The unit was in a great location, walking distance to the pier with great views! It was clean and spacious. The only thing to be aware of is the amount of stairs which can be challenging for some. However, there were handrails which was very helpful.

The upstairs patio and balconies had beautiful views of the ocean. Our dog loved running around and up and down the stairs.

House was within walking distance from restaurants, beach etc. We had 3 full bathrooms which was very helpful. House was fairly clean, some areas like the furniture could’ve used some attention and cobwebs / spiders outside the front door. Otherwise the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We would stay there again.

The condo was spacious and private and there were spectacular ocean views from several balconies. It should be noted that there are stairs at the foyer entrance and stairs inside the unit. The large dining table and outdoor table on the terrace were great for our group of 6. Walk 1 block to coffee and eats, 2 blocks to the pier!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything at these condos is perfect for our extended family vacation at Pismo Beach! The only issues we encounter are mechanical. Every time the smoke detector goes off (in the LIVING ROOM) when we are cooking. We have the fan on high, but need to open the doors as well. We were told it is because of HEAT, not SMOKE! 🤦‍♀ It happened sautĂ©ing mushrooms, really?!? Also, the oven was unusable due to an error code. Since we have all 3 condos for the week, none of this was a problem for us. Everything is within walking distance, which is great because parking is ridiculous in the summer. I would highly recommend these condos!

We spent the night of July 4 on the deck watching ALL the fireworks up and down the coast and a perfect view of the fireworks from the Pismo Pier. The condo was clean and a great fit for our group.

Great house but dirty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has perfect views and is well put together but missed it on being clean. Not sure if it was just because it was a flip and busy time with the holiday but it seems it was just wiped down and about it. Our towels and beds had hairs in them that was not from pets. The balconies were extremely dirty and had to clean one of them myself to enjoy outside like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The bbq looked like someone just used it. The guest shower upstairs the drain was clogged and had to unclog it myself and was quite gross. For the high price we paid I would have expected better. Great house tho and recommend. Just needed more attention in being cleaned.

Reviewer Comments: This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!

Pismo stay

Great location. Love upstairs view from balcony. Had trouble with microwave, tv and fireplace. Paid the extra for pets, so worth it. Loved having our furry friend with us! Great space for 3 generations of family to gather. Must ascend two flights of stairs to enter unit. Good exercise for the grandparents with not having an elevator.
