarer Nähe der traumhaft schönen Stadt Sanary-sur-mer. Es war für uns ein perfekter Familienurlaub. Der flache Pool ist ideal für Kinder. Die Klimaanlage ist vollständig geräuschlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Veldig hyggelig feriebolig med furua som tuntre! Funksjonell og velholdt bolig, perfekt for 4 par- 2 med små barn. Sanary sur Mer er en eksotisk opplevelse for oss - en fransk ferieby med identitet! Fantastisk feriebolig- eneste forbedring vi kunne tenke oss er egne stoler for 2 spebarn og kvassere kniver. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Nina Kielland

Summer Perfection

Our group of 7, which included 4 adults (40's & 60's) and three tween/teen children had an absolutely fantastic time in this gorgeous seaside villa. It was everything that we were seeking and more. See what I hope are helpful details below. Hosts: Jean Noel and Annie are gracious hosts. They were very accommodating, assisting whenever asked. Contract, payment and deposits were straightforward - although the wiring of payments and deposits should be re-visited as its time consuming and expensive. House: Pictures are very accurate. There are 3 rooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) that are on the main level and enjoy the recently added AC. All have fans and there are blackout shutters, which given the long days and brilliant sun are very helpful for sleeping. The bottom level rooms are adjoined and are a great place for kids. There are 3 showers/tubs and 3 toilets. Kitchen, which is not shown, is pretty good and has a large American style Fridge, a dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer. The outside space is amazing, especially with the lovely sea breeze. The pool is more of a large, unheated Jacuzzi, with a depth of 18 inches or so. Nice, new gas Weber grill on the porch as well. The pictured tree is very cool and provides needed midday shade. Overall the house is decorated very nicely and feels homey, especially with all of the owners art and books. Location: Absolutely fantastic. The beach is across the street (75 feet) and was the daily focus. There is a daily morning market 300 yards away in Sanary, which was fantastic. Probably 50+ stalls selling fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese and the like. Every evening Sanary had a large craft market, which was delightful and on two days the morning market was turned into a 300+ stall market that had everything. There is a medium sized grocery store (SPAR) 1 minute away by foot and it was a 5 minute walk to a very good Boulangerie Patisserie (Avy), which we visited daily. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, including one next door (mussels) and across the street. For the kids there are 7-10 ice cream places, one better than the next, and there are a number of diversions within a 5 minute walk including a carousel, miniature golf, mini-carts, trampolines, etc. in both Sanary and Six-Fours. We also ventured out twice; heading to Cassis (and the Calanques) and Le Castellet for a few hours on two different mornings. Both were great and are must do's.

wonderful big house 20 meters from the seaside

The house is really comfortable and perfect for two families and we really enjoyed our stay. We had wonderful dinners on the terrace with a terrific view of the Six Fours sunset. The house position is almost perfect to achieve both downtown Sanary and Six Fours beaches. Annie and Jean Noel are very kind, always available and very good host. We are really looking forward to get back there in the future. Roberto

Perfect holidays

We had an absolutely great holiday renting this property. Perfect location close to the center of Sanary and just across the street from a nice and not crowded beach. Big and comfortable terrasse overlooking the sea. Very well equipped with everything you need for two families. Helpful and friendly owners that made us feel very welcomed. Perfect holidays

Perfect location across the road from a nice and not crowded beach. Close to the town center of Sanary with a lot of good restaurants. Big and well equipped terrace overlooking the beach and sea. Very nice and clean villa with everything you need for a plesant holidays for 2 families. Excellent service minded, kind and helpful owners with a lot of good recommendations. Thanks very much 👍

Excellent accommodation with a fabulous terrace

As a group of four seasoned travellers in France we all agreed that this Property provided excellent accommodation with a spacious terrace in an outstanding location overlooking the beach and sea which were only three minutes walk away. In addition, the Property is located within an easy and attractive walk into the lovely old port of Sanary-sur-mer . So with (1) parking for two cars (2) a very well appointed house (3) a lovely terrace for relaxation and to view the promenade (4) a superb beach with safe swimming immediately opposite (5) a huge choice of restaurants along the promenade And in Sanary-sur-mer (6) easy access to Sanary And (7) last but not least with Annie and Jean Noel as our perfect hosts - We all gave this Property our MAXIMUM PLUS RATING - and we will return !!

"Very clean and nice hous...

"Very clean and nice house in a pleasant environment. Ideal for families with (young) children. In the immediate vicinity (less than 5 minutes walk) you will find shops, playgrounds for kids, a carousel and the city center. Pleasant owner / landlord, speaks good English!"
