This place was awesome. Short waking distance to downtown. It was beautiful and super clean. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Great Christmas week stay!

We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.

Short stay with family

Location was central to beach, downtown and all the great hole in walls. Loved the Surfside Donuts and coffee shape less than 3 minutes walking. It was nice BBQ on patio and enjoying evenings in. We will definitely be back again.

Family getaway

I would definitely rent this property again. We recently traveled to Pismo with another couple and their family. The condo was surprisingly spacious and cozy. We loved that it was walking distance to everything. If there's one thing I can suggest, it's just to have a broom and dust pan available for cleaning up.

Property location was fantastic, lots of room! Floors needed to be mopped, left the bottom of bare feet pretty dirty. Other then that everything was great!

Great Views

Views from the master bedroom balconies (yes, 2 small balconies) were both spectacular. The layout is great, very spacious and room for us to have another family over for dinner. There are a lot of stairs and a shared balcony with the other unit off the kitchen level, but the neighbors were great that we had. So, overall rating is excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in a fantastic location. Just a block up from the main pier and shops. If you have littles, baby gates might need to be added to your packing list as all rooms are upstairs. That was pretty much the only thing that was a miss with this property! Otherwise we all enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location and updated

This property is beautiful! The location is great, my son is only 2 and my daughter 6 and the property felt safe for them. It is close to downtown Pismo and made getting to the beach and restaurants easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived and took off our shoes to walk in, you could feel the sand on the floor. Then, that night, when we went to lay in bed, the sheets were gritty and felt dirty. I did let CVR know right away, but just vacuumed the floors and washed the sheets myself. I am thinking that it didn't get cleaned thoroughly because I showed up at 3:30pm and check in isn't till 4pm, so maybe they felt rushed while cleaning. We will be back next year to this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is a beautiful place that has been tastefully remodeled. It is very spacious and comfortable and offers gorgeous views of the ocean. It is a close walk to many restaurants which we took advantage of and also an easy walk to the beach. The property management company was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!

Great long term stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit and stayed long enough to get to know Cherie, Ken and Jose. Every call was received and responded to quickly. The washing machine was on the blink for a bit, the repair guy came out quickly, and took care of business. The parking is always a challenge, but the team was quick to address any issues that arose with neighbors. Highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals and the properties they manage.

Not clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a time where every property highlights their sanitization practices I was very disappointed to find that the master bedroom comforter and bed spread had not been laundered prior to our arrival. While the bed was neatly made the bedding smelled of vomit. Yes, somebody had thrown up in the bed at some time before and the same bedding was put back on the bed. The entire room was filled with the odor.The management company took care of the problem when notified the following day but, the experience obviously caused me to question everything about the place.
