Quick trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last minute quick trip to the beach. Had great weather and the condo was clean with a couple of issues. The commode wouldn’t flush and we had to manually pull the chain in the tank to flush, as I was told to do by maintenance or go to the lobby. With small kids that’s a pain. They came to fix it but was half done. The handle dangled and half flushed. There was no starter dish detergent nor a dish towel or cloth. The trash can was busted with sharp edges and I cut my finger when changing the bag. Also not enough towels and washcloths per person. Had to go get more. However, we loved the area. And the check in was so easy!!

Can’t go wrong here

The entire process was very easy. The location of this property was perfect for us and had a great view of the ocean and just a walk across the street to get there. Not far from the main strip. Shawna was the best and the communication was beyond expectations! Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Condo with Excellent view

The location along the beach is the best. The manager was always very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. Excellent service! I would definitely recommend Palmetto to anyone looking for a relaxing stay along the beach. I will be a happy returning customer! This place has it all!

The worst experience in my life. Only because of Palmetto vacatio

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I first started staying at the condo, twice the condo maintenance banged on the door and walked directly. Tried to walk directly into my condo just yelling maintenance and caught me in the shower twice. And all she could think to do was laugh thinking it was funny and tell me she just wanted to see me, naked didn’t find humor in that. Then Palmetto vacation they thought they had the right to come in to my condo at any point in time without giving a 24 hour notice what they would do is say they have to do maintenance repairs or check the plumbing or something so that gives them full access. Any point in time throughout your visit to walk right on into your condo again The place was filthy when I went in and I was charged for a cleaning fee for leaving I stayed for almost 6 months five months it was only supposed to be till February watch when you sign on the dotted line because they turned around and put that I said I’d stay till April even though I only paid from October to February . But they said I left or wanted to keep it till April so I had to pay or I was gonna be charged $1000 anyway and if I wanted to leave then then owner had to give me permission and I had to pay $75 a month for them and then I still had to pay the thousand dollars until they rented it out And can’t. I’m not sure if I mentioned that the place was filthy. I had pictures I showed him the pictures they didn’t care they told me I should’ve called them right away and they were to come back in and they were to clean but there was dirty filthy socks, all kinds of **** under that Couch in the living room. The bed was broken in the one bedroom, or in the bedroom and one of the beds was broke, fell through that in the middle of the night the girl over at Palmetto vacations at the front desk. All she could do was laugh about it, thinking it was funny she needed to bed was broke, but they put a padding in there and thought that was gonna solve the pro

Great locatio. It was quite and not crowded. The condo and property was clean. Could use some update

Overall it's a great condo. We had to check in after hours and the process was easy. The location is great and it has a nice view. The condo and property was very clean and quiet. Wonderful beach access. The kids enjoyed the pools. I do wish they had left sheets for the pullout sofa. We had to go to the office, which is a couple of miles off site, to get them. It could use some minor updates. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. Mattress pads or covers, which they didn't have, might help this. Overall it's a great value.

June 2018 Stay

The room was dirty. I had to clean the sinks out and wipe down the counters before we could use them. The woodwork and all fans and light fixtures are filthy. The couch has stains all over it and we had to put a sheet on it to sit on it. It really really needs a very good cleaning. Top to bottom every surface. I guarantee its cleaner now since I spent time cleaning it than it was when we arrived. We did however have GREAT experiences with every Palmetto staff member we came in contact with. All of them seemed happy and was friendly. Megan at the office was an absolute doll we really liked her a lot. Megan was extremely helpful,very kind and gave us great information and ideas for things to do. Megan dis offer to have housekeeping come clean up but we declined since I had already did it. Megan is a great first impression and if we decide to use Palmetto Vacation Rentals again it will be because she went above and beyond for us. Thank you Megan we very much appreciate you.
